Reflections some how offers a great value while maintaining a great looking community that is safe, honest, and friendly. We have made a lot of friends at the community and have enjoyed are experience here. If safety is a concern to you, you and your belongings are only as safe as the people you surround yourself with, in the end, it's apartment living. We have had zero issues and I am sure it will remain that way. The property does make sure you have renters insurance before you sign and I think that is a huge plus.

Overall very good experience. Staff responsive. Would like to see common areas cleaned more often in my building. Dust onbtrums and debris on carpets. The common area is my biggest disappointment. Againx overall experience good.

This is a very nice community to live, great location within minutes from restaurants, shops and hospitals, buildings are well maintained, staff is always there for you from management, leading agents to maintenance crew who will follow every service requests. I have been very happy living at reflections for the last year and a half, safe and great green areas, well maintained pools and even gym to work out !!!! The price is right for where you live

Really enjoying my time here. The staff has been friendly and accommodating. Although I haven't met most of my neighbors I haven't had any reason for a noise complaint. I also see people working on the grounds regularly which is nice and I do enjoy that this is a gated community.

I've moved into this apartment complex recently, I've had some minor problems before I even moved into the place. I've never had to complain this much to the office in my life but I had to because my apartment wasn't fully ready. However, the office set up the maintenance appt. fairly quickly so I had major of my issues resolved.

It seems nice enough. None of the neighbors seem really friendly, but oh well. Maintenance staff worked quickly on the initial problems upon move in. on move in day, the rep kind of rushed through everything. But that's fine I guess. Not a big deal.

I have not lived here for very long but I can already tell that this is a very good community. I was told that the crime rate is low and after having moved in I have not seen/heard of any crimes. The whole complex is very well maintained and cleaned. Something that I really like is that they have an actual fenced in area for dogs to run around.

Spacious townhome with a private fenced in backyard. Enjoy the space but wish the cosmetics and overall appearance of the townhome and property had better upkeep. Relatively quiet within our home, but the traffic noise can be annoying. Nice space.

I am fairly new to the community. My interactions have primarily been with the staff, which has been great so far. Each have been professional and welcoming. I even have to give kudos to the maintenance team for their prompt attention to my needs upon moving in.

There were many apartments in this area to choose from After researching my options online and driving around the community, Reflections seemed to be one of the nicest complexes in the area. One of the best things about this community is that I have my own washer and dryer in my unit. Everything is clean and well maintained. Nice area to live in and close to shopping and restaurants.

SO far all of the neighbors have been more than friendly and welcoming. All of them have said We will enjoy living here. I sure hope so...it's only been two weeks. So far, so good! I haven't had a chance to experience much of the apartment community, but the surrounding areas seem like it has a lot to offer.

When I found a community that had studio apartments with washer/dryer in unit I could not be more happy. I immediately called and setup an appointment to reserve my apartment. Now that I have moved in, I wish I had not. Upon move in I requested a work order be submitted and it was not. The walls must be extremely thin because I can hear my neighbors doing things no one should ever hear. I moved in on a Saturday night and that following Monday my vehicle had been broken into! Although I do not keep anything valuable in my vehicle this is not something I am comfortable with. When I contacted the office I explained the situation and was asked to have a police report completed and they would include it in my file. The leasing agent I spoke with did not seem too moved by this invasion of privacy and it really made me wonder how often this happens. Although the community is gated the gates have not been functional since I moved in due to a "shortage". When I was moving in I was told this and the leasing agent that handled my move in did not know if the gates were being repaired/replaced. Exactly one week after moving in I have also been cursed out and screamed at by other tenants in the neighborhood. Overall I think it is safe to assume I would not recommend this community to anyone! You are much better off to pay a little extra and not deal with these issues.

I would not recommended this place. management staff is outright rude and upon leaving threaten to call the cops on my movers if they did not move the truck and they want it to be park in the main street. We are in the military and for serving this country this is the thanks we get. Also they charge you for water and sewer and cannot explain why their water and sewer rates are higher than the city or the company that is billing them. They are ripping people off. Beware of renting these apartments. Airconditioner was a problem for us and they would claim to have fix the problem only for it not to work the next day. The shower also leaked water into the area where the washer and dryer were and it took them almost six month to fix that problem. When we were moving out soneone got shot two door down from us and management never mentioned what happened. Definitely not safe to bring a family and would not reccommend this place to anyone

This place was good for an affordable place during a time of financial rebuilding, but other than that, I would not recommend people to stay there for more than a year. They advertise be a gated community but the gates on both ends of the complex work only 20% of the time. Also, the back part of the property can still be accessed by offenders on foot. There was a shooting across the street and the management sent out NOTHING to inform the residents about possibly taking precautions or anything of the sort. Besides going into the office, management is hard to get ahold of and the staff tend to be quite snippy. As I said, good for temporary housing, not a permanent living situation.

This community is in a nice area with a good school system. I do have concerns with the gate not working and the trash compactor looking messy with trash bags sitting around the outside of the area as this does not present well. My apartment is very nice.

I was planing to move to a different place but I prefer to wait because reflections is a great place that you can call home and also a safe place for your kids to be around. I love it. Love the pool , gym and many other amenities that this place offers such as tan beds

Good experience overall. Everything as far as my appliances were working properly on my arrival. Clean, but kitchen and bathroom floors could have been swept.other than that, great experience. This location is perfect, it is extremely close to has stations, convenient stores, grocery stores, movie theater, plenty of strips malls, and tons of restaurants. Reflections is also down the street from my job which is a HUGE plus.

I had lived at these apartments for 7 years. I had minor maintenance issues but usually anything was fixed within a reasonable time period. I felt safe and also felt the staff was friendly and accommodating when needing anything. I was sad to move out. I am not sure why there are bad reviews here. This is a great value and the apartments are in nice condition. Take it from me, I would look into these! Definitely the best value and safest in the area. I am happy to take the time and post a positive review here!!!
