Very clean, well maintained and beautiful, best community and higher quality of living. Everything i need is all right here. Luxury / greenery all around. Life gets better and better. Lakeside Apartment Living that's fantastic. This is the ideal space to balance life, work and play.

It's been just okay... not great, not horrible. The grounds are very pretty and kept immaculate, the apartments are well cared for... my dissatisfaction is with my neighbors, unfortunately I've had disrespectful neighbors and no matter how many complaints lodged absolutely nothing changed, while my experience wasn't great, yours may be awesome

It's a good place to live in, safe and clean,good facilities basketball court, swimming pool and business center and more. Maintenance doing a great job every time we call them they are very professional. I appreciate their work.

My husband and I have now lived here at Lakes of Windsor for six years. We love this community! Our neighbors are all so friendly, and everything is kept so meticulously beautiful! Thank you, Lakes of Windsor staff and maintenance!

Our experience at Lakes of Windsor has been overall, very pleasant. The grounds and buildings are well maintained, and maintenance staff responds very promptly. I would recommend this community to anyone seeking to live in the Indianapolis area.

Lakes of Windsor is a great place to live! I've been living here since 2017 and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. It's clean, friendly, and safe. I've even had two close friends move to LoW because of how much they loved the community.

The apartments are very good and maintenance is excellent. The maintenance is prompt. Apartments are very good. nice play grounds for kids. The lakes are well maintained and nice pathways for walking.

My experience with this community has been very positive. The walking path to Meijer is convenient for getting food and other supplies, and enjoy using the basketball/tennis courts that are available to residents. The office and maintenance staff are also highly responsive.

I moved in in April, and it has been pleasurable thus far. The office staff (Tori) has been exemplary and always serve with a smile and no issue (when raised) is left unresolved. They quickly jump in and ensure it is taken to its logical conclusion. The landscapes and maintenance of the same is ship shape and soothing to the eyes and the spirit. All in all, if you are looking for a nice place to stay that caters to you and your family's needs, look no further. Well, you don't have to take my word for it. Just plan a visit and experience it yourself. Happy hunting :-)

We moved in just over a week ago and could not be happier with the leasing and maintenance staff. We are able to sleep really well as it is very quiet at night, even through this is a large community. So far, it has been a very pleasant experience.

I am very happy that I chose these apartments the community is so friendly and giving I was here only 3 months when we had a fire at our building the way this community came together for my family was awesome

I love it here. It is very clean and peaceful. The leasing office is very efficient and I found my apartment in perfect conditions. The distribution of the rooms is ideal and the kitchen is spacious enough

Great community to live in. Safe and respectful neighbors. Staff works well with you to service any issues. The layout is beautiful and it's the pool, courts, and walking areas as well. I would recommended to anyone. Rent may seem a little high but it's worth it for the community overall.

The neighborhood is so well kept and very pretty. The staff are so nice and helpful and the maintenance team is always quick to respond and very friendly. All the neighbors are super friendly. I have also always felt safe living here

Great community overall. Very nice and clean and well maintained green spaces . Nice pool and exercise room . Apartments are nicely maintained and above all maintenance staff is top notch - always there to help since someone is always onsite - must see and must love

So far everything has been great. The property is very well taken care of and maintenance will respond promptly. Do NOT leave your car unlocked by accident (or on purpose) because someone WILL attempt to take anything valuable.

I like this community because I never faced any challenge or problem in last 5+ years. This is very neat and clean. Maintenance staff is very experienced and helpful. Services are very quick, you don't need to follow to get them done. I am very much happy that I choose this community to live.

I just love my new apartment, quiet very beautiful the neighbors are friendly and office staff are so welcoming they made me feel like I was at home when I was just looking , the upgrade is beautiful I'm trying to get my daughter to move in hopefully she does
