One of the best places I have lived till date. Nice, clean, well maintained and open space. Good space for walks and sports. The management staff is available to address any queries. Happy to be living at Lakes of Windsor. Moved from Germany.

My experience has been very good. I have met very interesting and friendly people. I enjoy the location and proximity to restaurants, businesses and the freeway. The staff has always been available and willing to help me whenever I asked.

I've overall enjoyed my experience at Lakes of Windsor. The apartments are nice and the community is well kept. My neighbors are quiet. The only issues I have are that there isn't enough parking by my apartment and there are multiple "reserved" spots for people in front of my apartment so I can't park in front of the building. It's also a pain to turn left out of the complex onto Southport Road. The sidewalks often end which make it necessary to walk in the road when out for walks in the complex. But overall a good place to live,

This is really a safe place to live. Office staff is really helpful n co operative. We find a healthy environment with all facilities well organised esp gym ( well equipped) , park, club house, pool ( clean n clear)...n lastly basketball court. Every basic facility is nearby

Great office and maintenance staffs. Very responsive, helpful and efficient. Compared to other communities I've lived in, it is the best one by far. Would certainly recommend it to others who are looking for a nice place to live.

This is a great apartment community to live in. Great maintenance staff and office staff who try to solve problems that may arise as fast as possible. The swimming pool is great as well as the grounds. Easy area to take walks and feel safe.

If there's one thing I can tell you, it's that the leasing and move in process at Lakes of Windsor is a breeze. Not to mention the property is gorgeous, and ViVi is the best "leasing consultant" you'll ever interact with. We love our place, and are confident we will stay a while.

Don't move here. It has been awful. Too many things to mention are wrong. They will go out of business or be known as "that complex" if they don't fix a lot of issues. Money needs to be dumped into the complex, or they will have to drop rates. Too expensive for a lousy apartment.

These apartments are decent. Nothing special, but nothing is lacking. We quickly grew tired of the lack of parking. With a toddler and groceries we often had to walk from 3 or 4 buildings a way where we found parking. Neighbors keep to themselves.

I've been at Lakes of Windsor for over a year and a half and have loved every minute of it. The facilities are clean, my apartment was immaculate upon arrival, and the maintenance staff is top-notch and friendly! The staff made sure to explain everything during our initial walk-through of both apartments and when I got upgrades done, they made sure everything was completed and done right. Response time is always quick and they are open convenient hours for those of us who work full time.

You can sense the pride in the community. It is well cared for. The staff is great. I enjoy living here. I like having the computers in the business center. It is near shopping and places to eat. I like having the washer & dryer in the pantry. I like having the compactor instead of dumpsters.

This is a great apartment complex community. I feel like the staff (office and maintenance) are very responsive to issues. I have lived here for 3 years, and haven't had issues with things like noise. The community has several amenities and is well-kept. The only issue I have ever had is that I feel like my apartment does not have the best insulation--I can feel cold air through the windows and my electric bill is the same for my 1 bedroom apartment as my college 3 bedroom apartment. But I would not let that stop you from renting here, it is a great community.

Lakes of Windsor is an awesome community to live in. It is nice, clean and well-maintained. Office and maintenance staff is very prompt and efficient. I wish they do not increase their rents so that we can invite more and more friends to live with us in this community.

Love this complex. Great people, beautiful manicured grounds and top notch maintenance staff. Anytime we have had an issue with needing something fixed they are right there getting it done. The exercise facility and pool are one of tge best of any complex we have ever lived.

It has been a pleasure living here. Both the office staff and maintenance have been excellent. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. I will be signing up for another year. Area traffic can be a pain but tolerable.

Overall decent, parking is usually an issue, noisy and rude neighbors, thin walls, dimly lit parking lot, office staff not very responsive, closed on Sunday's, not very good with packages held at office, yearly rent increases, somewhat incompitent office staff

Clean and spacious apartments. Community is very clean and well maintained. washer dryer is a boon especially for families with kids.Ample space available for storage. Kitchen is very nice. location of community is great and meijier nearby is also a boon.

I have lived in Many apartment complexes over the years & by far, Lakes of Windsor is my favorite. From the beautiful grounds & amenities, top notch maintenance crew that always gets things fixed within 2 hours of my request, lovely /friendly ladies in the leasing office always willing to help, Great community events for all residents & families to enjoy, like Breakfast w/Santa, Pool Party /Cookout, & Halloween open house when the kids & parents can come in costumes & play games & have food & fun! Thank you Lakes of Windsor, for a Wonderful place that I can truly call Home! I love it here!

We have been very pleased with our 1.5 years at Lakes of Windsor. We have only had a couple of maintenance issues during that time and they have been resolved the same day we put in the request every time. The areas is beautiful and well maintained. We literally never hear noise from neighbors, which is ideal. I would highly recommend this community to others. It is slightly on the expensive side for the area, but it is well worth it in my opinion.

The experience of staying in Lakes of Windsor has been good so far. We have recommended few of our friends, and those who have got the apartment have already moved in. Summer pool party was fun, we enjoyed that and looking forward to many more such activities in future.
