Have had no bad experiences. Love this place. Always a good environment and a nice clean place to live. The staff is a joy to be around and the pool is always nice and clean. Enjoying the dog park also.

Very clean, peaceful and safe environment . The upkeep of the community is fantastic. Great location everything you need is right there. The layout on the inside is very nice and the apartments is all updated witch is a plus. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. I love coming home to my new apartment.?? No complaints so far and I pray it stays that way ????

My stay has been great. Maintenance is on top of everything. I noticed some water under my washer and reported it and by the time I got back from work I had a new washer. The grounds are beautiful, with a lot of amenities. There are a lot of families, so there are always kids everywhere and they play in the streets. They are pretty good about getting out of the way when there are cars, but I'm still nervous when I drive in.

An immediate neighbor smokes on their porch, and the toxic cigarette smoke is being breathed by others, causing nausea, headaches and potentially cancer. Is there anything that can be done about this? Can the neighbor, who is quiet, be asked to smoke indoors? When one person smokes, everyone smokes. And most people are sickened by cigarettes. Please address this.

The Lakes is a great place to live. The office staff are like family and maintenance could not be better. I also like the location as it close to I-65, 440 and downtown. They offer covered parking as well and enclosed garages. WONDERFUL!!!

I really like the area the apartments are in. I work downtown and it's a quick 20 minute drive to and from work. the community is quiet and the people I have met have all been friendly. Another plus is that you are in walking distance of Meijers.

Everyone has been great ! My experience so far has been nothing but great from looking,applying and moving as well as having maintenance here within one day. The neighbors are all very friendly as well.

I absolutely love living here! My neighbors are great and the staff is amazing. They are always on top of things when they need to be. It's very clean and a great place to live! I have never had an issue.

Quiet, clean community, would recommend. Very rarely hear neighbors through the walls of the apartments. Love that the upstairs apartments have their own private first level entrance. High ceilings. Apartments recently renovated for a more modern feel. Recommend choosing an apartment in the front of the community as the buildings in the front are more spread out. Plenty of greenspace that is well maintained by groundskeepers. Major perk having walking path to Meijer next door, although can sometimes be difficult to make a left hand turn out of the addition. The three or four times we have had a maintenance issue, maintenance staff has resolved it same day every time. Plenty of parking (at least near the front of the addition) and nice amenities. Has Amazon Hub. Close access to I-65.

Living here has been a very enjoyable experience! The office staff is very welcoming, supportive, and accommodating. The maintenance staff is always quick to answer requests, even during this stay at home order. The scenery is very pretty and apartments are laid out nicely with high end appliances.

Amazing apartment community. Great amenities. You can really tell they keep up with the community and it's appearance inside and outside of your home. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone.

Just moved in and have seen strange things for a "family" community. The guy next door, a thirty-something, pulled his shorts down and peed in the yard, in the broad light of the afternoon. He was only about 10 yards from his apartment which has two bathrooms. Another resident keeps rifles or shotguns on his porch. What gives? Also, a great lot of loud music coming from cars. Dogs everywhere, loose and much dog poop.

I enjoy the location, the safety of the apartments, staff is very friendly, maintence also very good. I feel very secure to live in this complex, I feel like this is truly my home. I would recommend these apartments.The only thing I wish is that there was a traffic light at the entrence.

Not such a good place. Neighbors from hell; police are here every night. Trash collected on porches left for days. Neighbors from hell. You try to talk to office and manager hides. Dog poop all over. Garages way too costly.

This property discriminates against disabled people. We were told by staff members that management doesn't like handicapped living here. There are no accomodations unless you beg for them, and wait a long time. There is nothing available when you move in. If this is posted, wait and see, there will be phoney praises from people who claim to be disabled and live here.

Community is so nice, near to interstate and Meijer is next to the community, all household needs are nearby and drive to downtown is just 12-15 mins. I like this community for environmental friendly and good walking track

We and a couple of our neighbors have received stickers on our car windows because our license plates have expired. Well, let's get something out in the open: at least TWO of the snitty and hateful office staff women have vehicles with expired license plates and they NEVER get the warning stickers like we the residents did. In FACT, one of the office staff member's car is an old, old beat up Honda with PLATES THAT EXPIRED TWO AND A HALF YEARS AGO. You'd think that an old car like that one, it would only cost about $70 to renew the plates, but this hateful and rude office person who drives that car GETS AWAY WITH IT, and the residents who pay her salary get fined. And there's another one that is expired and she GETS AWAY WITH IT. Not setting a very good example are they? And stuck-up about it and a double standard.

Great Place to Live, Very secure. it has good fitness center and play areas. Lot of activities going on echo hill every one from community can actively participate. Ample parking spaces available. Very secure Amazon delivery system.

My experience has has been very good and pleasant. No issues so far. The surrounding is very good and spacious and gives you a good neighbourhood to go a for pleasant walk or a run. However the fitness center needs some improvement. Thanks

Love the renovated space! Very nice community and staff, everything is convenient and right in the area. The apartment is in very good condition, with all new flooring and appliances. I also love the separate entrances!!

Location is pretty good, but the office staff is so rude. Unfortunately I don't wanna recommend this apartment to my friends and I'll move here. My neighbor said the attitude of staff is unbelievable,too.

This apartment is a well-maintained place in a decent locality. Car parking is an issue, otherwise, all is OK. Maintenance is on time. Friendly staff. No security issues. You will be well informed of any changes in the community.

There is too much wall to wall noise from neighbors every night. The grounds are always muddy and there isn't enough salt on sidewalks during freezing weather. Windows are sssoooo drafty and warped, and let much cold air in.
