It is a good one. They are professionals and my issues are addressed in a timely manner. The have space for children to play and the complex is clean. I have renew my lease for another year. It is a gated community and the neighbors are friendly.

Great community when i move in 6yrs ago, but the management is bad bad bad! there need to be a change of management. They will drive customers like me away. I was so harrassed on the pnone that i wanted to seek legal help. Please they need to be trained, the manager(------) is a liability to the business. ttt

I love living here. The apartments are well kept, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is prompt and professional. Shopping is a breeze with the variety of stores around (everything is no more than 2 or 3 miles away.)

Reflection over all was is a very nice and comfortable. We feel safe inside our home and when there is an issue it is always fixed in an appropriate time frame. My daughter can go out and play in the community with out worry. There is an onsite playground that could't be more fitting for my family.

I am honestly really shocked at how many people are giving this place decent ratings. Either they have incredibly low standards or those are all fake submissions because I can assure you, these apartments are horrible. I'll bullet list for you to make it easier. Also, consider this the only review you need to read, because the rest of them are lying to you. Trust me on this. * They are old, outdated, with dirty stained carpeting, chewed up blinds, faded carpeting with holes and smoked stained walls. Or at least that was the treat I moved into. * The grounds are un kept and constantly littered with trash. *The trash areas are always vile. NO ONE throws their trash away properly and NO ONE enforces it. If you have the misfortune of living next to one of the trash areas, well, get used to apologizing to your company that the rank air around you is just the trash pit that is your parking lot. *The staff is lazy, uneducated, rude and completely unorganized. They have flippant attitudes and no regard for anyone. Ask for ------. She's a real treat to talk to. (insert sarcasm) *The water bill is going to cost you a small fortune, so do what I did and move OUT and find a place that won't rape you in water costs. For a two bedroom, 1.5 bath less than 800 square foot apartment, housing TWO people, we were paying an average of 105.00 PER MONTH for water. That is absurd. You know it is. Also, wait until you see the additional 20+ dollars of hidden fees built into your monthly rent. So, before you think, "Hey, this is a pretty affordable place." Think again, you will end up paying close to 900-1000 a month to live in an apartment most people wouldn't pay 500.00 a month to live in. You can do better friend. PLEASE don't make the same mistake I did. *The residents are nice, I will say that. NOT all of them, you have your awful music blasters in their ill equipped cars and your riff raff that wreak havoc around the complex. Or you could live next to what I had to, the big large disgusting truck group. Who think it is necessary to revv up the ol' engine on the ----- at 11:30 at night, waking my baby, AGAIN, just because they forgot they don't actually live in Alabama. *No one cleans up their animal's feces. NO ONE. So, in case you are going against your better judgment and moving into this hellhole anyway, always wear shoes outside, especially on the grass. Just do it. Trust me. *All in all. This place is a dump. For what you will end up writing that check for every month, you can do better. Even on the tightest budget. You can do better. So, in case you are thinking that I am some overly critical ------- bashing this place because I am someone who isn't ever satisfied... Well, go ahead and listen to all liars below me and move in here. And in about 2 months when you are hating life and regretting your bad choices... Think of me... Because I won't be living here, suffering any longer. And then I'll go ahead and tell you.... "I told you so."

Overall a quiet affordable community with several amenities. Maintenance staff has had a some turnover and led to issues with service requests being completed in a timely manner. I would recommend this community to others. Please call 1st.

The office staff is always helpful. I wished I had picked a diffenrent apartment for a multitude of reasons but overall Reflection is good. I had only planned to stay in the apartment for a couple of years and then I was going to buy a home but we have enjoyed our stay.

I have been living here since I started at St. Vincent. I like it her but they haven't done any home improvements on the apts, I know mine hasn't. I will be moving out next year when my lease is up. They're not worth what they want for rent. IM'MOVING!

I'm pleased with my stay at Reflections so far. The office staff has been friendly and the maintenance staff has always been timely and professional. I wish there were more parking spaces near my building and that the trash compactors were closer. Also, some of the potholes are getting big.

I have just moved in so I do not have much to say yet. The apartment complex is ok thus far. The apartment is nice. The weird thing is that it is a gated community but the entrance to my building is on the public road where anyone can access it. I think that kinda defeats the purpose of safety. Just my observation.

My experience with staff has been satisfactory and timely. Since the change -- I have found the maintenance crew and the landscaping crew to be experienced and professional. If they make a commitment to return because something needs to be ordered -- they return without you calling back.

The office staff was professional and knowledgeable. The move in went well, and some maintenance issues were taken cre of the same day (AC wasn't working). The complex is in a good location with good access to downtown Indianapolis and is quiet.

This is a great place to call home. Everyone is very friendly. They made the move in process so simple. It is convenient to shopping, entertainment and school. It has a gated entry, key for your building and a key for your apartment. This is a very safe place to live.

.So far so good except I had a locked scooter stolen. I've heard a little bit of a crime problem. the other thing is the gates are left open frequently. Overall I am very satisfied with the promptness and efficiency of the staff and I will recommend the complex

Not one good experience living here. A/c went out at least 5 times during summer and maintenance never fixed it within 24 hours. In fact when i moved in in July it wasn't working. Also had bed bugs living in the walls!! Management tried to bill me for it but luckily the terminator verified there was no way i brought them in. Then when i moved out was charged an ungodly high amount to have it "cleaned" . $800ish to be more specific. There was a tiny stain on the carpet (<2') and nothing else. I kept that place spotless and left it the same way. The staff is completely incompetent. Everyone tells me something different. And the entrance gates are a joke!!! Anyone can drive through the grass beside the gate if they really wanted in, not to mention the openings all around the property that doesn't have fencing. They could not pay me to move back.

It is a good experience and these days I been very happy with my family.only if I would like that the main gates are closed at all times for security of us all is better. The place looks very clean and comfortable and a very healthy environment maintenance and so far has been very fast and very good
