It's a good stopping point to live briefly. I personally wouldn't live here forever. The upkeep of the community isn't even up kept by the community. This community is also a gated community, but often times the gate is constantly open and doesn't get fixed for weeks on end so lots of random people come in making the community a place to dump their trash.

I have lived here for a little over 6 years. While things in the beginning were pretty great since my move to a two bedroom aparment I have submitted roughly 30 issues that needed to be addressed. I still like the community pretty well, but it would be nice if pothole issues were immediately addressed. There is a huge pothole in the court closest to my building that has been here all year!!!

The community overall here is fine. The apartments are overpriced for the size and quality of the apartment though. Also, they have issues with the gate. It was broken and constantly open, and someone that didn't live here had access to the cars in the parking lot. my neighbor told me a stranger was under my car trying to steal a part from my car, early in the morning

Second time living at this apartment complex. Lived here from 2001 to 2004 the first time and enjoyed it so it was easy to decide to move back here a second time. Hardly ever have any maintenance issues and if so the problem is taken care of that same day I call or more than likely by the next day.

Overall, the community is in a great location. I have not had any personal issues with neighbors or anyone in our community. The apartments themselves are great for young adults making their way out into the real world. Maintenance appears to use cheap ways to fix things but overall everything works.

These are fairly nice apartments from a physical standpoint. Very attractive. Streets could be better maintained. Too many potholes. These apartments are great if you are a marijuana smoker. Otherwise stay away....

It's nice and quiet. The community seems to be very safe and in an easy to get to area. There are plenty of stores near by that are really easy to navigate to. Overall it is a really good area that I feel safe in.

I believe it's a very nice community. Friendly and helpful staff all around! Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. I haven't had a negative experience here and don't plan on having one. Glad to call this place home.

I've lived here about 4 years. The longer I live here, the longer I wish I didn't. I LOVED it when I first moved in. But over time I've noticed issues. Constant bugs, never fixed roads/parking spots, endless dog poop that's never done anything about, very few dog stations and bad maintenance men. I actually get complaining by the office via my phone by text stuff that I should never hear about. Mostly regarding trash. Like maintenance men, just do your job and office, stop sending me useless texts. Both just need to step up and realize that you work for us, not the other way around. That being said, I love my apartment it self. I love my neighbors (at least for the most part), and the price is okay given the neighborhood. It shouldn't go up $62 every year my lease is up though. The apartment is too small to be charging this much. Yes, I'm in one of the smaller units.

I like my peace of mind in my apartment and I want this to be my place of resistance until I can do better.I have been hetr for six uears.I remember when I moved in. My apartment has aged as myself,but it stills feel like home.

Great location. Close to Broad Ripple & Carmel. I love having a washer and dryer in my apartment. My studio has a walk-in closet and regular size appliances. 2 pools and a workout area and a tanning bed is a big plus for me.

horrible staff is rude and does not listen to tentent quick to misjudge. Will text rude things to your phone than try to cover up by saying someone reported this and that no notice of reports just hear say.

Rated so much lower than it's worth. It's a quiet, friendly, and affordable neighborhood. They have reliable mailing, waste, and maintenance services. As of July of 2022, this neighborhood is awesome!!

So far we love the community and our townhouse. Our neighbors are all so nice and welcoming. The office staff has been amazing in helping us with everything we have needed to far. We have had one maintenance guy come and fix a light for us and he was so nice and professional.

This a nice community to live in. The office staff have been helpful and pleasant to work with. Any maintenance issues have been resolved very quickly. It is a quiet neighborhood without any complaints.

It's not been the greatest, but we like it here and it's quiet. Would like to see things moved along faster. Also- the curb appeal seems to be falling. We have to fight tooth and nail to get cosmetics taken care of.

I have been having quite a bit of trouble getting the card to get through the gate to work. I have been in 4 times and the card still does not work, I thought I might get a new one by now. I am always unsure if I will be able to get through the gate without having to follow someone in.

Pretty clean and well maintained apartments. I like the open spaces available and the fitness center. I will only encourage to be more careful with the written rules since sometimes you have overcrowded pool, and also kids (under 10) playing around the fitness center with no supervision.

I've enjoyed my time here at Reflections Apartments. It fits my lifestyle very nicely. I've noticed a couple small problems, like the bathtub faucet started leaking and progressively got work over several months, but that has since been fixed. Overall, it's a great place for those looking for a simple lifestyle.

I am satisfied with my apartment and the amenities. It is nice to have a gym and pool available. And my home is comfortable with laundry and dish washers. The staff are helpful, and my neighbors are friendly and respectful.
