I planned a last minute visit to Lakes of Windsor in hope to find a back-up apartment in case my first choice filled up and it became my first choice! I was amazed with the amenities and the convenience to different stores, shops, and downtown! I do wish they had more than charcoal grills as I like the option to grill, but don't keep charcoal handy and plan to live in a unit that I would not be able to have my own. Other than that, the staff was extremely friendly, very fast to respond to emails, and very receptive to my desires in a new apartment. Currently on the waitlist hoping to get a unit!!!

Have you ever driven somewhere and it just felt homey? I never in a million years thought an apartment complex could have that feel but this neighborhood is amazing! We weren't sold on apartment living and truly only came to look as a last resort. I was literally amazed at the hospitality from the office ladies ( Chelsea sealed the deal for us and still does always smiling and welcoming when you see her) when we did a walk through of the show apartments we noticed families out playing, walking their dogs, amazing views ponds and landscape around them and all over! The pool is amazing the play ground for the kids amazing! Basketball courts tennis courts volleyball, paved sidewalks all the way around all of it amazing! I choose an upstairs although I regret it when I carry groceries you forget about the struggle when you have that huge vaulted ceiling making it feel so big! The wood burning fireplace makes it feel homey and for me it was the built in shelves next to the fire place!! Theres literally nothing I don't love, here the people, the place in and out! It's a true community in its own and it's amazing to cont. grow with my little family here! Going from a mortgage to rent wasn't so amazing haha but those little things make it all worth it! This will be 3yrs now and until that market is where I want it to buy again this is my little piece of oasis!

These apartments are in a great location, close to downtown and easy access to the interstate. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff responds quickly. It is a home feeling in an apartment. I would recommend them to friends and family. They are a great place to call home.

This truly has been a wonderful place to live. The incredible Office and Maintenance Staff, a long with the convenience of being next door to Meijer, not to mention I-65, Greenwood, and Downtown Indianapolis makes this just and extremely desirable place.

Lakes of Windsor is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Management is so nice & helpful, maintenance is also so nice and fast anytime something comes up. Neighborhood itself is really safe & quiet, very family oriented & lots of amenities.

Very nice and appreciated. The office staff and the maintenance staff are always on time and very helpful. During my stay here the environment around was always lovely to live with my family and especially a toddler.

Love living at lakes of Windsor. Always respond quickly and timely. They keep the outside community kept to good standards. Inside apartment is very nice and update to date. In house washer and dryer in rent rate is a plus.

Very quiet, and welcoming. The staff is friendly, and very responsive. The community is very clean and well maintained. The landscaping is beautiful. In the winter, the streets and side walks are taken care of so we don't have to worry about slipping or walking/driving through snow. I love it here!!

Living at Lakes of Windsor has been a joy. The office staff and maintenance staff are all wonderful. The grounds are kept in nice condition. There is a dog park where your animals can run unleashed. There is also a beautiful exercise room with multiple pieces of equipment. Lakes of Windsor is a great place to live!

Overall Lakes of Windsor is a great place to live with family. I love the view from apartment. The employees/staff are all very nice and available for help always. It is nearby Meijer with a connected pathway. All popular stores are nearby also.

Excellent maintenance staff, wonderful amenities, perfect location for my work and to do activities downtown. Rent increases every year which is expected but it's almost as much as a mortgage payment for a whole house and I live in a 2bed/2bath apartment. I love this community and the little home I've created here though

Apartment complex is very nice place to call home! Property is well maintained, Office staff are very friendly and efficient and maintenance staff fix the issue right the first time. There is security on site but theres hardly ever a need to call them, its secure and safe! There is kid friendly playground, swimming pool, and a dog park all on site. Very nice place to live.

I've never seen an apartment maintenance staff that is so on top of things. The speed to which they respond to incidents is amazing. The grounds are also kept up to a very high standard. I really can't say enough good things about the maintenance staff.

5 stars should apply at our complex for Yelp or others. It locates next to Meijer's and plaza too you can walk or leave your vehicle at the service while you walk back home to wait. Even they have nice dog park to see/visit ??????
