We have lived at Lakes for about a year and the complex is clean and peaceful. So far we have not had any issues with safety. The maintenance staff is prompt and courteous, making the experience stress-free.

We only just moved in, but everything has been excellent so far. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept for an apartment community, the interior of the apartment is great in just about every way, and staff was very helpful during move-in.

Great office staff! Awesome maintenance! Love how clean the community is & how friendly all the neighbors are. The one girl Erica in the office is super sweet & lovely to work with! All the amenities are a great bonus to the community!

Nice community and Great Staffer, maintenance always available to fix whatever the issues is and the Community is very Clean and I love the Gym, always clean and management always right on time for any little thing.

Quick maintenance requests?even on a Sunday when a pipe leaked. Dustin, the maintenance tech, called immediately. He helped me minimize the leak and came out immediately. I was told by the previous tenant that this group answers maintenance requests quickly. This comment made our mind up and glad we chose Lakes of Windsor.

This has been the best rental experience ever. I really don't have any negative comments. Management is apartment is huge. Maintenance is fast and efficient. This place is worth every penny.

It is a great place to live. It is maintained insecurity is around all the time I have had no problems. I love the community very peaceful and very friendly people love that there's a pool and other things that my grandkids can do when they are there close to restaurants and Grocery stores and shopping. It's also very close to 65 which I get on to go to work and they are always improving things every year painting power washing your apartments redoing the roads and I've only had to call maintenance twice and they have been there within 24 hours to fix what my problem was. I would recommend Lakes Of Windsor to any of my family and friends. I feel very safe.

This is one of the best and well maintained property in south side of INDY. We have been staying here for more than 5 years and never been a moment which made us think to move out due to maintenance or any other security issue . I recommend this to every others who is looking for a good friendly safe and well maintained neighborhood.

Thank you for the opportunity to express my experience at the Lakes of Windsor Apartments. In November, I will have lived here for 10 years, and I have found my apartment home to be a nice place to live. It is conveniently located to stores, shopping, restaurants and grocery shopping. I would recommend Lakes of Windsor Apartments to any one who is looking for a nice community to call home.

The overall look inside and outside the apartments and building are very nice. The amenities my son and I use a lot. When I have a maintenance request the maintenance staff address is usually day of or day after depending when i submit the request.

Great community to live in. It is very clean and well maintained and the staff are all timely and helpful. I feel safe at all times and especially enjoy the dog park and all the amenities that are offered here.

Amazing experience. It is a very quiet and peaceful community, with wonderful neighbors. The leasing office staff is very friendly and helpful when needed. The grounds in the community are well maintained and the maintenance team works very quickly

Lakes of Windsor is a beautiful community. The staff is helpful and friendly. There is proper and regular communication from their side. Maintenance is also very good. They take care of the issue the next day or same Day of reporting. Society is clean and maintained.

Family friendly community with nice walking paths, amenities (in-unit W/D and dishwasher, plus pool, gym, and business center in leasing office). Office staff and maintenance are very friendly and respond very quickly to any issues (usually within 1 business day). Great location - walking distance to Meijer, very close to other shopping centers and the highway.

While the community's appearance is nice & welcoming overall, it has a couple of issues. At least 1-2 times a month, the trash compactor (which sits in the very entrance of the community) is over-flowing with garbage. While this is not under their control entirely, I believe they should either add an additional compactor to cut down on the over-flow, or move the compactor completely. Additionally, the cost to value ratio is out of balance? again, I am taking into consideration that the market value is a factor in this, but $1500 for a (1, ) two bedroom w/ one garage is a bit much, and with annual increases each of the 3 years that we've been here, it doesn't feel like it's going to adjust in the other direction. The maintenance team is good and responsive, but they're not very friendly or cordial, even though we see them often. I could speak to some positive things, but since the apartments' website will do a better job at that, so I wanted to highlight the stuff people really wish someone would have told them before they moved in.

I love my apartment. Amazing location. Great staff. Upgraded features. Quiet neighborhood with no wall noise. The storage connected to the balcony was a life saver. I love my home and recommend my community to everyone. Ill be sad to move when I need a bigger space

The community is perfect for anyone looking to come home and relax after a long day. Peaceful and the neighbors are quiet. Great and Safe to walk around at night or late afternoon runs. Highly reccomend to anyone looking for a relaxing home!

We moved here September 2022 and our experience have been nothing but pleasant, we love our apartment, friendly and professional management and maintenance teams, good neighbors. We can only leave here if we are buying a house.

In general it has been a good experience so far. Sometimes the lake at the back of our partments is not clean and perhaps more effort is needed for the upkeep of this area. We have also noticed dog poop on some occasions and the residents with pets need to be more careful about that.

We moved in mid last year and so far have nothing but good things to say about the community. Great office and maintenance staff. They are always trying to do fun things to bring everyone together like holiday events and food trucks. The neighborhood is always quiet and clean! Very happy we moved here.
