Not happy with landscape maintenance! Not happy with responsiveness of Aliks or Veronica. They usually have an attitude when I speak to them and convey a resentment when I bring attention to an issue. For more insight, please call.

Customer service here has always been great and fast to respond but my apartment came with many issues. I put in several service requests in my time here. They were fixed but I shouldn't have had so many.

Super nice office staff and maintenance people. Always seems caring when i have problems, always responds to my emails or calls. When i have a problem, maintenance is out almost immediately to fix the problem, and office staff always follow up to make sure it was taken care of.

None ready apptment when moved, Maintenance taking long to fix problems, Quiet place, quick move in, nice employees, swimming pool, playground for kids, gated entrance, good looking exterior, and so on.....,,,,

The office staff is very friendly and the community seems very nice. Maintenance issues have not been addressed in a timely manner. The apartment is slightly outdated. There aren't even outlets in all the bathrooms.

I love my place, it's very convenient and spacious. The washer and dryer was a plus. The environment is peaceful. Very easy access to many shopping it stores and hospitals in the area. Definitely recommend.

Usually everything is fine, my only complaint is the cleanliness of the common hallway, my family and I have been the only people to vacuumed the hall and sweep the stairs, we really need someone to take care of this problem, till we did it, it had become really embarrassing

I love living here. The community is amazing and the staff are friendly and awesome they are always helpful and friendly will be moving into a larger place once my lease is over and expect to be here for a long time

The apartment complex is convenient and close to so many stores and shopping centers. You can access 465 pretty easily. There are a lot of dogs in the complex. The dog park is usually busy which is nice.

Nice area and close by all the food places. The staff are very nice people. They fix issues in hurry. There's a 24 hour fitness gym. And a pool that is spacious. You would love it here if you like peace and quiet after a long hard day of work.

Management is not good because they are not sticking to their words even after paper work. Try to avoid this kind of situations. Please make sure about the apartment before moving here with the management. Management are money makers.

I currently work for this property and everything from the staff to the residents is great! The apartment was ready in the time frame I was given and not a day later. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance team was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Reflections apartments is a great affordable community. The location for me is great. It's close to work, grocery stores and fun things to do in Indianapolis. I would recommend reflections apartments to anyone looking for a home on the north side of Indianapolis

A great value. Nicely designed studios with washer and dryer in unit!!! Yes I said studios with washer and dryer in your apartment, small but so convenient for studio living. Gated parking, very nice office staff, the best maintenance team I have ever experienced (quick, professional and polite) there is always some one who can assist with lockouts 24/7. I love it here!

I'm so exited that I'm finally a resident here at the reflections. My daughter is so in love with the pool and park area. It super nice and quite which we love the most. We are excited to be apart of this great community.

I like the community and how prompt they are about fixing problems in the apartment. It would be nice if they didn't change staff so often because they don't always have someone experienced working. I like being able to walk around the community area and use the pool/workout rooms.

Good so far, it is a gated community and there are two layers outside gate and inside gate before someone could knock my door, which is a nice feature. My concern is about safety and security so it will be good to have close circuit cameras in community roads.

Alexis was a delightful. Always organized, friendly, and professional. Newly updated apartment is beautiful and sold itself but the customer service was the cherry on top. Best move-in experience I've had in 10 years!!

I have only been living at Reflections for a week but I have enjoyed every minute of it! I love the apartment I am in. I have no complaints. It is very nice and clean. The carpets were just done before we moved in. I love all the natural light that comes in through the windows and patio door. I also love how quiet it is. I almost feel like we have no neighbors because it is so quiet! But I know we do have neighbors. I love the area as well. We are literally close to everything. It is so convenient.

My experience in this community has been fantastic thus far. I have had a few maintenance requests, and although that really annoying to have right when you move in, they were resolved in a very timely fashion. It's very very quiet here, and I only know that I have neighbors because I see their cars. Otherwise, I do not hear them - much less see them. Perfect for someone who just wants their own little spot. Alix and Alexus are very responsive and on top of things. It makes the communication process very seamless. I don't prefer having a trash compactor, but many communities are moving towards this, so I can't complain. Overall, I am having a great experience so far!
