I wish my neighbors would introduce themselves rather than me initiating the contact. I would also like it be easier to enter the complex, my entrance card does not work properly and the Leasing Office has been unable to solve the problem (I do not blame them. they tried to solve the problem) everyone is stumped.

For the most part, my experience at this apartment complex has been good. Maintenance is prompt, office staff is courteous, the surroundings inside and outside the complex feel safe (with the exception of one incident while I was walking)

The staff are very friendly and quick to respond to service requests. They keep the property clean and are great at communicating issue and repairs. I also have super nice neighbors, and the noise level is certainly kept to a minimum. Would recommend.

I have just recently moved into this community and have to admit it is the best apartment complex I have lived to date. Will recommend this to any and all who are looking for a safe neighborhood with everything you need just blocks away. Having the complex gated is a huge plus.

My experience in this community has been very satisfactory. The staff has always been helpful. I enjoy being able to come home to nicely groomed landscape scenery. Whenever I have requested apartment work request, the maintenance team has always responded quickly. Areas that need improvement has been providing my building with a secure outer door. It has been broken repeatedly for long periods of time. And the second concern has happened a few times. While traveling home on my bike or enjoying the seated areas on the grounds I have been stopped, ID checked, and called in to dispatch for record reports by the hired security. I gives the impression of being profiled because there has never been a need to suspect foul behavior. I am 53, a retired teacher, and military war veteran with no criminal record. These incidents are odd to experience within my gated community.

its fine some what quiet people stay to there shelves need visitor parking nowhere for apartment tenants to park during the weekend because of visitors over bearing our parking instead of using back spaces but others wise conditions are fine and bearable

I have friendly neighbors and have great experiences with the maintenance staffing. However the office ladies don't respond to emails in a timely manner and talk poorly about each other's. Also, the front gates are never working properly: they are left open frequently, if closed they for open when prompted or at all. And as of right now my front community door has no working lock. I moved into Reflections for safety purposes and this issue is becoming more persistent instead of better. Also there is always huge amounts of trash visible in our backyard.

Overall it has been a very pleasant experience living at Reflections. I like that it is close to a lot of different restaurants and shopping. The office staff are friendly. The sidewalks and roads do not get plowed in the winter which can be very dangerous.

4 years ago was one of the best complex in the area now are more expensive with bad maintenance and office staff. I moved first at studio than one bedroom but I'm still have in problems with bugs, gate is always open, snow time always dirty need new managment.

I have lived in the community and never really had an issue. I love the spacious studios. I like the lay out. I love having my own washer dryer already there, and not having to share these or load money into the machines. I have sensitivities to fragrances/chemicals so this is a must for me. This is why I had to move, still within the community. A neighbor moved in and used strong air fresheners- the plug-in kind. They gave me a headaches as the smell permeated through the common hallway. Management could not do much about this, and I understand. Maybe maintenance could work on sealing the doors, or a more professional-specialized person, but the smell could transfer through bathroom ventilation, as this has a shared vent to the outside and air could come back through. Communal living this is understandable... And everything can't be built for sensitive people like me, yet. Air fresheners are only illegal to have in certain hospitals and government buildings, and schools, as of yet. People like me just have to wait for society to catch up, so I can't knock Reflections for this. But I moved within the community, and they were accommodating, as much as capable, once it got to Denise in management. I can't expect everything to be perfect for me, and she really worked with me, for what she could. One issue I am having is that people who set these up sometimes do a shotty job. The paint in the tub wasn't fully cured after weeks, and every time I shower it smells like paint. This is not an issue with Reflections, quite as much as the people doing the work, though I guess this is Reflections responsibility, or Arizzone... I'm not sure how it all works exactly. Perhaps its a matter of pay, but I have seen construction workers cut corners to flip apartments. I say it is not management, but if I managed the property, some things would be done differently. This really goes for everything, not just apartment management, though... I believe overall its not a bad place to live. Its location is good. Has washer and dryer in every unit, and most staff will try to help you, in a professional manner. But you must never forget that you are dealing with a business, and they want to keep the machine running. If you have a real issue, just go to who is responsible. Ask to speak to management. Don't expect the best, but not the worst. If the deal with paint in the showers not curing is common then I would say avoid, but it didn't seem to be an issue in my previous apartment.

