I moved to Lakes of Windsor in 2018 during a last minute move to the Indianapolis area for a teaching position and I have never been happier with an apartment complex. They communicate well with their residents, they are honest, and the service is always great. The community itself is beautiful, well cared for, and comfortable to walk around in. I highly recommend visiting if you are unsure.

Great office staff and crew overall. Everyone in the neighborhood is very friendly. Really quite and great place to live. There are a lot of families that live here, so I feel very safe and welcomed. The property is well maintained and maintenance issued are resolved SO quick.

Most Kitchen appliances are very, very outdated. You can rent the upgrade apts., but you will pay out the wazoo, extra $150 a month. Advertising says refridgerators have ice makers, but none of them work. They are primitive and the water lines are clogged. These are never, never fixed. Ice tastes like yuk, can't use it. But you are told your refridgerator has an ice maker. We were told can't plant flowers in the ground, but the first thing anyone sees when they enter the property is an apartment with hydrangea bushes and other shrubs planted all along the edge of the porch and under the windows. We asked the lady resident and she said she planted them in the ground herself. Some people get to do some things and others can't. Carpet cleaning once a year is a laugh. The carpet is not deep cleaned or steam cleaned. The clown comes in and wets the area where you walk and then scoops up the water he sprayed on it. Not even shampoo. Takes him about 10 minutes. This is a full joke, and property pretends it is doing something great for the renters. Once a year, 10 minutes with water.

I love living at Lakes of Windsor. Maintenance requests are always fulfilled in a timely manner, it is a quiet and safe neighborhood, located close to everything, and is pet friendly. This is the best apartment complex I've lived in.

Rent is higher than fair market value. The problem is, monthly rent increases with each lease renewal. So, you are paying an extra $30 to $50 dollars PER MONTH that you live here, year after year. Residents NEVER get a rent incentive to stay, even though the apartments experience wear and tear and are growing older and older. You will made to pay just for the "experience" of living here. These units are very outdated and have peculiar structural issues: windows are warped, roofs and gutters leak, plumbing is full of residue from hard water. Many residents are forced to put plastic over their windows to keep out the cold. The shower heads will not allow enough water to wash a bird, yet water fees are increased each year, by the month. The place is not well-lit, extremely dark over most of the property. Parking is at a premium, and resident cars with expired plates are allowed to stay that way. There is much thievery going on, always has been. The "security guard" is a joke. It is in a nice and convenient location, and Franklin Township is a good place to live.

Discrimination on celebrating festivals.. I see during Christmas fireworks allowed but during other festivals it is not allowed.. Rent is too much Lakes are not cleaned Overall it is good but as per rent it doesn't look ..

Very clean apartments and community is well maintained. Close to shopping, restaurants and activities. The maintenance team and office staff are very friendly and respond quickly. Pool area is really nice and well maintained.

Very nice community enjoy living here. Great apartments really spacious and well maintained. Staff is nice and answers to all the requests. The only thing I am unhappy is about the hidden cost charged for my old apartment after I moved into the new one. After the walkout was done there was nothing mentioned about kitchen countertop resurfacing but later I received a bill for 240$

This community is very nice and clean. Apartment model makes me feel home always. Full size washer and dryers included in all the units. We have park , pool, fitness center etc. Easy access to interstate, grocery's and schools. Over all good community with good staffs.

Very conveniently located with a lot of shops close by . Downtown is also very close and hence less commute time to work . Very pleasant surroundings and Premises are very well maintained . This is a safe, clean, friendly and quiet community with great amenities for this area. It is situated in one of the best school districts in Central Indiana with great access to restaurants, highway and a 24-hour grocery store right next door. There is ample parking and all areas are well lit.

I just moved in within the last 2 weeks. Tori Smith was the person who assisted me with obtaining my new apartment. She was very professional and made sure that I was completely comfortable with my new apartment. Everything was neat and clean. The landscape was gorgeous and the property looked very well kept.

I absolutely love living at LoW. The community is fantastic! The location is off of Southport Rd which is a busy street yet the complex is really calm and quiet. You are super close to many things grocery stores, retail stores, etc. The Greenwood Mall is a mere 10-15 min drive. There's so much to do in this area and you're only 15 minutes from downtown. It's definitely a safe community, never had an issue. I love that residents have access to the gym 24/7. It's a great community if you're a college student, recent grad, or starting a family. You see a diverse community here and I like it.
