I have had great experiences at Lakes of Windsor. The price of the apartment and amenities is well worth it, service has always been quick, friendly, and well done. The community is safe, accessible, and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone else to live here!

Staff and maintenance is on top of things . Grounds are always clean , they keep all the amenities up and working . Is a great place to call home , lots of restaurants and shops near by . Can be downtown fast is a great location.

The apartment is large and well maintained. On the rare instances there are problems the office staff and maintenance staff are AMAZING at getting them resolved. This community provides everything I would want from an apartment community.

This community is gorgeous! The grounds are exceptionally well taken care of. The streets are well-maintained. The people I spoke with are very engaging and happy to help. I especially like the layout of the one bedroom apartments.

It's clean and quiet. Any issue we have is resolved with 12 hours. The staff is friendly. The amenities are nice as well! Pool and work out place are kept clean. The property is kept up with lawn care.

The best part is the fast response time of the maintenance team. The community is clean and well maintained. The pool, the mowing is done very frequently so always look neat. The ponds also are very well taken care of!!

So far we have been blown away by the friendliness of the staff and our neighbors. We haven't ever lived somewhere where everyone else seemed so happy all of the time. The amenities are a huge plus too!

Beautiful, well kept community with very helpful office and maintenance staff. I would definitely recommend this Complex over any other in the area. Pricing is fair for the rental market and well worth it.

It was good. Everything went well. The apartment was ready when they said it would be everything in it is in excellent shape. The office staff are always friendly and answer any questions I have and have been great to work with.

Beautiful place to live in. Leasing staff are professional and courteous. Loving my stay here. One of the best community to live in the south Indianapolis. Very spacious apartments. I would recommend to check this property at least once.

The office ladies are super sweet nd helpful, always in office which is rare for most places. Maintenance is on top of their game, absolutely appreciate how quick they work nd how fast they show up. Great park for kids. The grounds is definitely cleaned, never see trash laying around. Grass and flowers always look great.

It's been a great experience so far. I always feel safe and there's a great community of people. There's a lot of nature available which is great to have in Indy. They have many great amenities such as a gym, pool, basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, and walking paths. It's so nice to have all of these in one place so I don't need to leave the complex to enjoy these various activities.

I've enjoyed living at Lakes of Windsor so far. The staff is friendly and on top of any issues that come up. They do a nice job keeping the grounds maintained. Only complaint are the pool hours. I wish they were extended.

We loved our time at Lakes of Windsor! It's beautiful and the pool is lovely. The staff have always been so kind and maintenance is very fast! We would like to continue to be here but we are now looking for a future home.

Windsor Lakes is very close to Downtown and offers a lot of amenities like a club house, pool, gym and an Amazon hub. The office leasing staff remember you by name and put together weekly food events.

Our overall experience has been nothing but great at Lakes of Windsor. The staff is kind and caring and the community is very well kept. We love the new playground and it genuinely feel like home living here :)
