So far it has been a great experience. the maintenance staff promptly answers all of my requests and I trust them to do a good job. The leasing office is always very professional and responds to me very quickly about any questions I have.

I just moved in but everything is going well. I just love the apartment. The storage is excellent. The colors go with my things well. I'm not sure about the valle trash pick up because I need to get rid of moving boxes.

Management and the maintenance staff have been great to work with. The apartments are comfortable and near places I need to go. In the area that I'm currently in, the parking is tight. I can comfortably walk around the neighborhood for exercise. Overall, it's a safe place for my children and myself to live.

Location, location, location. Easy interstate access, grocery stores 5 minutes away. Plenty of food options. Wide open spaces pets can play or just play catch in. Friendly staff that can point you to good food and internet providers.

Very welcoming staff ! The complex is absolutely beautiful And clean. My apartment is everything that I was told plus more! I would recommend Reflection apartments to anyone looking to turn an apartment into a home !

I am a new resident but so far I am loving the place. Quiet and the office is wonderful and very helpful. My neighbors are very nice and overall I love the place and the fact that you need a key card to get into complex.

Till now I really like it and very comfortable to live there, the communities is very clean and lovely parking lot space, the office staff are very friendly and helpful. A very nice and quiet neighborhood

I used apartments to find a nice place to live and quiet area that was safe and allowed pets. It is in a nice neighborhood with access to the interstate and shopping. A great place to call home

I'm quiet pleased with the apartment and community. Everyone seems friendly and the staff was very easy to get a hold of and work with. Even though we are right down the street from the hospital, it's very quiet here and I appreciate the serenity.

It's been ups and downs. They moved me into an apartment that already had mice. They aren't very responsive to problems. Had to have pest control come twice. The first time they barely did anything but set traps and damaged my floor in the kitchen. The second time the guy told us about a hole that has been there for a while and that the traps left were outdated.i called the office about the hole in the wall and no one ever came to fix it. The office barely does anything to fix problems. I also had two different occasions where i had problems with the air conditioner and the first time the person did nothing then the next time they reset it and explained. They also are bugging me about rent when its a global pandemic and they shouldnt be doing that.

Very good area with up kept units for quick move-in. Friendly and knowledgeable staff kept me updated on time and process. Front gates were not working but being fixed now I am told. Overall good spot to live a safe life and work from.

Not a true gated community! Neighbors are loud. They half fix issues. The maintenance crew does not clean up after themselves. Master bath is small. They charge for hardwood floors. Stays hot upstairs cold downstairs.

The staff is wonderful. They seem to genuinely care and maintain professionalism. Maintenance team has definitely improved since I moved in one year ago. The property is well kept and feels safe for the most part. Big improvements over last year.

There is a lot of good a just few annoyances when living at reflections(but that's the same with any apt complex as it's shred with hundreds of other different kinds of people). The staff is absolutely amazing. Any time I have ever had an issue, wether it be with a neighbor, the unit, or any of the community areas they are always quick and understanding!

This community is a great place. It is very clean, quiet, and friendly. I enjoy the area and the fact that it is close to many attractions and places to shop. I have searched many places and Reflections is by far the best place.

I have not had a satisfactory experience at this apartment complex. I feel I am being overcharged for the quality and size of this apartment. I was quoted $100 for monthly utilities and have expressed concern to management that I am being overcharged for utilities and management has not resolved the situation.

So far my experience has been positive. When I moved to Relflections the process from start to finish was smooth. Not only that, what they advertise online, is what you actually see in person. My apartment is beautiful.

For the price, it's a good value. The apartment itself is spacious, carpet only in the bedroom, washer/dryer, overall a pleasant aesthetic. The community areas are where this apartment complex struggles. They're often littered with trash and dog poo - because there aren't enough trash disposals throughout the complex. While I haven't personally had anyone threaten my safety while living here, I would say that there are concerns. There have been several reports of people breaking into cars and screaming at each other. Overall, it's a good value for the price and the apartment itself. There are some restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Very friendly staff! Everything was spotless clean. Had trouble with my washer, the staff was very efficient and immediately fixed it right away! I would most definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice area & apartment.
