Everything up until now has been a really pleasant experience. Maintenance has always been prompt and helpful. Even recently there have been updates to our unit. Which have been great updates to make the unit look even better.

I have enjoyed living here and considering staying another year. The apartments are very nice in side with the upgrades that has been happening. The owners have been putting money back into the apartments which is a good thing compared to the surrounding apartments.

We use the pool and the gym frequintly. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We have made new friends here. We feel safe when we take walks around the facility, I enjoy the large fields so i can practice my chipping.

Overall it is quiet. The only thing is that for what your paying and I don't think you get your moneys worth. Also the management team is not willingly to work with you very much and you have a hardship in your stay. But they did just update the kitchens and bathroom. So that's a plus. Oh and the gates stupid. It's not protecting anything and it's always broke. And they don't have double sinks, which sucks

It is very quiet and people keep to themselves. When you do see people they are nice and leave you be. I really do not know many of my neighbors because I do not see them frequently so I cannot tell you more.

I've only been here for two months but it seems a quiet community. Office staff is friendly. They responded quickly by changing a damage piece to the refrigerator. The apartment needs an update and the fitness center, hallway and stairs should be more clean.

So far the community is great. The dog park has obstacles in it, there are poop bag stations around, and the staff is extremely nice. The apartments are beautiful as well! We love it and so does our dog

Really nice apartments, and newly remodeled. The office staff was very professional and made my move in a breeze. Maintenance came right away when I requested. I recommend people to move in the reflections!

It's barely been two weeks. So far so good. It will be nice if all those pot holes are filled. Some of those holes can damage a car. Sorry but my comments are few because there's not much to say. They are working to do some improvements.. that's good.

We have had a great experience with this property. We are happy with the Friendly staff, the maintenance crew does a great job and completes any issues within 24 hours. The pool hours are amazing!!! I work same shift as the office hours, they have it open til 9pm!!!!!

Great community! I've never experienced a noise issue or any vandalism. It's been a great place for my wife and I to finish up our senior year of college with three other roommates and my dog. We live in one of the townhouses and can say they are incredibly spacious!

It's very hit or miss. The office staff is usually very helpful but the apartments and complex itself is old and need a lot of renovations other than cosmetic appearance, especially heating/cooling units. There also need to be security updates - half of the time the outside door is broken, the gate is left open and the windows/door to apartments are not very secure either.

Overall I wouldn't recommend. It's not a bad area. The area is great for dogs. Maintenance isn't great. You get what you pay for. Not someplace I would recommend if you have the money to live elsewhere

The management and maintenance staff are exceptional professional and courteous. Neighbors are also friendly and helpful. Wish their were more outlets and better lighting, but still very good townhouse for the money. Close to hospital, good restaurant and other neighbors amenities.

Reflections does not care about the privacy, safety, or security of their residents and can't even reply to emails. They will just ignore you when you address their failures, even when they are clearly in the wrong.

For most part a great place to live. Convenient to stores, schools, hospital. Exterior grounds tend to look trashy but more because residents dint care and throw trash anywhere. Common hallways need cleaned regularly.

The Reflections Apartment homes are in a convenient location right off 86th Street near a Walmart, Planet Fitness, and Kroger, among other restaurants and hangout spots. The rooms themselves are also very nice and well kept. The appliances all work and the lights aren't all that dim. The only issue I have had is weak mobile data, which is no bueno while I am waiting to get my WiFi turned on. Overall, the Reflections Apartments were a great choice for my first apartment.

Make sure you ask about ALL fees for the property, including billing and payment fees. We were surprised about the amount of hidden fees on our first bill. Be sure to check the billing each month as errors definitely occur. The maintenance team is great! They are prompt (within 5-10 mins of tickets) and friendly. So far, all issues have been resolved within 1 day. Courtney is the best person to work with in the office. She knows her stuff and doesn't make you wait for answers without a good reason. The value of the complex versus what you have to pay for it is high. We paid less in Speedway for more square footage, but maintenance was not as good. There is not much within walking distance here. If you don't mind walking on the street it can be done, but don't count on sidewalks to get you everywhere. The walls are thin even in the townhouses. We can hear our neighbors talking in the living room, closing doors, going up the stairs, etc.

I have enjoyed my time here. My only recommendation would be to mke sure the apartments are more move-in ready. When I moved into my studio, I had issues with my dishwasher not draining which was not fixed until much after. When we moved into the 1 bedroom in 2015 the carpet was a mess and had spots. It really should have been replaced instead of the patch work being done.

Very nice and quiet. Everyone is usually pretty friendly. I love that the parking is free and that it is gated. If there is a work order it is usually completed very promptly. I have enjoyed living here.
