3rd floor unit above me very noisy. Neighbor pup left on balcony always barking when someone passes by. Inconsiderate neighbors that party till 5am. Surface parking should be free like mainland complexes. Prices really high.

Office staff - Takes a long time to get responses to telephone messages and emails as well as follow up on promises. Shifting the response from worker to worker doesnt help with communication. Better to go to the office where service is excellent with lots of offers of assistance, friendly greetings, coffee, etc.

The leasing agents were great and easy to work wirh. The application and holding process was super easy too. Move in was great, the place was clean, and they had a representative there just in case there were any issues. All in all great apartments, great staff, and great community.

WORST PLACE EVER. Kapolei lofts was a good place until Greystar took over. TODD is the most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life. Says that things around the complex arent his problem and hangs up on residents. The apartments are COVERED with roaches. The property is covered with dog ---- and trash because Greystar is so cheap they fired the landscaping crew! Parking stalls are given away to multiple people at a time so even though you pay rent and parking, if someone beats you to YOUR assigned spot first your ---- out of luck and TODD will tell you its not his problem and then hang up on you. Rent and utilities change every month making no sense, constantly gouging people for their money. Todd needs to be fired, and new office staff who are actually trained to work for the company and know what theyre doing need to step in. Greystar has brought this place to ----, just like they did at kapilina beach homes in Ewa beach. Since Greystar took over in summer of 2018, our entire building has moved out due to all of these issues (we were all good friends and talked it all over!) there are only 3 residents left in that building one of which is just renting and doesnt even actually have a lease and is out in a couple months. I see people loading moving trucks every week. Youre pushing people out and your company will be left in shambles. Good luck. By the way, were a military family, and if this is how you take care of and treat those who sacrifice their lives for you, youre a damn shame and a disgrace. P.s. FIRE TODD!!!!

This is a nice community. The Exterior repairs and updates take longer than necessary, Otherwise it is a great place to live. The neighbors are friendly. The location, the convenience and the community is wonderful.

At times it is like talking into a void, beautiful location however. Plants in front are mostly dead or weeds. Sigh. Staff are very nice when I can find them. Building is settling and there are cracks and the windows are a challenge sometimes to open and close. Pool is very crowded on weekends, but during the week it is really relaxing. Nice mix of people live here.

For the price that you pay you would at least expect the staff to be friendly and professional. Half of them walk around in unkept clothes. And when you go in the leasing office for help they always have smart remarks or an attitude about doing their job. ( Im sorry no one forced you to work here if you dont like youre job find a new one )

The staff are responsive when going into the office. Although, they are clearly overwhelmed at times. They aren't always responsive on the phone, it has taken residents days of calling to reach someone. The answering service offsite is pretty useless, as they can only book appointments to view apartments. They should be able to support the office at Kapolei Lofts, with the phobe call volume.
