Lakes of Windsor was a really nice community to visit. Just driving around the complex and seeing the upkeep of the community was very pleasing to me and my family. We enjoyed touring the units and talking with Meghan about the apartment complex.

The area is quite neat and well maintained. The location is great! Easy access to shopping centers. Not that far from downtown and the commute is relatively good. Management are very responsive. The community is very safe.

The views are beautiful and the building is beautiful. I am also happy to live in a quiet neighborhood and the staff is friendly and courteous. Easy access to the city and to the highway. There are many supermarkets nearby. Although there is a lot of traffic, I would recommend this apartment.

This is a great community, quiet, peaceful, and nice people both in terms of the staff as well as the folks living here as well. I have never worried about my safety, had issues with noise or other complaints. All in all a great place to live

Spacious & feels like HOME. I haven't been this happy with an apartment in years. The best thing? Silence. I can't hear a single other neighbor. I finally feel at peace and like I have privacy. Very satisfied

Overall, highly livable, quiet, great location. Property has a terrific dog park, a fully equipped fitness center with restrooms and showers. Also a convenient business center with wi-fi. Closed on Sundays.

This community is beautiful. The lakes are a nice touch, and the apartments themselves are clean. There is a great walkway to Meijer. Also, the maintenance is kind and speedy. I haven't had an issue go unanswered for more than a day! Turning left out of the neighborhood can sometimes take a while, and you may have to drive to the dumpster, but those are small things in an otherwise perfect neighborhood.

As someone who has recently moved to Indianapolis and used online websites to look for apartments, I can tell you first hand that a lot of reviews will tell you to NOT live somewhere, but there are very few that tell you that you SHOULD live somewhere. I can tell you, Lakes of Windsor is absolutely a place you want to live at. The management and staff are incredibly helpful and will do their best to help you with the application and move in process. Maintenance is taken care of almost immediately, even for small things that are not really emergencies. The community is extremely well kept and is a visible symbol of how much the staff cares about the residents. Moreover, the location is perfect for shopping and easy commute to the city for work. I've only been here for a little while, but I have never lived in a better apartment community. Please consider Lakes of Windsor for your next home. There's a reason why there are only a few openings: it's highly in-demand, and for good reason too.

It has been an absolutely fantastic experience. Great community, lot of people, very vibrant, lot of walking area, beautiful plush grass and trees. Excellent maintenance staff. Gym, salt water pool, in house washer dryer, what more can you ask for! Cons-no valet trash, can't access printers 24x7. But overall an excellent community.

I love this community! Honestly. I wasn't sure I wanted to live outside of Downtown, but this place is worth it. The office and maintenance staff are fast, friendly, and thorough. The groundskeeping is phenomenal and the amenities are always well cared for. despite not being gated, I couldn't feel safer here either. highly recommend for families and single adults.

I am delighted with my move-in process. Huge special Shoutout to Erica, our Leasing Consultant, who first understood our needs (& wants) and then went out of her way to fulfill them. She was proactive in her communications and made this process extremely smooth. The Community overall is a fabulous place to live for families. There is only one entrance/exit for vehicles which to me is important from a safety standpoint. It has something for everyone, a park for the kids, a pool, a fitness, and a business center for everyone. The Trash dumping area has a separate place for dumping recyclable items. Amenities are also great and you receive the apartment in similar to new condition. Meijer is within a walking distance so that is a huge plus. I would highly recommend her and Lakes of Windsor to anyone looking for an apartment in Indianapolis.

My wife and I have rented multiple apartments and homes and Lakes of Windsor has by far been our most pleasant renting experience. The office staff are wonderful and have always done a great job resolving any issues we have ever had. The maintenance staff does a great job keeping up on the property and making sure that everything works as it should. We started in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment and decided that we could use some extra space for our family before our lease was up and the office staff helped us get into a bigger apartment in a very timely manner. All of the amenities are top notch. Over all I give these apartments a 5 star review. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The staff and other residents are so kind. It's a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, in a great location to get to and from everywhere I need to go. I have twice the amount of windows i had in my last apartment. They have great floor plans with washers and dryers included in the apartment.