When I first moved to reflections back in 2010 it was a good community. The staff was courteous and kind. Since 2012, the customer service has seriously declined. This new staff and manager really needs diversity and customer service training.

I'm still unsure about the safety of the neighborhood. I never hear my neighbors, the only noise I notice is traffic. Close to restaurants and stores, but it is about a 15 minute drive to get to the closest mall. It's about a 30 to 40 minute drive to IUPUI in the morning rush hour traffic, otherwise it only takes about 20 minutes to get downtown. Staff is incredibly professional and helpful.

It's been very unpleasant! I have only lived here for about 2.5 months and have had numerous issues. We were without water for 3 days, then my washer broke, and it took them a month to get it fixed. I am very dissatisfied with the staff. Don't recommend!

I am very unsatisfied with reflections. My washer has been broke now for two months and they are just now getting it fixed. After complaining multiple times. The maintenance guys said if it needs replaced I can complain all I want but they will not bring a new washer up the stairs. None of the washers and dryers work at the laundry room. The bath tube was painted with wall paint and it is flaking off. My rent goes up every month also. I'm happy to say I'm moving out. DONT LIVE HERE!!! Go somewhere else.

This has been an excellent move for us. I am disabled and need to go to the hospital several times each year. The convenient location to hospitals and Dr. offices are wonderful. Also all of the shopping areas and tasty restaurants make for easy entertainment.

Overall I have enjoyed living at Reflections. However, I am disappointed in the appearance that seems to be of no concern. I have been robbed. I can't go to the work out room without finding at least one piece of equipment broken. gates are open most of the time.

I think the place is pretty nice. The rent is really great considering my apartment has a washer and dryer in it. But, in some cases you do get what you pay for. During the winter, my pipes would often freeze, despite the fact I heated the apartment to high heaven and I contacted maintenance about it several times. They never came to check it out, and I ended up having to buy a space heater to put under the sink. Apart from this, I feel very safe and would recommend this complex to a friend.

I have had an overall positive experience here at this community. The staff is very polite and understanding when you have an issue. Maintenance issues are handled promptly, and I have not had any concerns with neighbors. The only thing I would like to see is a new elliptical machine in the workout room.

Its mostly been pleasant but when there are issues its VERY hard for maintenance to understand issues and fix them. The security bar in the downstairs sliding door is pointless. Its a hollow aluminum bar that can be easily bent and pushed open.

I would not recommend this community to anyone. Yes, the price is affordable but management needs to work on their customer service. The complex is NOT completely gated and the neighborhood is NOT safe. There have been multiple break ins in the last year.

The community is below average in comparison to other apartment complexes where I have lived. Maintenance requests have required multiple requests to the office prior to the request being addressed. The apartment was not cleaned before we moved in and is in severe need of upgrade (e.g., carpet was ripped & stained when we moved in).

Great staff caring complex. I'd say for the price and the great staff alone makes this complex a great decision. It is also gated with a passkey and all building have locks on entry ways as well as to your apartment making the complex a very secure place.

I am not happy with overall service, next time neither I will continue with lease not I will refer anyone to stay in this apartments. The gym equipment's are not working, reported many times to this property but still now no action or repairs is done. Maintenance Staff does not respond in the late night or time of emergency properly.

Overall its been good. Leasing office staff and maintenance staff have always been friendly and professional. Just recently I have had a concern of someone smoking and it flows in my apartment as if they are in my apartment smoking. It been very frustrating. I don't know why it flows into my apartment like it does but I wish it didn't. Leasing office has tried to resolve problem but someone continues to smoke in the common area even when office has put out notice not to do so.
