This place is awesome. It is low budget, easy to pay, and maintenance actually gets on your requests. My leasing agent, when I moved in, was awesome. But, she never got back with me, now that I think about it, to do the walk through paper. Anyway, I haven't had any bad experiences. Worst thing is they don't call you back. If you need them you have to go to the office when they are open. It's a gated community. The mailboxes are inside each building which is awesome. There is a key for each building that only those residents have.. so, extra locks to keep you safe. I would totally recommend this place. I have been here for almost a year, now.

It was a very easy process. I scheduled a tour, the leasing consultant was ready for me when I got there, we drove to 2 different townhouses that I was interested in, and we signed a lease same-day. They stayed in touch until my move-in day and made sure I had everything I needed to complete the move-in process.

The price is more than worth it. These are very nice apartments. The buildings are older but very well taken care of. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Any issues I've had have been attended to and fixed immediately. The security of the gated community is very nice to have. The other residents are friendly. The landscaping around the apartments is beautiful and they take good care of everything, including their tenants.

I've lived here for about 4 years now, and I have no plans to move! This is a nice quiet community that has nice people to help if needed. Maintenance staff is always quick and curteous. You can't beat the value in the area!

I like my apartments and the service that I get here. Very affordable and no issues so far. Close to everything you want from grocery stores to abroad ripple, downtown Indy and north side. Very diverse

The staff were all very welcoming. I had a few other places that I had decided to look into, but they made such a good impression, I only made it half way to the first one before I turned around and came back to apply. So far, everything has been great. It's very quiet, and a nice community.

My experience at this community overall has been pretty good. Other than a few minor disputes with neighbors, I have had very few problems that could not be solved by maintenance or the professional staff.

It is very quiet Renata are nice very respectful hard working community kid friendly and very peaceful place to live I enjoy the peacefulness and I can go for walks without any worry so if you are looking for a place choose Reflection

This is my first apartment and one thing I was really BIG on was having enough space and now that I have moved in I really appreciate the space that I have in my apartment! I think the amount I pay for rent is well worth it! Very happy to be apart of this community :)

In my experience is good place to live, with good quality for all the appliances in the apartments. Common areas always clean. Cordial neighbors. Good service in maintenance and office staff with professionalism.

I like this community a lot. The staff in the office are always helpful as well as the manager who always listen to you patiently and try to solve the problems. Also the maintenance problems typically get solved as soon as they can.

Reflections is a great community to live in. It is conveniently located by all the major stores I may need (Kroger, Marsh, Walmart, Target, Trader Joe's, etc.) as well as tons of restaurants. The apartments are clean and well maintained.

Aside from the numerous fees a resident is required to pay each month such as sewer access fee, pest control fee, etc., I am very happy here. I didn't realize that this was not a 100% gate secured property until after I moved in. Just didn't notice. I see people letting other people in at the gate all the time when they are having trouble entering the gate. People actually get out of their car to swipe their own gate card so the person in front of them can get in. Not very safe because I doubt they know who they are letting in. Also, I wish residents could purchase a second gate card.

I've been here a couple of years and has had a pleasant time here. I've had any issue resolved in a great matter of time, communication is awesome. And the property is very well kept and it's really quiet I love living here.

Management are very respectful people. The staffs will also be very polite and respectful with you. The maintenance People Are Awesome.They come on time whenever you need them and I just thank them for that.

We have had issues with the office towing our legal vehicles. If you don't move your vehicle every day, you're at risk of getting towed. Indy pro tow is the towing company they use. So just watch out.

It is a safe, pet friendly community with a good location. Many of the residents have young children that play outside and at the playground. The staff are friendly and the maintenance are relatively fast with repairs. The apartments are in great condition.

With a gated community entrance and locked buildings this place feels like a secured place to live, stuff members are nice and issues get resolved in a timely manner. I have only lived here for winter time, so far so good!

Great place. When there is a problem, it gets fixed right away but sometimes they have to come back to fix again three more times. I would like this issue to be completely fixed instead of having to worry it will do it again.

I work in Indianapolis during the week and live at Reflections. I have been in the same apartment for 5 years. It is quiet, pleasant, and safe. Lawn-keeping and maintenance are very good and service is prompt.

Sometimes have to make more than one request to get information updated at office. Maintenance service is just enough to resolve issue ie: heat/air unit cover was never put back on completely. Dryer outside vent cleaned but didn't bother cleaning other parts (door vent) and also rubbed paint off of ceiling with service & it wasn't "fixed". Other residents are Not mindful in cleaning up their pets waste - very disgusting & frustrating.

Its been fair. Kristie at the ofice has been good to work for. I had a 3 month lease, and 3 weeks in my employer asks if I stay another 3 months. Its was a hassle just to extend, to much paperwork. Then they raise price 10.00 after I signed lease, and then had to resign cuz my wife didn't sign early enough and there was a month out and she wasn't even staying with me at the time. its only 10 dollars but it the principle of it. They lost out on me reneeing another 3 months. Not smart business.

The staff at Reflections is marvelous. They are very kind, professional, and accommodating. The maintenance team is very efficient and effective. All in all living at Reflections has been a marvelous experience.
