They told me false information about understanding and helping out with students finances with rent. They do not care and will evict. Every time I go to the pool or Park I am hearing nothing but foul language I don't feel comfortable about even going to pool or Park due to the fact of how rude people at around people trash is always overflowing in the streets

Awesome!! The apartment complex is quiet and managed by great people! I have never had an issue getting in contact with management. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a great place to live! :)

Nearing 7 years here and overall it's been good. There were 5 gunshots outside my apartment building last night, but that's not a common occurrence. Maintenance response is excellent. Reflections advertises as a gated community but the gates at the Harcourt entrance seem broken (stuck open) more often than not. AT&T has fiber optic internet here which is outstanding.

Reflections has usually accommodated me on my requests until recently. I have been here for the past 10 years. I think things would go alot easier is some people learned to treat people with courtesy and respect

My experience has been pretty normal so far nothing to crazy I haven't really met my neighbors but they seem alright they are fairly quiet but yeah everything is nice I would say I think the glazing thing they do In the bathroom sucks and makes for a bad experience but that's all

Overall from what I can tell so far the place is great the staff is good and the people I have met have been friendly. I like the place a lot. The staff is super friendly and made the move in process great.

I recently moved into the apartment community and I am enjoying my experience so far! The community is quiet and safe and I can easily make it to work and any local entertainment I am interested in. It's also nice that there is a washer and dryer in-unit. Overall, a great community!

Love it here! Nice and quiet. Apartment is updated and cozy. My apartment also seems to be pretty well insulated/noise proof. I hardly ever hear my neighbors. It's a nice comfortable, affordable place to live

I adore my apartment. It's spacious clean and the community is quiet and well kept. I am grateful for the management team that helped me to move in when I was ready to relocate. I look forward to my stay in my luxurious apartment throughout the year.

I think that Reflections is a lovely community at a reasonable price, especially for Butler students. It is close to campus and has lots of amenities students would enjoy. It is also nice and quiet here.

The staff was amazing and helpful. I always was followed up with and received all the information I needed and wanted. Even after the process I was checked in on to make sure it was all a successful move in.

The office staff are great, and I really like the look of the apartment and storage space. Heat works great, the only downfall is that the air is not strong at all. It can only get about 10 degrees cooler than the outside temp in the summer (so those 95 degree days were 85 inside) and the electricity bill is insane because it is not efficient. If you or pets are sensitive to heat, I recommend talking to staff about it before making a decision--some other units might have central air, I don't know.

Staff easy to work with. Many units renovated. Affordable. Safe. Responsive to work orders for maintenance issues. Good Internet providers. Offer fee waivers to Ivy Tech students. Pet friendly for cats.

Amazing move in experience, apartment so spacious and nice. Community and staff are all great. Only service issue was with air conditioning and maintenance was fast to resolve the issue only complaint would be an appliance update but over all everything is pretty perfect for a new renter.

I have had a decent experience living here, the maintenance is always usually quick to fix issues if I have any problems. The staff is very communicative if there are problems with weather or anything that happens around the community.

The community is nice and secure. There are gates to the entrance and locked building doors which is nice for safety. Parking lot has several pot holes but parking is normally good. Leasing office and maintenance staff are nice and friendly, also easy to get in contact with.

Overall my stay has been enjoyable. The office staff are very nice and the maintenance staff have been able to address the couple of issues in the past few years quickly and effectively. The apartment is very comfy and I enjoy the updated kitchen.

Reflections is a wonderful apartment space to live in. It's quiet, the staff is super friendly and everything they do is timely! The move-in process was simple and so far I've only had one maintenance request and they fixed it in a matter of days. No complaints here!!

The apartment complex is overall satisfactory. My move in process was streamlined with the help of Tiffany, who no longer works with the complex. I was completely happy with my apartment until my new neighbor moved below me and she is a hard core smoker. My apartment smells like stale, wet cigarettes on a daily basis. It's sickening and disgusting, especially for a non-smoker like myself.

Being a happy former resident, I knew what to expect this time around. My apartment was clean and free of any weed scent. The rest of the neighbors here are respectful and quiet. Very happy with my move thus far!

This is my home. And they know me well in the office. They are family to me at this point. I Love it here. My neighbors are also simple to get along with . We also share in cleaning our own hallways. I don't mind doing the extras. I do my part to keep it looking nice. Thank you
