Apartment is clean and staff is friendly and responsive. All my maintenance requests are completed promptly and effectively. The neighborhood is generally quiet and safe. The pool and clubhouse and dog park are nice additions.

Response to apartment repairs is extremely slow. I needed a new dishwasher and it took 3 weeks for it to come in. It seems the community maintenance doesn't feel its part of their duties to pick up random garbage throughout the property which leaves community looking trashy. Security gates are never working. Lived here for 10 months and not once have they been in working order. This place is overly priced for the minimal effort all staff gives. Very disappointing on so many levels.

I used to find Reflections. They got me in to tour the same day and was very friendly through everything. We applied and got accepted within 5 minutes. Move in day went smoothly, got our keys and moved in.

The staff is excellent and maintenance is quick. The hallways definitely need more scheduled cleaning. I have not experienced or heard about any community actives ( to show appreciation and keep all of the residents on the same page)

The front office staff and maintenance are amazing! They do a great job communicating and the customer service is great! I just moved into these apartments and they made the transition period as stress free as possible! I would definitely recommend this community to others looking for a new place!

I love this community. The staff is helpful and the people here are so peaceful. The security here is the best and I never felt so safe. My kids can play outside and I believe this place is super crime free which is very important to me as a single mother.

The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. My neighbors aren't loud and are very respectful. If there is a problem u need taken care of the maintenance people are very prompt and courteous. I highly recommend this place to live

Great staff, very nice and helpful. The apartment washer leaks water and the bathroom door doesn't close, not the best thing to happen when I moved in and haven't been able to wash my clothes due to water leaking.

My experience has been very nice I like how the community is quiet and respectful, the office staff and maintenance is on point with delivering people's needs. I haven't been in an apartment as good as reflection apartments

Overall nice and well maintained apartments. Usually quiet and peaceful. Minimal traffic and city noise. Nice landscaping and old growth trees. Close proximity to restaurants, grocery, and retail shops. Office staff and maintenance staff are prompt and usually respond to maintenance requests in a couple of days. My only real complaint is the bags of trash in the dumpster areas is often overflowing with a lot of heavy trash and furniture left behind as well.

It was a very fast and easy move in process. The apartments are priced well for the area and having washer and dryers in unit is a big plus. It was a 10/10 move in experience. The lighting fixtures are great and large windows for sunlight.

The apartment space itself is fine, but the management is not worth dealing with. If you have any issues they never get back with you and you have to call or email multiple times. The amenities like the pool and gym are closed most of the time so you don't even get a decent use out of them. The gate doesn't open half the time making even entering the grounds a hassle.

Overall it was eye opening for what I want in life and living here showed me I can achieve it. I'm not saying that these apartments are bad you get what you pay for I guess. In a nutshell I think a gate, pool, and car port could sit on my own property

The leasing staff were all very helpful and friendly during the move-in process. Everything went very smoothly and has been great ever since. Unfortunately, not long after my move-in, my washer and dryer stopped working. The maintenance staff were quick to come check out the problem and kept in communication about getting me a new appliance as quickly as possible. Additionally, the community tends to stay very quiet and my neighbors are all respectful of one another.

Living here is terrible, you're treated like an inconvience and all the office cares about is getting you off the phone asap. They don't care if there is an issue at all. At the end of the day, the renter is punished.

I love the Reflections I know they try to accommodate anything ask. The maintenance overall are great and timely just a few mistakes here there which is okay because we're all human. I've never had a bad interaction with the office team.

The people are great. Everything was not ready for us to move in. Been waiting 2 weeks. It's quiet. The access to everything is great. Everyone needs a private patio though! Especially the town homes.

I've lived at Reflections for almost 5 years now. I like this community. I feel safe here and it's a convenient location. Selling point is washer and dryer in unit. Office staff has been kind and are able to assist with any needs I've had. Maintenance staff has always been friendly to me and get the job done when I've needed them. It's been very Unpleasant from the overpriced apartments to the roaches and the dirty pool and the broken and missing equipments in the Gym. The staff in the office do thier best to midi-gate the situation.

Just moved in still figuring out complex. So far I have no complaints. I wish the pool was functioning, but it is down at the moment. I also wish they had a grace period till the 5th for rent being due.
