I've lived in Lakes of Windsor for 2 years now, and have loved it! Lakes of Windsor cares about their residents and that shows in everything they do from landscaping to answering maintenance requests to planning fun things to foster community in our neighborhood!

The complex is always well kept clean and tidy. Their always looking for something to improve. The pool area and work out room are always clean and well kept. If anything I would suggest is another entrance if at all possible and motion lights where the trash area is.Maybe that would prevent people from using the trash area for their unwanted furniture . People who probably dont live here us it as a dumping area. Sad, The guys that work here work hard to keep this apartment complex clean and nice. Love living here. Would recommend to anyone. Its so close to so many shops and restaurants and also highway 65

Well maintained and beautiful community, I would rate the best community to live in Indianapolis. Maintenance staff is very prompt and respond quickly. I would recommend the community to my friends as well.

Everything has been great so far! The apartment was very clean upon move in, paperwork and all went very smoothly, etc. The apartment smelled clean, a list of all requirements was provided and it was easy to do everything online as needed! I am enjoying my space :)

Well kept apartment buildings and complex. Excellent service from the office staff as well as maintenance staff. Condition of units and general community spaces is great and regularly maintained. Would recommend to live here!

Units and property are well maintained. Staff is nice. Parking has become more crowded but is still usually not a problem. It's on the pricier end for 1 bedrooms but it is safe and quiet and clean. The dog park is one of the nicest features. Many other items like the carwash area I have never figured out how to get the water on. There are some showcase resources like the clubhouse. I wish they would provide a proper bicycle garage and a hot tub and sauna. The walking trails are nice and residents us them a lot. Also on my wish list are modern digital thermostats like Nests because AES is practically giving them away and it would be nice to automate the apartment temperatures and lower electric bills. There is recycling available but many of the residents apparently cannot understand the difference between trash and recycling...so not sure how much good it is doing. There is an Amazon locker which is also nice. I am happy to live here. The rent did increase on my most recent renewal. I would recommend to friends in the area as I have visited most of the apartment complexes in the area and likes this one the most for the money.

I really enjoy this place. It very nice and a lot of activity around apartment. I enjoy doing small business in apartment garage. Also, it very nice to be next door store or another place you can walk to without driving.

My husband and I have lived at Lakes of Windsor for 12 years and are very happy here. Office and maintenance staff are always courteous and very quick to act on any requests. The property is very well-maintained (it's beautiful!), as are the apartments. The only pest we've encountered is an occasional spider, and I can't even remember when I last saw one. Rent does go up periodically, but not more than expected. Many tenants have come and gone from our building during our 12 years here and we've encountered no issues with any of them. I highly recommend Lakes of Windsor.

Nice quite apartment

Quiet apartment complex the grounds are nice and well maintained. The apartment has an updated kitchen and floors. The dog park is nice. I have had more maintenance issues than I would like for being here only 5 months

I love living in Lakes of Windsor; did not realized that it already been 5 years. Great homes and the Staffs are excellent. The Neighborhood is clean and maintained well. Plus its very close to the highway. Highly recommend !!!

My wife used to be a substitute leasing agent. That is, when a leasing agent for an apartment went on vacation, she would sub. So, she had been in apartments all over the city, seeing how each operated and was taken care of. When the house that we were renting sold, we needed to find another place to live. Windsor Lakes is one place where she had subbed. She told me about an apartment in another complex that had 4 bedrooms. One day, she tells me that she wants me to look at an apartment. So, we go look at the apartment. What she didn't tell me was that she had already signed the lease, because it was the apartment that she knew she wanted from when she worked here. We have a very nice 3 BR, with Fireplace included and trees right out our back door.. Not only is the apartment nice, maintenance is superior to anywhere that we have lived. Many times, maintenance has responded in the middle of the night to anything considered an emergency. Promptness and quality of work is a plus and it is found here. We've been here since 2015 and she had no interest in leaving. Unfortunately, she died in 2021 and I signed in 2022 for another year in this same apartment. Landscape is excellent, staff is friendly and helpful, neighbors are nice and I enjoy meeting new people with plenty of places to walk in the LOW community.

It's a clean and nice community. Staffs are responsible for all the issues and resolve them quickly. The neighbors are kind and polite. The maintenance staff fix the problem very fast. The gym is good too.

I enjoy staying here. It's a small community and has a peaceful and serene feel to it. I love being able to sit next to the lakes and water. The maintenance team is great and they have responded to all my requests in a timely manner. It's also a very diverse community and I appreciate seeing people with variety of skin tones and abilities.
