We enjoy the pet friendly environment and property. We like the doggy bags and wasted baskets around the property. We like the pool and lounger chairs, outdoor kitchen and BBQ are all very nice. Foodland next door on one side and Starbucks and gas on the other. We also like being close to costco

Overpriced for the service and quality of home provided. Biggest complaint how dirty the grounds feel from dog feces urine and filthy trash area that does not get properly cleaned and often overflowing. Also a significant amount of homeless outside the perimeter and in the garbage area. Would prefer a gated entrance to the parking.

I believe the quality of workers and services is what have me living here for 3 years. Even though I could have bought another house for myself; however, chose service over owning my 3rd property. This place is not perfect and people will always complain.

It was so nice and quiet atmosphere. Clean and good management team. The 3 bed room apartment was so spacious and comfortable to live. Amenities were very good. Maintenance was well done. The location is excellent.

From the viewing to signing the lease to moving in, it was a easy process. The staff was friendly and helpful, answered all our questions and even worked with us on the leasing options. Would definitely recommend to others. The neighborhood is extremely quiet even with the kids playing in the court yard in the weekends.

Weve always love the kapolei area since all our family and friends live there, so moving to the kapolei lofts was the cherry on top! Couldnt ask for a better apartment to rent out ! Definitely going to stay here a while :)

Honestly speaking with other residents I know that we are not the only ones to not renew our lease because we feel it is over priced here. We are not getting what we are basically paying for. I met more people who are not satisfied with the lofts than people who like it. Thats a bit concerning.

Awesome location!!! Very convenient and friendly service, the amenities are great, I just wish the washer and dryers was a bit bigger or I wish they had a community big washers and dryers for beddings and rugs

Its definitely NOT luxury. Very average. Staff at the office have never been considerate once you become a TENANT. Common grounds and walls are always filthy. Ive only noticed cleaning two times per year and never disinfecting. I cant call this place luxury.

Having lived here for several months, I can say that this area and complex is convenient for work and a nice place to come home to. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the amenities are a nice touch.

Making the move to Kapolei Lofts has been a very positive experience for me and I would recommend moving here for anyone wanting a beautiful apartment with fabulous amenities in a location close to everything. Rebecca

Overall good response. Many of the community rules are not enforced and as a result people leave behind messes or take actions that impact the quality of life of others. For example don't put trash in dumpster, don't pick up after pet, don't use pool amenities properly, etc.

very Happy with all things involved with living in this complex. I have been here since they opened. They have changed hands 3 times since I have been here and it has been seem less. they have handled covid well and I have felt safe being here during this pandemic.

Area is nice, lofts are nice, but the noise issue for us has not been taken care of. Weve lived here for two months and have made 10+ complaints about the noise and nothing is being done about it since it keeps continuing. Now noise is heard from 1030pm to 4am, and throughout the day. I work from home and have a child, its inconvenient to us for our daughter to be woken up from naps because of the loud noises.

Beautiful community. Nice units with good finishes. Major issues with shady utility partnership, pool hours, and people running businesses out of garages when other residents cant even get one to park their car in.

We mostly like living here at Kapolei lofts, There have been many issues that are environmental but we have handled the issues ourselves without having to ask Mgmt. Im more dissappointed In the people in the community not being courteous

Kapolei Lofts is great place to live. Quiet, close to shopping, parks, library post office, gas station, 24 hr. 7-11. To take leisure walks around the complex and have conversations with residence is fulfilling.

Noisy neighbors, trash everywhere that doesnt get picked up, people dont pick up their dog poop, the homeless people set up across the streets or on the sidewalks, cars get broken into in broad daylight, parking can be a nightmare unless you pay monthly for a stall that is tiny, the list goes on

It is nice to live here. I have no complaints about anything around the area. Kapolei is a nice place to live. Quiet, yet you are close to everything you could possibly want from shopping to beaches, it is convenient.

Kapolei Lofts has been such an incredible place to live. Ive been in Hawaii for 32yrs, and this has been my favorite place to live. The staff, the amenities, the grounds, its all just amazing. I would recommend Kapolei Lofts to anyone.

I just moved into the Lofts in August, and was very happy with the communication from the leasing agent, Nicole, throughout the entire process. She was extremely thorough with all of the paperwork required and was very detailed with descriptions of the apartments, grounds, and amenities upon my first visit. Any questions that I had during the application process were answered within a very timely manner. As my move in process began, she and the other leasing staff were extremely kind and helpful during a what would have been stressful time for me. I moved in with ease to my apartment, was very impressed with the state of the apartment after the previous Tennant left, and very happy with the cleanliness and condition of everything within the apartment. The grounds of the property are beautiful and very well maintained. Amenities are great, and hope to use them more with family and friends as COVID restrictions are lifted *hopefully soon. The online portal for the apartment is awesome for paying rent, community bulletin, and submitting maintenance requests easily and quickly. I hope to be very happy here at Kapolei Lofts!

I love it here , its cozy and quiet and very convenient. The staff here was amazing and super helpful . I wish the pool was open longer because by the time I get off its closing . I also wish there was elevators

I am on my third different upstairs neighbor they have ripped out and replaced floors two times so far at 7:30 in the morning without warning me Ive abruptly had to wake up thinking that my roof is falling off. Theres no insulation in the ceiling/floor because every single step my neighbor make so I can hear its so loud it sounds like elephants it will wake me up out of my sleep. I know my neighbors schedule by heart what time they wake up what time they go to the bathroom because it literally sounds like theyre in my house. I have tried to talk to the office about it I have tried to talk to the neighbors about it and nothing ever gets resolved. Whenever the construction crew comes to redo apartments they blast their music like its a concert. At 8,9,10AM. It would just be nice to get an email of a warning of the dates that theyre going to be doing construction above your bedroom. They charge you $30 a month for trash and all you get is a dumpster in your parking lot which is always overfilled and disgusting with trash all over. Theyll start charging you more and claiming its because they have to have the sanitation people come more days a week but its really because more people have moved out and they have less people to split the price with. ( like thats our fault ) They claim to have security but if you ever call them about the homeless chronics across from your balcony trying to break into all the cars theyll just walk by and tell you that theres nothing wrong. & They are all useless women. I literally watched someone steal catalytic converter from a truck on manawai street by the orange wall off my balcony and the security didnt even answer the phone when I called them. Left a message no one even got back to me. They close all of our amenities every single holiday because they want to give the office staff the day off so on Fourth of July we cant use the barbecue or the pool even though we have our own personal fob to get in like we need the office people to be there for anything? They never step foot outside the office anyways. The gym closes way too early at 6 PM people dont even get off work at thats all that point. Once again we have our own personal fob they should just make it 24 hours so we can come and go as we please. But of course not. The office staff will never answer the phone for anything Youre always going to have to walk into there and talk to someone in person.

Love living at Kapolei Lofts! Best location in Hawaii. The community has been well maintained since I've moved in and ever work order request I put is handled professionally in a good amount of time. The office staff is always helpful!

Great so far. Forgot my keys once. They helped me right away. Love the dog bags around the buildings. I do wish we could have been givin the choice of apartment. Looks like there are a lot empty. Of there was more then 1 in the style and size I wanted I would have liked to have picked.
