It was amazing!!!! Very fun and very easy place to live. The pool is amazing and a very nice seating area. The gym is very well kept and has the equipment you need to work out every muscle in your body

Was hesitant to move all the way out to Kapolei but am very satisfied with the neighborhood and things to do in the area. very satisfied with kapolei lofts. only negative things would be the grounds upkeep regarding dog poop left behind by dog owners. other than that, i am very satisfied and happy with the apartment complex.

My experience at Kapolei lofts has been very pleasant so far, I love the neighborhood and how easily accessible things are in the area. I just wish the neighbors were not so loud and that people would keep their music down and respect the community when partying at the pool on weekends

This has been one of the more enjoyable places I've lived. The apartment is very roomy with plenty of closet space, and nice amenities. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to maintenance requests, and at making repairs almost immediately. I just signed my third lease at this location and don't see myself leaving as long as the cost of living here remains about the same.

The building I’m in has a weird smell and always messy with the leaves blowing in from the entry way and although everyone pays a pest fee there’s still quite a bit of insects coming into the building and the apartment itself

I wouldn’t recommend Kapolei Lofts to anyone I know. I have had many people ask me about living here and it hasn’t been a great experience, so I have told people that it isn’t worth what you pay to live here. I can’t walk my dog around here without seeing dog or feral cat poop around every corner, not pet friendly at all.

We love living at Kapolei lofts. The amenities are great fun and the maintenance team are always on hand to help with any problems. Our apartment is nice and quiet. Very close to the bud stops, shops and schools.

My community is great and there is nothing to complain about. The grounds are always clean, and it looks nice around the complex. Given everything else around the community, this pet friendly spot is a great place to stay.

We love it here! Apartment is modern and well kept. Anemeties are well kept. Central air in a west Oahu location was the clincher for us. Electricity is the lowest we've ever been charged which is a big deal when you have central air and an all electric apartment.

Everyone has been nice and prompt. The amenities are nice, and when other neighbors are using them, they don’t mind having us join. I love having the dogs around and people keep it clean. The noise level is great, too

I enjoy living at Kapolei Lofts because it is beautiful, comfortable, convenient and makes me feel good about where I live. The monthly community events and activity notices about local happenings are a plus. There is definitely something that would appeal to almost anyone!

Loud neighbors bring a challenge. Pet owners who can’t control their pets or don’t pick up After them also bring a challenge. Dig park would be convenient given the amount of pet owners in the building. Overall, not too bad of experience.

We live at the Kapolei lofts, but that should no mean that our pool is the community pool for the entire city of Kapolei. Please enforce the 2 guest rule at the pool and post signs . We have found used condoms on the deck of the pool and grills are constantly out of propane or not working. On busy days the pool is out of order due to the amount of non-community guests at the pool. This is more cost for kapolei lofts to monitor the pool, more trash for maintenance to pick up and more cost on the propane. Please stop letting people sneak into the pool from the back gate and enforce community regulations, we signed the paperwork acknowledging. Thank You . Mahalo Nui

My Kapolei Lofts community is like family. The staff has been so kind and welcoming and always has time to talk to me. With five guys in Maintenance and 147 units to monitor, they work hard and perform miracles ! (Got this from talking w/them).

Kapolei lofts is a very new and accessible community. The location is its first pro. The facilities, such as swimming pool and public areas are well maintained. The maintenance teams are awesome with their high quality service. But the price is a lot bit too high, and the parking space is super small!

The apartments are located centrally within walking distance of schools and locations. The community center is fantastic, and the pools are welcoming. The place is quiet. The outside is well maintained. The maintenance comes quickly to respond to the needs of the community.

Kapolei Lofts is a great place to live. Units have a modern finish and has a spacious feel. Centrally located to schools, restaurants and grocery stores. I have enjoyed my time living here. I'm glad I made the move.
