The staff is very helpful and nice. It seems like a great place to live so far. I really like the design and space. The rooms are huge with nice closet space. I feel really safe in this community and I love that it is gated. My neighbors are very nice and the staff keeps the community looking very nice and clean!

Don't expect maintenance to make any repairs quickly and don't expect those repairs to be done well. If you have to move here get an upstairs apartment if possible. There is little noise from you neighbors to the sides but you will hear everything your upstairs neighbors do if you live in the lower level. They are dog friendly and have a washer and dryer in unit as well as a dishwasher which is nice. However All of then function well but are incredibly loud. It's best if you run them while you are out.

Reflection Apartments have a very good and efficient service department. I have put in three mantinance request and all three of them have completed in a very timely manner. So far I'm very happy with the job they are doing.

I have to say that after 3 months living here I have no serious complaints. With the exception of cleaning the carpets in my building, every service request has been promptly attended to. I am annoyed about the gates. They worked properly for about a month and now the exit gates are always open and people drive thru them even though signs are posted not to do that. Also same thing with the trash. People always leave their trash and the signs that say the area is being monitored must be bogus because of people were truly being watched and fined then it wouldn't be such a constant issue. I don't even know why it's such and issue when there is valet trash. It's too bad there wasn't a way to have a code or something you need to use in order to use the trash area or something so we could get to the bottom of who is leaving all their trash on the ground. It's seriously my biggest annoyance living here. But the staff have been super incredibly kind and helpful to me and you just can't put a price on that. Plus my section of the property is nice and quiet, calm and I like that as well.

The move in process was horrible, my apartment was not cleaned and there were a lot of things that needed repaired. A month later still things are not completed. I was not happy and wish I didn't sign a 2 year lease

Although new to the complex, my experience has been mostly positive thus far! The building and unit were clean. The walls are very well insulated where I barely hear my neighbors. There's plenty of parking spaces available. The amenities that the complex offers are great as well! Once my maintenance issue is resolved, my experience will be truly present!

We moved in during Covid. Never had a walk through, so that'll be interesting when we move I'm sure. Maintenance is never available. You might as well fix it yourself. The "upgrades" to the apartments are okay, definitely not the price increase they ask for. Cheap flooring, cheap carpet, cheap cabinets, cheap appliances. I was told I was would get a new washer and dryer, I have a washer that's easily 10years old and only works on one setting and dryer that takes at least 3-4 cycles to dry a single load. Depending on who is in the office you may or may not have a good experience. It occasionally reeks of pot in the office, pool and gym areas. The pools are okay, definitely need refinishing though. Park is decent. Dog park is a rocky mess. Overall 3.5/10 stars.

Nice size apartment. When first moved into apartment they were kept up pretty good and neighbors were descent. In my second lease and shortly after signing new lease things seem to change. The upkeep is not as well and got new type of neighbors who like to put trash behind bushes and on side of building instead of taking it to trash. And they park their cars on the lawn when they don't have a parking space near their front door. My apartment often smells of marijuana because my neighbors smoke it in their apartments and it comes through walls and vents. A little too much going on around here for the money I pay.

My experience with reflections Apartments was very good so far! I moved in about 4 days and we're liking the place. Hopefully everything will continue to be okay. The apartments and the townhouses are nice.

There's ups & downs like anywhere, literally. Reflections maintenance has always been on point over all. I enjoy seeing & knowing there are dog lovers here, feels homey to see the residents walking theirs. Nice cabinets & updates inside apartments.

It's great for the most part, Close to the city without being deep in the city. There's rarely any trouble in the neighborhood itself and I feel comfortable having guests. Also either the neighbors are fine as they are, and or Reflections Apartments make sure to regulate people just enough that I have not had any issues with neighbors.

Good community. A lot of good renovation in thr apartments. I have never had a problem with anyone in the complex. When I started here the new Kitchen counters were very nice and they even had new toilets installed that are a lot better. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in this area

The apartments are very nice. The location is great very close to stores and gas stations.. Maintenance does a great job. The office team is very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend these apartments to friends and family.

The community is great, has lots of accommodations such as a gym, pool and dog park. Very close to restaurants and easy access to public transportation. The ladies in the office are amazing to work with as well, they make the process of leasing so easy.

I just moved in 1 week an3 days. The staff are nice and responsive. I like that I get text messages about what is happening. I love the recycling service. I had to report on dog feces in the lobby and it was taken care of.

I have had absolutely zero issues with the apartment complex since I have moved in and I would immediately suggest moving in here if there's something available that you like they are simply amazing they work with you and this is a nice committee had lived in in Indianapolis in the 10 years I've been down here

I've lived here for a few months now and it has been a great experience. Office and maintenance staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. The townhouse itself is great. My one downside is I would love to have more storage space.

The place has been fine. Quiet community, very quiet. I want to know if there is a pin to get into the apartment buildings or if it is only with my key fob. Other than that, no complaints. It's a fine place.
