Nice place to live. The apartment community is located in close proximity to a myriad of grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment community is also located in a nice school district as well. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay living in this apartment community.

I have been in this apartment since July 2024. It is one of the best ones I have lived in. I'm in a studio with my husband and cat. Decent room for everything we have (bed, 2 gaming desks with chairs, dresser and coffee table). I don't feel cramped at all! The washer/dryer in unit is amazing and the dishwasher is a nice plus!

I'm currently in a studio layout and think it's wonderful. It has plenty of space for one and with an in-unit washer and dryer, it's unbeatable for the price. The place was very clean upon arriving and everything worked off the bat!

I've lived here for over a year in one of the studio apartments and I love it. The staff is helpful and communicate in a quick timely manner and the neighbors are great. The maintenance is quick and efficient.

This is a nice community but I will say getting a hold to someone in the office is nearly impossible because of the new automated call system they have which I feel is I moved in here they freshly painted the walls but the previous renter must've had cats because it was piles of cat hair painted over threw out the entire apartment and tons of cat hair in the dryer that's in my unit.

A great place to live and close to everything around Indy. I always go to the management office for my concerns and they listen attentively about how to handle it and they get the job done. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a home like this place.

My apartment building has been quiet. The walls seem thick enough. Staff has been helpful when I've needed to put in requests. My issue is the dumpster is often overflowing, though it seems like the staff are actively trying to fix this. My other issue is regarding walking my dog. The dog waste stations are in the middle of large grassy areas and are not lit at all. If you are walking your dog at night, you might feel nervous about disposing of your waste in the proper spot. Partially from it seeming unsafe, and partially because you can't see the ground to make sure you don't step in anything.

Community 8 of 10 safe had car vandalism when I first moved in. Next children playing in vacant apartments. Maintenance comes at sufficient time. Front office seems to care about the every problem that comes up in my unit

The leasing office agents are nice. They give you a tour of units that are actually available and not just a model(which was refreshing) they don't pressure you to sign anything or apply which is also nice, they give you the space to make your decision and they are also helpful and answer all questions

These apartments are "fair." They are cheaper than many other options but you get what you pay for, as appliances and features are also very cheap quality. Maintenance is typically quick and pleasant, but problems often need multiple reports to be fully addressed. I will say the apartments are very quiet - I rarely hear my neighbors.

It's been okay overall. I wish the gates to the complex was fixed and in use and that is my biggest complaint. It was one of the main reasons I picked this place when I was searching back in 2021. Other than that, having someone come clean the apartment entrances a little more especially when the waste management collects bags and sometimes breaks bags and don't pick up what they dropped.

Trash overflows and lights flicker but overall a decent community. The keep up communication. It can be a little scary at night due to the crimes. Feel like I'm living in a unit that fit my needs and worth the amount. Did not like the increase in trash rate hoping rent do not go up too much

The move in process was difficult, initally delayed for several wreks and the apartment still wasn't move-in ready as promised. I have had issues with pest control including before bugs (that did not come with me and appeared several weeks after moving in), ongoing roach issues, recently a bat. The office staff are nice. Typically have decent response times with maintenance issues.

I like it so far! I wish the gym and tanning bed were kept a little cleaner, makes me a bit nervous for how the pool will look in the summer. I was also told by staff the the front gate has been broken for a while, and I'm wondering what is taking so long to get it fixed?

It was fine until I had a problem that needed to be addressed and it seem the staff didn't not care about getting that problem resolved. Barely any communication and corporation from them. And the issue seems to just get passed around person to person.

Rent is too high for the quality of what you get! maintenance is awesome and fast yet I wish my appliances or more up to date for the price of rent. community and overall appearance is a 2/10! I have a 7/10 experience here.

I have enjoyed living at this apartment. I like the size and the privacy is nice. I haven't had many issues that I could not resolve myself. The only major issue has been this exterior drip that has come back a few times and I've struggled getting anyone to actually acknowledge it.
