The apartment homes are spacious, clean and updated. The staff is amazing and make you feel at home the moment you walk in. Location is great, you're near anything you need but not to close to the city.

I enjoy the cleanliness and upkeep of the apartment complex. It is also close to a variety of stores and restaurants. The management is helpful and quick to respond. My apartment was clean when I moved in, and the appliances were working properly.

Great staff. Great apartments with lots of square feet, huge bedrooms and bathrooms, walk-in closet, and full-size washer and dryer included... which is great for the price of rent, compared to other apartments that we looked at in the area. Love the pool and weight room. And I feel safe here, with no problems with neighbors.

Good neighborhood and community are clean. A highly responsible management service team. Appearance and condition of community grounds, landscaping, and common areas are really good. The Quality is the best.

I love living in this complex. The staff is friendly and quickly responds to issues. They keep the buildings and landscape looking nice. It's an easy decision to renew my lease every year. I also really appreciate the free carpet cleaning I received.

Lot of car break ins happened this summer and last year, we need more safety. Raised the concerns to leasing office but no action taken. Maintainance issues like washer or dishwasher are not fixing on time, doing lot of delay. Inspection time office staff put lot of restrictions and rules, insulting the tenants about cleanliness of apartment. Some of the office staff are rude.

I love living here! The apartments and community are very well maintained. It's quiet and close to many stores, restaurants, and the interstate. I've had one maintenance issue in 3 years and it was promptly fixed. The office staff are professional and easy to work with.

Positives: Great community of Indian families. Family oriented community with lots of kids around. Sports opportunities include tennis, basketball, volleyball ... no table tennis Negatives: The rent is a bit high and the insulation is not good which have electric heating (adds to the bill). Also needs EV charging stations and solar panels for heating and cooling, maybe in the next 5-10 years (no brainer).

Lakes of Windsor is a great place to live. The community is quiet and beautiful. The staff are amazing. This is a very well taken care of apartment complex. Lots of sidewalks make it nice to walk around and during warm weather you often see families out walking together. It's a very pleasant place to live!

We do not like the way we treated by some people. I do not like to give details. its waste of time giving details as well. I can not go further with out adding 200 characters here. That's the only reason why am filling it out. The only thing they can do to improve is TREAT EVERY ONE THE SAME WITH RESPECT

Gorgeous apartments in a great location. The staff is easy to work with and responsive. the community is pet friendly and clean. maintenance work is always done in a timely manor. they keep up the property very well.

Great, people are friendly. Great quality, and maintenance is great. I would recommend this place to anyone. I love how there is great wild life to watch while you are outside. Parking is great. The walls are not paper thin.

This is a beautiful and well maintained community. Staff response for any issues is awesome. Maintenance staff is very professional and respectable. Rent is a bit high but sometimes i feel is worth spending.

Great community and great staff. Any problem with the apartment, the office is always on time to take care of their residents. I will recommend this complex apartments to everybody plus you have the supermarket next door which make it better.

Everything was great. The privacy, staff and maintenance staff . I would definitely recommend my friends. Bunker hill is a great school that was the reason I moved in. Maintenance staff was prompt and received very good service.

The leasing office was very helpful and made move in a very easy and painless process. The apartment had only one problem with moisture in the window prior to my move in. However, they were prompt in getting it fixed - I believe it was done a two or three days after I had moved in. It is wonderful complex and would definitely recommend it!

Over all the apartment and the community is very good. However the rent is high. Recommend trash bins in each building. Had horrible experience during inspections since the inspector displaced the things multiple time and was behaving rude.

This is a fantastic apartment community! Management is responsive and maintenance is timely!! Wonderful place to live!! And safe too !!!! It's extremely convenient to the downtown and is right next door to Meijer...as well as other major shopping and restaurants.

I don't have anything negative to say about Lakes of Windsor. The maintenance department is quick to come when you call and make repairs until you are satisfied. I can't say anything about our office staff except how exceptional they are. First of all they are friendly every day and so helpful and eager to make you happy. Love each and every one of them! Beautiful property, lovely pool and pool area, beautiful spacious apartments. We couldn't be more satisfied with our home!

This is a very good place to live. The office staff is very nice and very friendly. Maintenance is friendly very good. The apartment complex is very close to all shopping. We find this place very handy and good to live at. We look forward to renewing our lease for another year with the friendly office staff. Thank you very much.

Lakes of Windsor is a great place to stay. Very well maintained apartment homes, great interiors and latest equipment's installed. I will highly recommend this place to anyone looking for staying in an apartment around Indianapolis.

This apartment is very beautiful and convenient.However, I was blessed with the noise of my neighbor. This is not only a problem of this apartment, it is not a problem of an apartment company, it is only unfortunate.
