Great experience so far. The staff is so great and helpful. Maintenance is done in a fast manner. The community is quite and safe. The location of it is great with a 15 minute drive to downtown and 5 minutes from the interstate.

Really enjoy the apartment and neighborhood. It's in a good part of town and in good condition. The rent is really good for the neighborhood but the increase at the renewal seemed a bit on the high side.

Since moving in I have had no issues with the staff or the apartment. Management communicates everything efficiently and effectively. It's a quiet and homey space in which I have chosen to live and I wouldn't want it any other way.

My experience as been been nothing but joy. The staff in the front office are always willing to go above and beyond not matter the circumstances. They made my move in simple and easy. Any issue I've had with my apartment has been taken care of with no hesitation or hiccups. Couldn't be my proud to live here!

So far after moving in for about two weeks, I'll say the staff is friendly and prompt with my requests. The apartment is a great size for me and my dog and I appreciate the location to amenitites. I wish the walls were better sound proof. I can always hear my neighbors moving around and they have kids so extra movement.

I moved to Indianapolis from California. I was so happy to find reflections they not only cared about the amenities but also about the units themselves. The other places in the area were outdated with way to many coats of paint on the wall and they were charging more money. Reflections has a fresh new look with grey walls and nice floors and carpet. Washer and Dryers in the units which is a dream come true for me. Super happy to have found this place.

I was very thankful that the staff was able to help me out over the phone/online with my lease since I was moving from three hours away. That definitely made the whole process so much easier! I was also very happy that the apartment was clean and newly painted upon move in.

The Reflections Apartments complex is located within a good distance from shopping, dining, and entertainment options and is also close to many schools and churches including Butler University. Overall, the price is fair for the apartment.

Overall it has been a positive experience. There is no glaring issues with the apartment and the laminate floors really helps keep the place clean. The maintenance staff comes next day and is quick to get the job done. Quiet community.

This complex is not "gated" nor secure. There is a giant opening in the fence near both gates where people can just walk in. There have now been TWO instances within the last 6 months where our neighbors were robbed at gunpoint while walking from their car, and there have been zero signs of increased safety or security measures. My wife and I don't feel safe whatsoever and are deciding if we want to break our lease early because of this safety concern. Trash will sometimes just pile up outside of the compactor (the residents doing, not maintenance) The maintenance team is quick and efficient, but that's the only bright spot here. I would not recommend living here to anyone.

I've lived here a month and I love it. Great area and great staff!! I have not had any problems so far and the staff assures me every time that maintenance is quick and easy. Some other key features that sold me were the pool, fitness room, and bark park. It really is a great community!

MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! MY APARTMENT HAS LEAKED 5 TIMES IN 2 MONTHS SINCE MOVING IN!! Do yourself a favor and find literally any other apartment to live. The maintenance staff (when they bother to complete a job correctly) are only putting little Bandaid fixes on the problem instead of getting to the root of the issue. Office staff have offered me ZERO solutions to the problem. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE UNHAPPY ABOUT ANY PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED IN MY LIFE!!

I have not had the best experience here so far and it has only been two weeks. When I moved in, the stove wasn't working. They came within two days and fixed it but then I realized the outlets in the kitchen didn't work. They came a few days later after I called twice until they came out to fix it. My car was broken into the first week as well which I had to file a police report. There was a sign the first week I moved in about drug use in my building. I am hoping it gets better and not worse considering I'll be here over a year. I also wasn't informed about the code system making it very hard for any of my guest to access past the gate.

I have been here since 1985 and have seen a lot of positive improvements in this complex. Their vetting of new residents has resulted in the majority of really nice neighbors. I have had very positive interactions with the staff. They have been pleasant and very helpful.

New member to community. So far so good. Managers are nice and neighbors keep to themselves. Some quirks/imperfections in studio, but totally acceptable and still an attractive unit that impresses guests I've had over so far. I'm very happy here so far. The unit meets all my needs and is very comfortable for a reasonable rate.

Do not move here. current resident. I have had water damage three times, they told me it was the upstairs neighbors water heater and it initially took them three days to respond, literally had water running down the walls. Two days after Christmas I was robbed at gunpoint while entering my apartment. Someone from the office came to let me into my apartment because I had accidently locked myself out when I went to speak to the police officers. The office never called to ask if I was ok or apologized or updated security, they deny they ever knew it happened. just last week I received a notice that I was in violation of the pet addendum even though the leasing agent I signed with told me it would be waived. I have had the cat since before I moved in (over a year) and have made mention of it to both maintenance and office employees, but all the sudden after 14 months I am in violation and owe $230. when I was robbed the IMPD officer told me this was a complex on the decline. Management is more concerned about money than the community or even being reasonable with their tenants.

My car was stolen. My new one was kicked in by a drunk college student. They have never replaced the dead bushes they finally took out. Every year I can look forward to the same problem in my kitchen and front room. Ants, spiders, earnings, and whatever else comes under the doors. Ive been here for 5 years and i have to park where ever because new tenents are allowed to park in your spot even though they live across the street in the next building, where there are plenty of additional spaces.

The gates and doors/locks have often been problems, such as the keys weren't easily unlocking the doors. Over all maintenance responds quickly to requests. I ended up choosing this apartment complex because if fit my needs at the moment for location and had a washer/dryer in the studio.
