lakes of Windsor is a very nice place to live, very friendly, feel safe, I feel very at ease if I need anything I can always call an know that I will be taken care of. It is close to shopping, the up keep of the property is very well maintained.

Great community with friendly and prompt maintenance/ office staff. Good size lakes enhances the beauty and provides calmness as you enters the community. Office staff is very courteous and easily accessible on phone and in person.

Living at Lakes of Windsor has been great. The staff has always been helpful with anything we needed. The grounds are clean and people are nice. I like that it is so close to the highway and that it is so easy to get to downtown Indianapolis and 465 to get anywhere you need.

It's a very safe neighborhood with access to all amenities with in a mile or two like Groceries, Gas stations, malls, interstate exit to downtown, schools and near by fitness club. I would certainly recommend this community to anyone. The staff and service maintenance folks are friendly. If I have to say any negative the apartment insulation is not pretty good because of which the electricity bills during the winter time are very high. Car break-ins are everywhere so far I had no issue here and as long as you don't leave something tempting for the burglar to break-in you are good.

The apartment I'm in has been well taken care of and the location of it is fantastic. 15 minutes to downtown / 20 minutes during rush hour. A path directly to Meijer is really nice. The property feels very spacious with lots of trees and several lakes. Overall great place to live.

Wonderful apartment complex!! Residents are friendly. Staff is very friendly & willing to help you with anything. I have lived here going on 3 years. Have had no problems with anything. Staff is very responsive & effircient. Love the view of lake.

Great place to live, very good Maintenance services. I have been living in the community for past 2 years, it is maintained very well and most of the time Maintenance requests are handled same day. I will recommend all my friends if they are looking for an apartment LoW is the place.

I have enjoyed each and every day that I lived in this community so far. Very good maintenance service. Cordial staff. Nice and spacious layouts. The park is a dream come true for kids. Private entrances is also great. All amenities that I needed are here. Love it!

Good and excellent apartment with great space for kids to play and family to enjoy. Parking is good community is great and prefer to stay. Will recommend to friends and others to be in this great apartmnet. if it have any grocerry store its would have been great.

Very nice community. Very friendly and safe environment.Perfect for kids and old people. Unit is Very specious and with lots of sunshine. Lots of storage place. I would recommend to anyone.Very peaceful of mind. Great to spend some piece of a life i spend here.

Lakes if Windsor has a lot to offer from beautifully maintained apartments to clean outdoors, swimming pool, fitness center, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. Play area for kids and nicely spaced apartment complexes. There are a lot of eating and shopping options in 3 miles radius including meijer, Panera bread, Target, Costco, Kohl's, Home Depot etc. overall it is a safe, clean and well- maintained society.

The staff are all super friendly. I love the landscaping and property. All of the amenities are amazing. My favorite part of the apartments is the split bedroom floor plan and both rooms have a bathroom! I love having a fire place and feeling like I'm not surrounded by an interstate.

A very beautiful place to live. Office staff is great and the maintenance is always on top of things. A great location lots of shopping close by , easy access to interstate 65 ,minutes from down town . Pet friendly place , lots of amenities here to enjoy.

As I wrote before, area around building 21 particularly the backside appears alienated, not maintained, ill kept. I have bugs entering house due to this unkept area - Would you allow me to maintain this area please? I am ready to volunteer for this

it is very good community, I love this community, very clean , green and well managed. staff is very professional and help full , i have never faces any issues here. Best par is play ground where my 6 year old daughter is always busy

Great so far... We are very happy with the staff and the area. Lots of places to eat, all stores located at 5 mins distances. We are also happy with the interiors and the pool, gym, tennis courts and other recreation facilities at lakes of Windsor.

Best apartment I've had. Clean, safe, and comfortable. Great location. Amazing office staff. Neighbors are kind and not noisy. Parking is easy with first come first serve. Lakes of Windsor has been phenomenal. I would recommend it to anyone.

My brother abd i just moved in. So far so good. Screen door was damaged when we moved in. I reparted it and it was changed the next day. Very pleased and looking forward to living here. Haven't had a chance to meet many nabors yet due to my work schedule but the staff is great.

Very pleasant living atmosphere and safe neighbor hood. Everyone in the office is so friendly and we finally feel like we can make this apartment our home and be here for quite some time. We look forward staying some more time here. All the best.

My husband and I have lived here for one year. We have been very happy with our experience. The apartment and grounds are pleasant. The office staff is wonderful to work with and the maintenance staff has responded quickly to the very few issues we've had.

Somewhat difficult to turn out of apartment complex due to traffic and no light. Renting "upgraded" model but does not include certain things that are usually standard, such as overhead lighting in the bedroom and living room and sprayer by sink. Kitchen is absolutely tiny and refrigerator door can't even be opened all the way. Staff is very friendly and responsive and hold very reasonable hours including Saturday.
