Nice being so close to Carmel and downtown Indy. Very central location, easy to get anywhere around town. I do like the dog park. The office staff does fun activities during Holiday time. Pool and park are nice features if you have kids.

Experience is okay overall, there has been theft of vehicles multiple times, individuals partying in the parking lot at 3am, my apartment is an updated unit which I enjoy living in. However I would like to see the gates fixed outside as I am paying the prices of a gated community yet don't receive the same kind of service. Neighbors constantly smoking weed which makes me unit smell, overall the apartment complex is decent but the crime and trash is the bigger issue.

Nice staff, work orders complete and on time, just would like trash in the community picked up and fixed the gates. My stay has been comfortable and the neighbors has been very nice. I feel if the gates were fixed, it will be less of strangers walking around the grounds.

After returning to Indianapolis last month, I began my second rental with Reflections Apartments for several reasons: *Well-established community with nicely renovated and sensibly priced apartments. * Conveniently located near stores, shops, and medical facilities. *Management and staff promptly address all issues and complaints and use text messages to keep residents informed of emergency situations, *Maintenance normally completes service requests within 24 hours. * Each unit has a washer and dryer. *Reflections is a friendly and relatively safe community of single and family residents. *During this second rental process, I was assisted by Eder who deserves 5+ stars for his kindness, tireless patience and professionalism while finding the apartment that matched my preferences.

Terrible. The Apartment was not move-in ready on move-in day. It was never cleaned from the pervious tenent and a window was broken. We ended up moving in 2 weeks after our original move in date, only after I personally cleaned the apartment.

I have been here just about a year now, and I have been very happy that I made the decision. The staff is excellent here. Maintenance staff is also very good. I have only had 2 maintenance requests and both were handled promptly and with respect to the apartment.

Great value for the money. I enjoy my studio apartment. The dog park is great, my neighbors are nice, and the staff are pleasant. The office does a great job at communicating matters in a timely fashion.

People are very unfriendly in general.I have never met my neighbors and rarely see anyone outside when I walk my dogs.I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.Overall, I am very disappointed with Reflections. If I hadn't signed a lease I would not be staying here.

I like that this apartment complex is pretty quiet and everyone is just chilling and living at their place. I also love the location since it's close to everything on 86th st then close to items of Indianapolis and Carmel. The trash situation here can get ridiculous (overflowing) or the trash valet took a couple days to get my trash (yes I could take it out myself but I literally pay for this service). Office staff have gotten better about issues but they have had some major hiccups in the past. Also the maintenance is the best. Honestly hands down the best.

Rate is changing every year, they don't cater to new residents, the trash is always overflowing out of the trash can and has lots of random animals in the area, I need a discount to comfortably renew the lease

Used to be better but it's okay. Just irritating that my A/C concerns have been unheard or not taken seriously. Every time I'm told it's working as intended and as someone who has family in the HVAC industry in southern Indiana, I can confirm that it's just not accurate.

Staff here are always friendly, timely, and knowledgable. It's a cute and quiet community. I love it here! It's perfect to live by yourself or with your family. If I ever have a maintenance issue or questions, someone is always there to answer or help out. I feel very safe here!
