Living so close to schools, shops, beaches and the freeway make it very convenient. The amenities are great here and very pet friendly. I have lived in other complexes in Kapolei and this is by far the best one.

Wonderful! They all have been helpful and kind. The community is clean and the apartments are very nice. I really like that the apartments are pet friendly the only feedback I can give is I wish there was a dog park in the community.

Beautiful grounds with quiet neighborhood. I feel safe here and that is important to our family. All concerns are met with fast action. It is clean and well kept. I am overall very happy to live within this community.

We have lived at the Lofts for 3 years and the first 1 year was amazing and ever since civid 19 I am not sure if the prices have dropped but the resident quality has gone down and the noise level has gotten much worse. People are not as nice and friendly as they use to be and there is a lot of moving in and out.

Positives- Dog friendly, pool, gym, ample parking, gas grills, games, new, sleek, modern, convenient location, etc. Recommendations- car wash station, regular amenity hours at gym/pool (to be used at own disclosure), fix exterior lights of buildings (dark, unsafe), more trash bins or frequent trash pick-up (overflowing trash). The roach infestation and mold in the vents are very concerning. Appliances broke countless times. When the electricity trips, the fire alarm goes off. The ac in the breezeways were leaking and smelling up the halls.

Decently priced, well-accomodated apartments. Good neighbors. Great maintenance and office staff. For such a large complex, things run well. Close to many conveniences: Starbucks, 7/11, Costco, fast food, Target, etc.

The neighborhood is decent despite the growing number of cats. They're good for catching the rats. The roach issue isn't huge but they seem to be tenants as well. Some neighbors don't like to pick up their dog feces so I wouldn't recommend walking barefoot.

Pretty good, walls are really thin and you can hear neighbors. Gym hours aren't very flexible but everything else is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for people with older children not a place for newborns

We love our pet friendly luxury loft and are happy with just about everything. We understand that Covid may play a role in why the grounds are not kept up to standard right now (lots of dying plants etc) and we look forward to having access to all amenities when it is safe to do so. Its easy living. If something needs to be repaired I can receive help. The lofts are comfortable. Clean. And quite. I always recommend them to whomever is looking. Hoping to be able to stay one more year!

I chose the lofts because it seemed to be in a quiet and safe area. As a single female living alone, safety is the upmost importance to me. My overall experience has been better than I could imagine! The staff and maintenance and grounds crew are extremely polite, clean and helpful!

Love the new and updated apartments as well as the layouts and floor plans offered. The amenities look great, although we have not been able to use them due to COVID. Parking spaces are VERY small, but as long everyone around you parks well, it is manageable.

My husband and I came to Hawaii 18 mos ago searching for a place to live. We are non-military and semi retired empty nesters and we wanted an area that felt like home in Texas. We stayed at the Embassy Suites and we loved the newness and the look of The Lofts so we decided to check them out. Leilani greeted us with her beautiful smile. She was extremely knowledgeable about the apartments and the area. Realtor to Realtor she knew exactly what we needed. We fell in love with the floorplans and the amenities. I was really strict on the direction the apartment faced and she continued to keep in touch. A unit came available during the time we wanted to move and we leased it sight unseen as we didn't see the particular Floorplan when we last visited. When we arrived last August we were super excited to move in to The Lofts and enjoy the amenities. Our lease was up in August and were planning to lease a home however we didn't want the upkeep and maintenance. We shared with Leilani what our pros and cons were and wanted and extra room for my Dad and other guests to stay. Leilani found the perfect 3 bedroom apartment with an amazing view and she knew we had to have a garage for our convertible and we leased 2 garages next to our entrance. We absolutely love our new forever apartment home.

Prices are increasing every year, no consideration for the current pandemic situation and not transparency about the hidden charges. Other than that we like how accessible the community is, the location and also the amenities

There is a lack of empathy on the management and staff side. Rent is too high during this pandemic. I hope to see better results within the community. We are seriously paying for everything here unlike other apartments.

It's a great place to live. Unfortunately, the rent is a bit high, even for affordable, and many residents leave because of that. When Covid-19 made an uproar of our daily living, we weren't even given a ...how should I say ...at least a break in regards to rent. I understand that business is business, but business can't survive if people aren't working. Speaking to many of the residents here, we weren't asking for a "free rent month", but perhaps a small cut in rent for the month of lockdown. It would have been a generous offer and a big help to many families who are struggling now to pay rent and other bills until Covid-19 settles down with a vaccine.

I am age 77 and live alone. I feel safe and maintenance always responds in a timely manner. My son lives nearby and is allowed keys for access. I love how close the schools are for my grandchildren. I can walk to all school events if I choose to or drive.

We are truly happy residents of almost 4 years and love living here at the Lofts. We love that there is so much stuff close by such as shopping and groceries. The schools are walking distance. The staff is always so helpful and we enjoy the community activities such as sip and paint and the fun activities on the what is now Be Rewards app.

If you are considering Kapolei Lofts, make sure you ask for Leilani as your leasing agent. We have been residents for 2-years & Leilani has proven to be a competent, responsive & knowledgeable representative from the outset until today. She is a master of multitasking & understands the needs and desires of her residents. You will not find a better leasing agent in all of Hawaii!

It was hard to get a chance to even see my unit before I signed my lease due to Covid-19.So far, I'm still in the process of moving in so I'm not completely moved it in considering there's all stairs and no elevator, I wouldn't be able to do it all myself. Even simple things that aren't that difficult to move. But Leilani is great considering prior to my move-in, I have been emailing her everyday with some type of question as to move-in.But overall, it's been great. I didn't realize the community was as large as it is, but I wish the mail boxes were closer to their respective units.

Since first moving in around the end of June, transitioning to the island has been a seamless experience thanks to the Kapolei Lofts community. A ton of great commercial and retail options in surrounding Kapolei meant spending less time on move in and more time exploring all the amazing attractions Oahu has to offer.
