This community is a great place to live. The office staff is always super helpful. If you have any maintenance concerns, they always get taken care of in a timely manner. They are following COVID protocols to help keep the community safe, and have even offered to drop off packages from our amazon hub if you are sick and unable to go in to the business area to pick them up. They have a nice playground for the kids, and a great pool area in the summer which also includes a kiddie pool. All in all a great place to live.

This is a great place to live! The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are well layed out and spacious, and there are lots of advantageous amenities. The staff is super responsive when you have questions or concerns. Also it's so nice living close enough to the highway that you can get on it within minutes but far enough away that you never hear the highway, within walking distance of the grocery store and restaurants.

Awesome complex! The office staff and maintenance are super nice and timely! The upkeep of the complex is so nice and everything is clean. My dog also loves the dog park! Have lives in 3 different apartments here and love them all

It's been awesome. Staff is nice the complex is clean. It is safe for families and little children. The maintenance staff is tremendous they are very responsive. The community is close to everything the highways, great schools, shopping and a hospital.

Excellent. Love my stay here. Maintenance is amazing, staff is nice and friendly. I never had any issues since I moved in here. Apartment complex is clean and kept in order always. During winters also, the snow cleanup is done very quickly

We have only been here for a month, but the application process was extremely easy. Our leasing consultant, Chelsea, was extremely helpful and professional. The apartments are BEAUTIFUL, and the area is nice, quiet, and convenient with SO many restaurants around and the access to 65.

This is a great apartment. Nice staffs who are responsive to your needs/ concerns. The outside look is amazing and premium. Greenery is good. Inside also is awesome with ample space and layout is pretty practical and comfortable too.

Good community with all facilities but the walls are so thin you can hear anything. Security wise they have to improve. Maintenance requirements are taken care of. They have lots of activities for the community people along the year

I love living here. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. It's soo clean (so very clean). If anything breaks maintenance will be there immediately. They were there the same day I put in a request for my air exhaust. Super trustworthy staff. It's definitely family oriented and it has plenty of fun things for kids to do. The best thing is having that feeling that you live outside of the city. I absolutely love seeing the ducks playing in the ponds, squirrels running around, and the gardens are well maintained. It's so beautiful year round. I will stay as long as possible, but I already know Windsor Lakes will be missed if I need to move out of this area.

Great Apartment Complex Were you can find a good pool for the summer, which maintains clean and adequately take care, also a normal gym with all that is necesary. Lots of parking lots not having problems finding one. Also service is good when required

Good , can be improved, apartment heating cost is very high , in winter I get $200-250 per month, water is not clean , not sure if it is treated . Lot of calcium deposits frequently on dishes. Dish washer doesn't clean properly, most of the times there will be white layer on plates & other utensils put in for cleaning. We use all recommended cleaners but didn't help

The front staff is friendly and accomodating. Maintenance is quick and knowledgeable. Property is nicely maintained. Neighbors are friendly. There's a wide range of residents: single small familles, young people just starting out, etc.

This is a true review, not one written by the staff like the several ones below. There are many, many street lights burned out, the ones that belong to the property. Lots of residents have reported these outages, and like a lot of other things, nothing is done about it. There are three in one circle where 50-60 cars have to be parked. One of the streetlights is near the burned out building, so the trash and mess from the massive apartment fire can't be seen when you walk by or have to drive by there. Worse is that the children who have to catch the school bus in the DARK cold early mornings can't be seen while they are standing there. One or more are going to be hit by a car, because of the DARK street light. Another is in front of our building #29, and the other BAD one is between #28 and #27, in a DARK place in the yard, that opens into the large apartment complex behind this one. People from that place walk through that DARK area every night and prowl around our porches. The manager knows about this, but couldn't care less. They make excuses like "we are changing contractors." HA This is a job for maintenance, not a contractor. And they shouldn't have to ORDER bulbs, since Menards is next door. No one in the office gives a rat's a$$.

Great community with nice updated apartments. The maintenance staff is super awesome! The lawn are done regularly and the trees trimmed every year. Painting and road work is also done periodically and the overall upkeep is top notch

We recently asked that dogs not be tied to the porches resulting in dogs barking incessantly and tormenting children and other residents. Staff agreed to see to this, however, it is still happening. Frightening kids playing, with the dog(s) possibly tearing from tied leashes and coming after the children. Adults who would like to enjoy the surroundings cannot for the attacking dogs. Residents who tie their dogs outside either are unable to read the lease provisions or don't have enough character to adhere to them.

This community is one of the best in the area with all the modern amenities needed including recreational ones. The community is located in prime area with accessible to stores and schools. Very good school district with easy access to school bus for kids within the community.
