I moved in a week ago, but have had a really good experience so far. The management was super helpful and welcoming when I went on a tour and I instantly liked the community. Originally out of my price range, I reluctantly had removed Reflections from my list, but I was notified of a special that dropped the monthly rent into my budget and signed my lease almost immediately!

My experience at this community has been generally positive. I must say, garbage piles up on the weekends at the dumpster. But other than that, it's generally positive. I would like to see an occasional planned event, like a sing-a-long or a pancake breakfast (perhaps on mardi gras).

Appliances were very old, iam not happy that you do up charge more money .the apartment was not ready and clean properly, refrigerator seal torn with holes refrigerator smelled in freezer, stove had many scratches near knobs, it's like a cat or animal clawing on stove. When my lease is up I might just move .when a senior is on a budget and knowing the rent will increase. Why don't you guys have decent Appliances. If this was your mother are anyone that's not right. Iam sure I will pass the word don't rent from this apartment. Trash is a problem also. Also when I moved in after I did the down payment fee 300.00 and then got approved. I had no ideal that a bond fee was in the conversation before I got approved. That was left out. When selling a residence in formation please tell them everything and I wad not told that before I got approved.

The community is fairly quiet. There are issues with dogs not being kept on leashes and their owners not picking up the poop. It feels fairly safe here and it's close to many grocery and big box stores as well as restaurants and businesses.

Trash is a nightmare and we get charged A LOT for the poor maintenance of it. Rent is ridiculously expensive for what we get. I hate how frequently I get texts about things that are not urgent and sometimes not even relevant. Alexis in the office is awesome, so is most of the maintenance staff (except for the ones who bottleneck every time a women passes by), but everything else about this complex leaves a great deal to be desired. The two gates at the complex are never in working condition. We pay for a gated community and yet the gates are never closed? Ridiculous. I truly don't recommend this complex unless you don't care about trash piling up into mountains outside, enjoy unnecessary contact from the complex, or love paying for amenities that are never kept up with. Hard pass on renewing a lease here.

I like the community that I live in. The layout of my townhome is lovely. I love the paint on my walls and the fact that I have 3 bathrooms. I like that they have a dog park separate from the regular park.

Reflection Apartment Homes is a beautiful well kept neighborhood. The long list of amenities has made renting so comfortable for me and my family (in unit washer and dryer, fitness center , pool, trash pick up ,etc.) I've enjoyed my stay and plan on renewing my lease again until I can find my dream home!!

It is fairly quiet community with lots of friendly people and staff. I have enjoyed living here so far. Besides minor issues that occurs at every apartment complex i have zero complaints. It helps that i live 2 minuets away from work at the Hospital.

The Apartment community is great. They get things fixed in a timely manner. Staff are excellent very courteous and makes sure you are well taken care of. It's in a good close to shopping center and god places to eat.

I love the security here. Neighbors are friendly. Maintenance men are so nice. I don't hear the noise from other neighbors as much because I feel the apartments are solidly constructed. I lived in this community when I was 18 years old and now again at 48.

So far everything has been good. The office has been respectful ; maintenance has been decent. It's quiet over here since I've been here in March. It's in the middle of everything. I'm going to renew.

Nicely maintained grounds. I've only lived on 2nd floor apartments so noise has been minimal. Maintenance staff is nice and easy to talk to. Super quick and attentive while correcting issues. Lived here multiple years in 2 different units with no major issues.

The first year my apartment was decent then it started to fall apart 1 by by. Too many water leakages and wall paint is cheap. The bathroom tub is maintenances poorly, my knobs always twist off due to the paint covered by them. I had these same old appliances since I've moved in.

My experience here has been positive. I am 58 years old and I was worried about my safety but it am happy abt the safety and security. I do have a issue with a big whole inside my app where the hot water heater is and a small. A pile of stuff left from the wall.

The community is slowly declining, I moved in at a time when it looked nice and it wasnt over crowded, there is never No parking . Dogs off the leashes , dog owners not picking up dog poo and letting the animals poo in front of our doors . I bought flowers to put in front of my door and under my window,so that the curb appeal is nice, the bushes were pulled out . Well the call gardeners sprayed my plants and broke my lights. Like they didnt see all the weeds through out the complex. At this point Im ready to move when my lease is up.

My move in experience here was fine. But a month I noticed little issues here and there. There was a severe water leak that happened whenever it rained. It has ruined all my cabinet food several times. I've put in a request several times and it goes unresolved. Now I believe there is mold growing thru my cabinet which has also attracted ants in my cabinets. Also my AC goes out and randomly cuts off all the time. It does a loud vibrating noice. Had maintenance come look at it, they said I need a new one. That was 4 months ago. Still haven't gotten any response. I will not be renewing my lease. Office staff never answer phone you have to call a minimum of 5 times before you get a answer. On top of that they are rude and not understanding at all. I recommend you stay far away from this place. You can do Waaayy better especially for the price. Loud music bumping all the time. Hallways smell like cigarettes and weed sometimes. Just don't move in here.

I enjoyed the cleanliness and safety of the community. Area is close to all stores and entertainment/ interstate access. The community feels safe. I would prefer if the gates stayed closed, not open. The apartments are homey.

So far, I've had no problems at Reflections. The biggest problems have been with the gates. I love having the gates because they make me feel safer but sometimes they do not work properly. It's never been a significant problem so far but only a minor inconvenience.

Very quiet place to live maintenance is kept up very well easy to get to work school and shopping areas lots of food places around i love the gym great for workout and the pool areaalso love if something go wrong with your apartment you can stay in a nice suite beautiful areaand beautiful design

I'm completely new but so far the community seems safe and quiet. I appreciate the locked gates and the closeness to grocery/work. The maintenance could be more communicative. The roads I hope will be fixed because there are too many potholes. They said today and tomorrow should be fixed, I doubt it.
