I moved here because it was affordable and spacious. Maintenance has gone through quite an overhaul since I moved in, but it was for the better. Requests I have made are handled within hours of submitting the request which is a really good thing.

I moved to Indianapolis for a job last February and was looking for an affordable apartment with all of the amenities I wanted. Reflections has exceeded my expectations and I have had 3 friends from my hometown move here when they made the move to Indianapolis! The office staff is very friendly and helpful, and they know me by name. The rent is reasonable and I love that I have a washer and dryer unit, a dishwasher, and a garbage disposal all in my studio! The location is PERFECT. The only thing I wish I could change is a better gym facility (updated machines, more machines, larger space, etc.) The swimming pool could benefit from a cover as well, since the rain water tends to mess with the water quality. Reflections has definitely made improvements from the past from what I have heard, and I am very pleased overall!

The problem was noticed on our walk through of the apartment on day 1 on a Saturday. The staff was here first thing in the morning, on Monday. They're were super quick and pleasant. They also were nice enough to inform us about our gate latch, which is broken. Telling us that the part will be replaced as soon as it comes in. This is excellent service in my book.

So far, I am very satisfied with Reflections Apartments. The rent is affordable, my studio is comfortably sized and of good quality. The neighborhood is quiet and I particularly enjoy the park and shelter. The office staff and maintenance have been very friendly as well.

I like living here at this facility cause its quiet and its clean and everybody seems to be very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend that somebody else live here and enjoy the amenities of here. the other thing I like about here is the ability to be able to go grocery .shopping is closed the hospitals close and just having a little mall and plazas around here.

Just moved in. Tough to make an overall opinion. Neighbors can be easily heard from outside, otherwise good experience so far. Neighborhood can be unsafe at other complexes I've heard but this one seems safer than others especially since gated. For example, nearby complexes within a minute or 2's distance have had a shooting and multiple others have had robberies even though this neighborhood to an outsider like me looks like a "nice suburb" area conveniently located near a lot of things. But apparently it is not as safe of an area as first appears which made my search more difficult, you apparently need to spend a lot more money to feel safer and with better people in the community or something. Reflections seems like a good place so far and appears to be one of the better ones without having to pay an arm and a leg for safety and good amenities.

Good community. Would stay, but the rental rates went too high. Been here since 2009 to 2016 Long term and good tenants are not taken into consideration. The rates are market rates, there's no variance. So, I guess one might interpret that as no favoritism. Convience of location are a plus.

Overall pretty good. Any issues I've had have at least received responses. However the apartment appliances are falling apart. Issues "fixed" come up again later or never get properly fixed. Neighbors are usually trash as well.

My experienced with Reflections. When I moved in, it wasn't very clean, it was all kinds of things behind the washer and dryer, balcony isn't stable, food behind stove, and the shower head wasn't working good. Overall the neighbors were great.

At Reflections the staff is always nice. It has a strong neighborhood feel and an excellent community based living experience. If there is ever a service concern it is taken care of immediately. The pool, dog park, and walking paths are a great summertime past time.

Its been awesome. But the trash compactor is too distance. I have moved in from Annburry park, few complex over. That place I had parking lot issue with residents. In Reflections Apts parking with ease and knowing I will not have to hassle anymore with other resident.

Quiet, mostly clean and a friendly staff. I have everything I need in a 440 square foot place including a washer and dryer which was the most difficult thing to find on the NW side of Indy for a studio apartment. Plenty of kitchen space and cabinets and a decent sized bathroom.

Overall a nice community. Very close to shops and stores. Most of the office staff is helpful but you may have to remind them about your maintenance requests. Although the fitness area could use some updating, the 24 hour convenience is wonderful.

I love the three levels of security here in this community. I grounds are maintained very well. As you see maintenance staff, they stop, say hello and let you know that if you need help, just let them know. Everyone is friendly! The apartment is beautiful and very clean. The patio is nice and I love the space in my 2 bedroom flat.

I have been living in Reflections since November 2013 and overall, it is a safe community. I have however experienced issues getting my ventillation system and other problems repaired. The office staff is polite (for the most part) but I am un-happy with some of the maintenance issues.

I like it here so far. These are really nice apartments and they are a good size. I'm very happy they include a washer and dryer in each apartment. I like that it is a gated community and each apartment building requires key access. I feel like I made a good choice.

I love that the community is gated, although the gate at 79th street is often open. I also love that the common ways are locked. The walking paths and play area are tidy and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and approachable. Thanks!

Like the floor plan and size of the apartment. The community is quiet for the most part.Staff and maintenance is friendly. Carpet, kitchen and bathroom needs updated. Overall it is a good place to live whether you have children or not.Also great schools in the area and close to shopping and dining.

I have lived here for over 2 years. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly for the most part. I just moved into my 2nd apartment. I love it, I would recommned it to anyone looking for affordable but quality housing on the northwest side of town. Great place to call home.

Since I have lived here from 2012 to present it has been great experience for living. When I have to shop, grocery shop, and out for pleasure I'm in the best place possible, great. I have had past experince with maintenance ONLY ONCE has it been bad but it has been great since. My one bedroom is very spacious but I recently found out I'm expecting soo budget wise will determine if I can still afford my space or move to something different, hence my "somewhat likely" response to renew my lease. Overall, it has been great and I know it will continue to be great!! Thanks Reflections!!

Started out pretty nice. But feel like it went downhill very fast after moving in. At first the office staff was very responsive and helpful, but after a while they stopped really seeming to care about current residents as much as new residents. Trash areas are ALWAYS full and really make the apartment complex look gross. Neighbors are not the most pleasant. Would not plan on staying. The only nice thing about these apartments is the affordability and the laundry in each unit.

The location is great! I feel safe with how it is a gated community. Everytime I go ahead and put in a maintenance request, it is dealt with right away and fixed properly. Parking spaces are always open right in front of my apartment, every time I come home from work, which is very nice as well.
