The staff was extremely thorough and helpful with my application/leasing process, as well as during the actual move-in. They were also very proactive with inspection before I moved in and had already marked off items to fix & improve.

Community is very well maintained and services are promptly attended by maintenance guys. Lots of space in apartments and amenities like basketball court, swimming pool, kids play area and volley ball

Been great so far. Just signed 3rd lease and have had zero issues whatsoever. Maintenance is always very timely and staff is always very pleasant and easy to work with! Apartments are nice and clean as well

Overall it's good experience. But management should consider having trash bins at multiple places in the community for easier access especially for residents living at Barbly place to avoid taking trash in a car.

This community is great! Well kept and well maintained. Beautiful apartments and beautiful lakes. Wonderful amenities and involvement! The staff is friendly and responds quick. I would highly recommend this apartment!

We enjoy living here everyone is nice and friendly. The apartments are great. We enjoy the play ground and pool for the kids. It is very kids and family friendly. Staff is very kind and understanding.

Lakes of Windsor is a wonderful community. It has all the basic amenities. The administration follows up on any request for maintenance. They are a nice bunch of people. There is a basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, swimming pool and gym. It is a wonderful community.

A broken microwave front window glass upon move in. It was fixed within one day. Excellent service and could not have been done any better. I would highly recommend this complex and this is now the second time that I have lived here.

It has been an amazing experience. The move in process was smooth. The staff here are friendly and my apartment condition was great. The welcome kit was a nice touch. I found few issues but everything was fixed immediately. Great community. 5 stars all the way.

It was a pleasant experience, good neighborhood and neighbors, the only issue I have is I don't have a car and to trash I have a long way, I wish we had one more dumpster somewhere close to our house too.

Apartments are in good space, neat and clean. Hats off to the maintenance guys. School district and market is very accessible and good. The overall appearance of the society is very pleasant and beautiful.

Eh okay, nice neighborhood and apartment but having all my stuff ruined in a flood by a pipe bursting sucks. Also felt like it wasent handled the best by the apartments. They helped us with a model apartment, but that's about it

Excellent community with friendly people around. The maintence service is amazing and is available in no time. Beautiful park, swimming pool, Gym with latest equipments, volleyball, Tennis and basketball courts are othe added amnities.

This community is very beautiful It is surrounded by three beautiful lakes and landscaping. It also has lots of trees for shade and nature to look at. Management/Staff as well as maintenance are great.

Good , clean. Nice park area and amenities. Friendly staff! Great location, with good easy access to groceries, restaurants and other things! Quick access to downtown Indianapolis or other cities via 465/65.

This is the best Apartment Complex I have ever lived in and I have lived in many in this 85yrs! Up & Beyond any expectation. This location full fills all my needs. I can choose to walk or about a 8min drive, to any and all most needs. So Satisfied living here.

I have lived at Lakes of Windsor for 5 years and really love it here. The apartments are so nice and spacious. The office staff and maintenance staff are wonderful and always eager to work with you. The location is perfect for being close to grocery stores and shopping and not too far from downtown but still far enough away and in a safe location. Wonderful area for walking. All around great place to live!

I love this apartment complex/community. Everyone is so friendly and the management team goes above and beyond for their renters. They host events like food trucks and donations drives and keep us up to date on things that are happening around the community. Communication is fantastic. They are always making improvements to make this place feel safe and more like a home.

I feel at home, safe, live in walking distance of grocery and excellent carry out establishments or sit down restaurants.My Church is 8 minutes away. Great access to Interstate. Many perks to enjoy at Windsor.

Love this apartment complex! It is clean and modern. The grounds are beautiful and clean. It's quiet and peaceful. My experience so far has been great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Work gets done quickly.
