Staff is friendly, helpful and motivated. The apartment was in near perfect condition upon move in. The entire complex is quiet and there is ample parking. I only wish that there was a dumpster closer to our unit.

Overall, we've had a good experience living at Reflections. We've never had any issues with our neighbors and hopefully they haven't had any with us!! Over the years, I've really got to know the management staff and I'm more than satisfied with them. The upkeep of the community is great in my opinion. I would definitely recommend Reflections to a friend!

Overall. The community is in a great location. Staff is courteous and responsive to my respectie needs. Close to everything I am looking to be around. Clean and well kept. I would recommend this property to anyone who asked.

After living here for so many years, I must admit that there has been lot of change in management. I moved out lately after 7 years in a two bedrooms flat. The fees keep increasing for water and trash. An additional amount of 100 dollars is added to your normal bill. Now the fun part is after moving out they sent me a bill of more than 700 dollars saying that I damaged the house. When moving out they refused to have inspection with me. So beware of that. Have them have the inspection when moving out. After all these years without offering a change to the carpet, they charged me most of the fees for the carpet renewal. I'm not paying for the carpet and we are already at collection since the manager declined to pick my call or return my call for discussion. Let them send this info to credit bureaus to affect my credit. This is how they treat you at the end of your lease.

Lots of tenants in the past 1 1/2 years ive lived in my building. Usually ---------. Everyone ive talked to has been nice and respectful. The neighbors determine how clean your building is as well so be mindful of that. Most people are single.

Overall good in terms of montly rent but apartments are very old and definitely few accessories need to be upgraded/replaced to current class. Covered parking option are very limited and need to expanded.

Maintenance and staff are negligent and do not manage the property at all. Issues are ignored or covered up instead of being properly dealt with. I was ignored, lied to, and given the run around several times while living at Reflections. I would strongly urge prospective tenants to look elsewhere.

Reflections Apartments is full of hidden fees. Expect to pay a little more each month than you're quoted, and really get nailed on fees when you want to extend your lease or move out.

I just moved in it has...
I just moved in it has been great so far. The only thing that I am not happy with is storage. There is hardly any. The walk in closet in the master of a 2BR is very small and the kitchen there is not enough space to store food.

If you're checking out Reflections, chances are you're broke and need an affordable place in the area. Compared to your other options, Reflections is a little oasis in a sea of crime-infested garbage. However, don't mistake that for perfection, for flawless it is not. The staff is hit-or-miss at times. Some have been very friendly and attentive, others kind of off-putting, curt, and unresponsive. My overall interactions have been positive, but could be improved. If you have noisy neighbors, I'm sorry in advance for the headache. Bugs. BUGS. Holy bugs! In the spring and summer, prepare yourself for an ant, box eldar, and earwig invasion like no other. You pay for pest services every month, but you could've fooled me. I've taken to doing my own spraying around the apartment, only to find -- surprise! -- there is a mysterious and sizable gap where two walls meet the floor that is basically an open invitation to every insect in the area. I wound up stuffing insect spray-soaked paper towels in, which seemed to help for a short time. Maintenance is friendly and prompt, if not a little too much so; even if you schedule them, they will show up days in advance, which I guess isn't the worst problem you could have. The utilities within are somewhat dated, but not the worst. One huge perk compared to most is that units do have a washer/dryer, which is a rare find. The area is fairly safe, considering the location. The staff has made changes in the recent year to improve security and although incidences do happen, they appear to be minor and infrequent. The park/playground on the grounds could do with more lighting.
