Overall, I am happy with...
Overall, I am happy with the apartment I live in and have been here 5 years. Even though I have a studio, the layout is great, and it's a great value for what you get. washer/dryer in the apartment, covered parking, great maintenance/service, workout facilities. I'm just a little nervous about the safety of the surrounding neighborhoods and community itself.

This place is not safe. Better than it used to be but still not safe. Staff generally are nice unless you have a problem, then it's fairly hard to get someone to take care of the issue in a timely fashion.

I love it here! The staff do a great job keeping the property as clean and safe as can be expected and the maintenance staff has always been quick and courteous to respond and repair whatever needs fixing.

At first it seamed nice although I was told before I moved in that all bathtubs were updated with ceramic tile walls. Once I moved in, I realized my bathroom tub wall was the very old type. The tub faucet & draining during showers has always been an issue. the Most recent maintenance on that issue seams to be best & much better than past terrible attempts. Still have bathroom floor linoleum issues for the entire time I have lived here has been maintenanced but never correctly resolved. Very embarrassing. Other maintenance issues have been pretty well taken care of at decent times and manner, especially this year 2016. Love the layout and location of apartment but price increases are truly unfair & outrageous. Lately new tenants have gotten louder and nastier (trash/roaches) than ever before. Landscaping has been improving but new tenants are being more inconsiderate - throwing trash around outside building in parking lot & breezeway. I would only recommend this place for the floor plans / layouts are nice. Prices are skyrocketting crazy.

No one can predict anything...
No one can predict anything going wrong with your unit, appliances can need repair, etc. Staff & Maintenance fixed , corrected the problems that I personally had with my first unit, and even thou was an inconvenience for me, I acknowledge that Reflections did took care of all my concerns and fixed as fast as they could anything that need it repair.

Good value for money....
Good value for money. Very conveniently located. Good service. Has had a couple of robberies in the past year. Cant understand why it is a gated community with no fences though. So safety is an issue.

I honestly wish I found somewhere else. It was cheap, yes, but the experience wasn't worth the lowered cost of living there.

I have had a very good...
I have had a very good experience with Reflections. The staff has always been friendly to me, any maintenance issues were taken care of fairly promptly, and the size and amenities of the apartment were perfect. My only complaint would be that my location in the complex was not ideal, as I was right near one of the entrance/exit points, and could hear the traffic coming and going.

It is a good neighborhood....
It is a good neighborhood. However, the area has an increased crime rate so you have to remain alert at all times. I try to avoid going out at night.

Good complex with friendly staff. Townhomes are a great size, especially for the price. Maintenance is attentive but haven't been needed much. Older buildings but well maintained, not the best insulation during colder months but no different than any other complex especially at this price. Definitely recommend.

Horrible community with MAJOR safety issues. Break ins galore with a staff that will do nothing about it. If you decide to move they will charge you quadruple your agreement. Every neighbor I had was broken into. One neighbor was broken into and was only left with a note from the police and not notified by the complex. You won't find a chair at the pool that isn't broken if you can even find one. They will increase your rent to the state max which is $75 per month annually. They will not give you fair relent terms such as requiring a two month notice to relent but only give you two weeks to renew the lease. And on top of that you will never be offered a one year lease term again insuring you will have to break the lease to move. They Are very unprofessional in dealing with renters issues. Do not rent here. There are not enough bad things I can say about the complex or the gang members they moved in next to me and my young son. They sent my account to collections without ever providing me with a statement even though they had my forwarding address. When I called with questions I was ignored and finally was simply given their attorneys phone number with no resolve. They fired the maintenance supervisor before I left because he was involved in some of the theft. I wrote letters and made complaints about our safety only to be told "oh well" I can go on and on and on............

I have been living at Reflections Apartments since 2007. I work from home and the staff have always been understanding about my needs. They are responsive and kind. I had some challenges with my moving out due to illness and movers so I was delayed in my move. I know it caused challenges for the staff but they were still professional and kind. I have never had a problem the entire time I lived at Reflections and I lived in two different size apartments in two different areas. Overall, the complex and staff were great during my time at Reflections

Convenient location....
Convenient location. However, if you have a problem or need something fixed then you are better off doing it yourself. I have waited WEEKS for simple things to get done. When they are completed, they are not done well and I have to re-do them myself anyway.
