the community aspect is very nice, the facilities and neighboors are phenomenal, pool could be cleaned a bit more sometimes but thats it. the actul apartment is really nice besides the maintenence staff being fools.the appliances thst do work work excellently.

Convenient Location, in which I have felt safe at all times, however, units need improvements, cost of living here, does not meet the quality of them. Maintenance staff not very friendly. Pot holes that have not been taken care of.

I am very satisfied with my year and a half in this community. I work at St Vincent hospital and so it is very close to my job. Th staff in this community has been kind and always prompt when I've needed anything. Overall good neighbors and very quiet.

I have only moved in and from what I can say is that this community is nice on the outside and around. Its with-in a good driving distance of a shopping center and located near the interstate. The staff are great to work with and when repairs need done, maintaince is available when needed.

I needed a place quickly and their approval process was streamlined to allow me to get into an apartment the next day. The unit is clean and the kitchen is in wonderful condition. The carpet is a little thin and I'm concerned how it will hold up through the course of my lease. Overall happy with my decision to move into Reflections.

This is a very nice community where the staff really seems to care. The community is kept clean and the gates at both entrances help to keep everyone feeling safe. Also, maintenance is VERY prompt with an issue that you may have. Overall this is a good community to live in and the apartments are very spacious and most include a washer and dryer which is always nice!

Office staff is rude, leases advertised don't seem to be offered all the time, apartment was dirty when I moved in, hassled throughout the entire process before and after I moved in, gates for the gated community don't work all the time, and the fitness center they actually have is nothing like what they advertise. They advertise it as if it could compete with a gym membership when in reality its biggest competitor is the treadmill in your basement.

I just moved in and so far I have enjoyed my experience with Reflections. The staff that I dealt with were very courteous and professional. While there were a few issues with the apartment's appliances when I moved in, they were replaced the very next day. Service was very quick and thorough. The community seems to be safe and quiet.

The first year was not the best year for me .....When I moved in to the apartment is was not ready....They took care of things but, it still left a bad taste in my month....It's amazing how some people think that we all will just take what ever they have for you..

Our move in was very easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The town home was everything we expected and more. We had all new carpets, clean walls and appliances. The staff also ensured us they would fix any issues we found with the home in a timely manner. This was very important and respectable.

When we originally looked at our home it was in shambles but we were assured it would be 100% on move in day, but it was not. We had a dryer issue that lasted for a month because they did not snake the duct the first time. The rules on when the staff is allowed to enter a home with a pet has changed so many times, I often found a notice saying they entered my home while I was gone and did not give them permission. The pet stations are either full or understocked 90% of the time which leads to dog droppings being everywhere. The staff is more than friendly but it does not seem like they actually move problems along. The townhome is not horrible but when you look at all the little details ( such as the carpet, paint, and tile) it is definetly not worth the money you have to pay. I am unsure if they actually put money back into it between residents. The mail rules are also confusing, some will drop packages at the doorstep when we are not home, others will drop it at the office without a note, and some will just leave a note saying it is at the post office. But what's probably the worst is the other residents, a lot of them have no respect for the other residents or the facility itself. It is a weekly issue of overflowing trash that stinks up the area because there is not enough trash compactors on the property. I feel bad for the staff that has to clean it up.

Great staff, good Maintainance, really nice community. Units with provided washers and dryers and a clubhouse with a pool and workout room. Really have enjoyed living here for the past year. Really nice online rent pay system and can also do Maintainance requests online.

The management is very unprofessional, don't follow through with what they say, and will try and avoid you if you voice a complaint. They go through so many maintenance workers that you cannot trust them in your home. There are so many homes that have gotten broken into here.

This will be the third apartment I've rented in the city (and the second in the area). The controlled access makes me feel more secure and my apartment (1 bdrm) is very spacious with tons of cabinet space in the kitchen. I don't hear too much noise (except when the large dog upstairs is running around) and everyone I've met has been nice. There's a good mix of tenants. I have had minor maintenance issues (typical for an older building) but have had no trouble with office or maintenance staff. I'm likely to stay at least another year.

My experience at Reflections has been overall positive. I love our townhouse apartment, it really minimizes the amount of noise you hear from other apartments. I feel it is a great value for space we are getting. Compared to the surrounding apartment communities (many of which my husband and I researched), these apartments are the best we found in our price range.

The apartment itself is good. Some of the people living in the community, on the other hand, can be unbearable. I enjoy the location and the staff, both in the office and the maintenance staff. They are professional and friendly, always willing to assist you.

So far I have received responses to my issues and concerns, not always corrected the first time, but with patience the issues are eventually addressed. The security gates are only used on random occasions. There seen to be a problem to keep these gates working. I use the pool frequently and find it often dirty with bugs and weeds, I hope that this issue could be resolved by having a person fish the dirt out of the pools daily.
