I have loved my four years at Lakes of Windsor. I moved from downtown, so I wasn't sure if I would love living outside of the city, but it has been wonderful. I am moving in a month, but I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who asks!

It's alright to live here. Many people cannot afford to live in an apartment anymore. Electric prices are going up all the time as well. Even living in a small apartment costs way more than it should and most cannot afford it anymore.

I haven't had any issues with apartment complex and I have lived here for almost a year. Quiet community, nice walking trail, amenities, and friendly staff. Online rental payments. Maintenance is very quick and efficient.

It's a very good apartment, nice community. Easy access to everything. The maintenance team is doing wonderful job, they are always available in the 24x7 mode and provides prompt support. Nice community for the families to move in.

I had an unusual situation and needed to move from an upstairs to a downstairs apartment right after my original move-in. Staff we very helpful in accommodating my situation and working with my family as I could not physically contact the office at that time. When I moved in to the first floor apartment they were very quick to make some ADA accommodations for me.

I've had such a wonderful experience living here! The management team is always friendly and quick to respond to any requests. The community is clean, safe, and welcoming. It's been a joy to come home every day.

The Lakes crew did a great job as always. The office girls were polite and helpful and the maintenance guy was quick, efficient and kind. Everything is great and I love living here. I plan to call this my home for as long I can.

Overall it is a nice community in indianapolise where people can stay if they can afford rent. Its very safe and clean society which is in indianapolise with lot of good features but meantime the rent of the society should stablize now??.

Apartments are well maintained, very efficient maintenance and apartment office workers are helpful. Love the greenery and lake view because of which I chose to rent here. Facilities like gym snd swimming pool are great.

Rent keeps going up and up so I will soon be looking elsewhere even though I have been here for 5 years. I pay 1450 for a 1 bedroom and a garage which is 300 more than I did 4 years ago. It's not worth it.

It's not a bad place to stay just have a few issues with neighbors that's about it other then that it's peaceful place to stay it a comfy apartment more then enough space to make it a home and they get back with you as soon as possible!

Much better than my old community. Very good atmosphere, welcoming support staff, fun and useful amenities that are very well maintained. The apartment complex is a very welcoming atmosphere that makes for a rather enjoyable walk.

Great community, maintenance is always quick to respond to requests and prompt resolve the issues the first time. Neighbors are generally quiet and considerate. Only downside is the one dumpster in the complex which is an inconvenience when leaving at the back of the complex as the trash compactor is at the front of the complex

I enjoy living at Lakes of Windsor; rarely have I had any problems. I enjoy the walking trails and sidewalks, as well as, the pool. Feel very safe and secure in my environment. Beautiful place to live.

So far so great. Really enjoy this neighborhood. It's safe and friendly. The maintenance crew is phenomenal. The office staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable! Very grateful to find an apartment complex that seems to genuinely care about the people that live here.

One of the best staff and maintenance crew I've experienced from any apartment complex. Also love the environment (so many trees!)and sidewalks to access the neighborhood and Meijer next door! Site and facilities are also nicely kept and maintained.

Beautiful complex, reasonably priced, loved the area. The staff was very courteous, patient, and helpful. Can't wait to move in at the end of September. Very peaceful community. Garages are a great option.

Maintenance team goes above and beyond for residents even coming to help in the middle of the night. Had some problems with front desk staff as they put us in a no dog apartment when we very specifically told them we were getting a dog. Besides that one incident they've been very friendly and it's been great! But maintenance team for the win they rock!
