I have been here for a few weeks. The staff in leasing office are friendly and very helpful. The amenities have reopened and the gym has been my favorite so far. The community is friendly and the nights here are very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

It was all good I noticed a few things in the home that needed to be marked down but the house is easily accessible for me and my granddaughter The leasing team was very helpful and responsive to me while filling out my application.

It was nice working with Nicole. She made the experience so easy and always communicated with you regularly keeping you updated with everything. She would work past regular business hours answering any question in regards to the leasing process. I appreciate everything and looking forward to living in Kapolie. Apartment and community is very clean and modern. Staff is very friendly.

Nice neighborhood with safe surroundings and amenities. Could do better with the landscaping, we were told it would be changing companies but it's been months and nothing. More dirt than anything......

Every time we need maintenance, they respond quickly. Anytime I need anything, they respond quickly. Just overall an amazing experience. We lived here 2 years ago and left because it was really bad. Gave it another chance last year, and we love it so much we will be staying and renewing our lease again. Weve made friends with all of the workers. Cleaners, maintenance, groundskeepers, and office staff. Everyone is just so amazing and friendly.

As it was emphasized on the lease and in person multiple times about security being present and doing their rounds, I have not seen them once. I have not had any issues with safety concerns yet, but it would be nice to see them present.

Kapolei Lofts is a really beautiful place. Love how everything is modernized. Grocery stores and local eateries are so close by which is definitely a plus! Maintenance staff is very friendly! and also love how buildings are secured!!

Only been here a month and have had a terrible experience with a bug infestation. It has ruined our food, the unit is cheaply made. The unit is not secured from outdoors very well, the door to the patio isnt sealed so bugs have gotten in easily.

It has been the first month in the community, which I have no major complaints. It is very nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only issue is the noise level at times and the appearance of the property, such as trash and litter that you will find. Staff are responsive when you need something. Right now with the virus it is hard to have community involvement events, but I hope once this all passes there are some of those that go on.

Great place to live.walking distance to everything. Staff is friendly residents keep to themselves. Rent is average but your getting a lot for you money pool gym pets access to town convenient . There plenty of parking . There Ac and washer drier in units.

When my air conditioner stopped working. I reported it to the Office personnel. To my surprise and delight they came to fix it the next morning. Maintenance has always been done quickly and to my satisfaction. I would recommend Kapolei Lofts to anyone in need of a place to call home in Kapolei.

So far I have an wonderful experience here at Kapolei. I absolutely have not complaints and would recommend the property to others. I think that the staff is extremely helpful. The property is also very clean.

I just moved into Kapolei Lofts 3 weeks ago and, THE UNIT IS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES!!!! They're in my kitchen, in my pantry and cabinets, AND IN MY BED! There was also a strange residue that resembled coffee grounds. I removed all of the contents from my kitchen cabinets to find that the "coffee grounds" are actually roach fecal matter. The fecal matter is mostly confined to none other than the wall of my kitchen food pantry, and my washer and dryer. They are also around my refrigerator. I have discovered dead roaches in my pantry, and in my laundry closet. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO RENT AT Kapolei Lofts, RENT WITH CAUTION!

Great place to live until we could buy a forever home. Weve had comfort as well as safety and never an Issue with neighbors, parking or noise. Ive seen the complex go through different ownership and it hasnt really affected us as a whole.

I really enjoy my home at the Kapolei Lofts. The amenities are great and location is perfect! There are some loud neighbors in the parking lot areas. We enjoy the pool and the schools are within walking distance.

Run! Greystar (property management) I money hungry and greedy. Leilani is the only person I like there. They get you with a good sales pitch on what seems like a good deal but far from it. They increased my rent $500 then that guy Todd denies it and says it went up only $200. I'm guessing it's because there was a new customer making inquiries in the office. I keep asking when they'll fix the gym equipment that's been broken from before I got there (1 year). Todd says "it's been ordered" are they using sail boats and horse and carriage to ship it. The leather on the benches are all cracked and mats are super dirty. There's dog s*** everywhere and the same f***** clown in the black hardbody keeps screeching his tires and playing his music loud doesn't sound like luxury. They lie to the new tenants about a dog park then tell old residents a different lie. Oh and I forgot to say. Along with $2100+ Rent for a 1bd 1bath, your utilities are shared with the building. I posted what my 1bd 1bath utilities looks like. They don't give you a Hawaiian electric price wattage statement. Save yourself from stress and don't let this company make money off you.

The community is nice, but I am concerned with the fact that I cannot stay in my unit due to the unilateral takeover by an army of cockroaches. Please find some way for the rental communities to provide preventative maintenance and pest control between tenants so this doesn't happen to someone else. As a service member stationed in Oahu, I will not be recommending this apartment complex to anyone coming to get stationed here; unless they too want to be out hundreds of dollars to stay in a hotel while a new cockroach dynasty reigns.

So far so good. No complaints. Maybe more gym stuff bosu ball, rowing machine and a hot tub/jacuzzi would be awesome. Its great for me cause I work close and everything is close. Its up to date with everything.

Office staff is either extremely overwhelmed or not qualified to do their job. Ive made the same request 5 months...still hasnt been corrected. They dont enforce any of the regulations... motor cycles parked in the walkway, smoking right outside my window, garbage overflowing from the containers, dog poop every where...the pool is closed all the time ...this is not luxury living!

Overall the experience has been good. Everyone has been helpful. We really like the maintenance staff theyve been really knowledgeable and helpful. There is a lot of seniors living in the community it would be nice to have activities they could participate in like trolly or bus services to the mall or nearby shopping centers.

It is peaceful and quiet. I like that it is clean and their sustainable practices of using solar panels and motion sensor lights. The community feels safe and it is closer to all basic amenities. and the best part is that its pet friendly

Great family friendly community! The management team is great. Upkeep is conducted regularly and overall features and amenities are excellent. The pricing may be a little on the high side depending on what time of the year you sign your lease.

I am active duty military and I spend lots of time out of the country. While out of the country I always get billed for utilities that I do not use. When deployed I turn off all breakers except the refrigerator and still I get these bills as if I were there. I have addressed this with the office and it still happens each time I leave the country. I have been assured that the utilities are billed separately, I have my doubts.

Maintenance is prompt & efficient . One particular staff in the office Leilani is awesome all the time from start to finish of my move in and continuing to be attentive for any questions . The manager Todd is very helpful and understanding in any situation I have and appreciate his help
