The staff is very friendly and questions in a timely manner. The complex is in a great location - close to restaurants and shopping. Nice amenities - pool and fitness room. The grounds are kept very nice.

I have lived here almost seven years. It is safer than most, with a great trash compactor. Best part is maintenance, as they are friendly when on the job, do good work, and always respond promptly. Vivi in the office is very helpful.

I have been to this LOW Apartment early and I recently moved again to this new apt and its is really good and staff was responding so nice. Also i got waive off in first month rent which I didn't expect and its surprise for me.I would recommend to my friends too.

Notice how many of the reviews never mention anything but the landscaping and the office staff, and oh yes, that store next door. All these reviews were written by an employee. These apartments are so old and outdated and the kitchens are run down. There is over two decades of human filth and germs within the sink and cabinets you are using. The rent increases precipitously each year for apartments that are growing older and older and outdated. You are told on this site that you can have an updated apartment with new kitchens and amenities. Not exactly true. Most of the units have not been updated and there is a possibility of not getting the size or location in the time frame you need one. You will likely be living with the germs and crap that has run through this place for nearly 25 years. And you will absolutely be paying a high high price for that old stove and fridge and that crummy, scratched sink.

It's truly a beautiful and pleasing place to come home to. The upkeep is beyond anything I've ever seen for an apartment community. Grounds issues are fixed before us residents even notice that they're an issue to begin with.

Quiet complex, most people keep to themselves, but are friendly if you initiate conversation. Great areas to walk, leads out to side neighborhood, and Meijer, this encourages us to get out and walk more often. Cannot hear neighbors when inside the apartments.

It's a safe, quiet, family friendly community in a great school district. The school buses make several stops in the community. It's next door to the grocery store and close to the city bus line. My few maintenance requests are always managed quickly and efficiently.

Going downhill quickly. No accountability. Staff likes to ignore you, one is extremely dismissive. Most of the responses posted to the reviews here range from misleading to dishonest. Rent increases can't be justified; when you ask management why the high rent, you don't get an answer Not safe at night; some apartments have 8 - 10 people living in them all the time. Management knows this. It's all about money, money, money. They keep saying, "let us know if we can do anything for you." Then they don.t.

I love the atmosphere of the community and the location. I think that everyone here seems very nice and the community seems very open and like it's easy to connect with people. The staff is very friendly as well.

Management is very tightfisted. They expect residents to turn on their porch lights so the property will appear to be well-lit. It is an extremely dark area without enough permanent lighting to be safe. they won't spring for security lights, so residents were asked to use their electricity! It seems to be okay for paying renters to have to pay for street lights the property should be paying for. Next they will have a "property tax fee" on the lease addendums. When you read a less than shining review you can expect office staff to write a silly phony one after it. The last review was written by staff.

I enjoy the location to the highway exit, it makes it easy to commute to all area of town. It is quiet and the grounds are beautiful. I enjoy the location and how close the stores and restaurants are located to where I live.

It's cool but staff can be rude sometimes and a lot of bugs plus white kitchen appliances are not fit, carpet is old as well and the price is high for the area, social events are less as well and parking is expensive

The area is quiet. Some of the apartments are cheaply made, so it can be difficult to justify the pricing (especially for an upgraded unit). The office staff is nice but can be bad about following up on issues.

The answer from management to a previous rating that states, "The apartments all come with 2inch faux wood blinds for the windows," is absolutely false. Many units here do not have these faux wood blinds, and those that don't are occupied by residents who have lived here several years and have paid the most money for rent. Many, many apartments have the original 23 year old venetian blinds, yellowed with age, brittle from sun and use, and worn out. Management refuses to change these out, refuses to provide fresh, clean, new "faux wood blinds" to the faithful renters who have paid great sums of money to live here. Even when residents ask for new blinds, they are told they will have to wait until they renew their lease (as if they hadn't done that again and again), or they are ignored completely. According to those who have experienced this, it has happened many times. This place is too cheap to provide a fresh, lovely, uniform look to everyone, and then they don't tell the truth about it.

Difficult to get onto the through street at almost any time of day. An additional trash compactor is needed. Extremely outdated units, with fire hazards. Junky porches and ugly curtains and draperies abound. Contractors park their work vans in resident's reserved carports and in disabled spaces (we're talking about the jerk carpet cleaner).
