Chelsea was great! And so was Keith! He does all my work orders and he always does a spectacular job! He always goes above and beyond and never leaves a mess thanks for being a gem, the office staff is all so happy everytime I come in the door!

The apartment community itself is well-maintained and has a lot to offer. However, my experience was occasionally impacted by unprofessional or discourteous behavior from some staff members. While many interactions were positive, there were times when communication and support could have been handled more respectfully. I hope to see improvements in consistency and professionalism in the future, as the community itself is a great place to live.

The community is well kept and maintenance staff are always prompt and professional. I enjoy living here. So long as my rent price stays consistent, I'd love to renew my lease and continue living here.

We were facing water clogging issue from day one and this is very nasty job now our prolonging issue fixed permanently after the good service provided. Indeed thanks for the support and keep up the good Service

Lakes of Windsor is a wonderful place to call home. The apts are spacious, affordable and very well maintained. The maintenance staff is wonderful and the grounds beautiful. I highly recommend this community.

This apartment complex is located in an ideal community located near supermarkets, restaurants, and other helpful business. It is safe and many policemen live here. The pool is open at least between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The grounds are kept up and maintenance is responsive.

Meghan the leasing agent was extremely helpful. The community is located within walking distance of several restaurants and is very close to 65. Everything appeared to be very clean and well kept as I toured the community.

Beautiful atmosphere and nice community. Apartments were in nice condition and matched online pictures. Landscaping was so pretty and peaceful. Would recommend visiting if you are interested. Staff is welcoming and friendly.

I first lived at Lakes of Windsor in 2002. My wife & I rented a three bedroom apartment at the time . We were building a home that we moved into 18 months later. Twenty years later , with the passing of my wife , I sold my home &. Moved back into Lakes of Windsor. Lakes of Windsor has maintained its building, the grounds , side walks , streets are well kept . It's a quiet, orderly, happy neighborhood. The staff is friendly & always helpful . I recommend it to any singles or families.

Apartment is clean and neighbors are friendly and quite. The office staff is polite and helpful. The maintenance staff is outstanding in completing the requests in a timely manner as well as professional.

Everyone has been welcoming, any maintenance issues that came up promptly addressed, neighbors seem friendly. Love the trees and design of property. Close to stores and near family. Like layout apartment.

Overall a very nice community that I would recommend. They have been welcoming since day one and continue to be. Prices seem to be fair at the moment, hoping they do not increase when it is time to renew. Overall very happy and definitely better than many other options we considered!

BEAUTIFUL COMPLEX!!!! Staff is wonderful, friendly, and always willing to help answer/solve any questions. LOVE the location and grounds are kept nicely. Plenty of things to do on site. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love living at Lakes of Windsor apartments! I enjoy the quiet apartment community which sits in a garden-like setting with ponds and lots of trees, wildlife and walking trails. The grounds are beautifully maintained by a maintenance staff that seem to do their work cheerfully and well. In addition, office staff members are always responsive and professional in their demeanor. I could not have chosen better!

Love the place, it's very well kept with little to no issues. We have lived here for 6 years almost and for what you get and the location, there really isn't a better apartment complex. It's a great place to live.

This apartment complex is well maintained and safe to live. I see police also living within the complex. They have an amazing staff and crew and very quick to respond to your apartment problems anytime 24/7! Keep up the good work! You are all the best!

Beautiful place to live. Staff are so helpful and go above and beyond. Love it here. Some request are completed within hours. Always courteous and I can't say enough good things about everyone here. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

The experience at this lakes of windsor apartment has been very good. Houses are nice and spacious. There is dog park, gym, pool and the children play area as well. Staff is great at maintenance service.

Great to live. Property taken care of. 3 ponds. Basket ball court tennis court pool dog park???,, car ports garages no crime mmanagment good. Easy to deal with office staff great. Work out in gym very nice
