Living at this apartment is ok. The utilities are what is not worth staying as you do not know how the billing rate of water is set other than that it is ok. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone looking for convenience, and to save money.

Have no opinion yet or experience. I have yet to move in but from what I can tell the community is very nice and friendly. The staff was kind to me. What I like most so far is that tje studio apartments even come with their own washer and dryer. I cant wait to start my year herw.

I love my apartment and the community, but I was approved for section 8 and even though I dont want to move, I dont have a choice and Reflections wants to charge me a crazy amount to get out my lease. But I do love my studio apartment and the maintanence guys.

It has been a safe, community like atmosphere. Great amenities for the price and easy access to highways and main roads and attractions in the city. I would recommend to anyone looking to move! The move in process was quick and the staff was accommodating to our needs. This is the most peaceful apartment I've been in in awhile. Noise is minimal and people are neighborly. It's been a great experience thus far and we look forward to being able to call Reflections home!

I've had ups and downs with this community. Maintenance response to service requests is impressive unless it's a major appliance like an air conditioner. I needed mine replaced and it took 3 years of complaints to get it done. Unacceptable. My mail box is too small so USPS has to crush mail mail sometimes to get it to fit. I complained about that when I first moved in. I was told to purchase a PO Box. All of the leasing agents are friendly and respectable, but I've had multiple occasions where the main leasing manager has been rude or discourteous. There are some problems with criminal activity, but it seems minimal compared to surrounding areas. Residents are friendly. The grounds are kept neat. The pool area is nice. In my area there really are no noise complaints. Walls are pretty thick. Rent is overpriced in my opinion. We pay for a gated community, but the gates are only at vehicle entrances. Anyone on foot can walk in or out as they please because there are no fences. But beyond all that it's been a place I've enjoyed calling home.

This community is horrible to live in. The management staff is incompetent and rude. The maintenance department is a joke! The grounds is not upkeep to any standard. Do not live here!! I wouldn't allow my dog to live here again. If I had a choice to do this all over again I would definitely not chose to live at Reflections. Denise the manager is horrible.

Office management is disrespectful and maintenance problems are given minimal effort to resolve them correctly. Short term fixes do not solve problem .for some reason, I need 200 characters to go here. That's ridiculous. But here's 200.

I have lived in this apartment complex for 7 years. This is a second home for me due to work, but I spend about 75% of my time here. The apartments are a bit dated but the quality to price value is very good. Some updating was done recently that certainly helped. Maintenance/repair response has been remarkable. Office help has also been very helpful. Overall, I have been very satisfied with my experience here and would recommend this complex to anyone wanting a safe and economical place to live.

Reflections is in a nice neighborhood and everything looks pretty new from the outside. I have two huge pain points though. First, there's only TWO trash compactors (NO dumpsters) in both phase I and phase II. Having to drive to the one in my phase every time just to throw out trash is already a pain, and imagine when I had to drive all the way to the other compactor in the other phase because the compactor in my phase was broken! What's more annoying is they keep sending out notices (emails, delivered letters to the door) asking residents not to leave the trash outside the compactor when it's full/broken. What do they expect? It's not the residents' fault that the compactors are broken. When I drive all the way to the compactor and it is full, I'm not taking the trash back into my apartment. Also they DO NOT PLOW snow. Richmond does not get much snow in general. But it does snow and the temperature stays low for a few days, be prepared to drive on extremely icy roads in the apartment complex until the snow melts itself! It snowed on 2/16 and the temperature has been below freezing since. Reflections refuses to plow the snow in parking lots. Who are they kidding? Everywhere is parking lot. So no plowing in parking lots=icy roads everywhere. I'd understand if they don't plow the areas right around the cars, but they don't plow the roads you'd drive on in the parking lot. Long story short, if you are ok with the constantly broken trash compactors (at leas once a month) and harassment from the leasing office that blames you for their poor management, and driving on icy roads for days after it snowed (well I admit this only happens a couple times a year depending on how much it snows and how cold it is), then go for it. Otherwise go elsewhere for your apartment hunting. The management just does not keep up with the rent they charge.

The community at reflections is a fun place to be. The pool and open park area are a great place to hang out with friends and family. You get a variety of people with all ages accepted. I would recommend reflections to all of my friends and family.

whenver I have raised any issuE I have experienced prompt response. The quality is also good. The community here is good and serene atmosphere. Facilities are okay would have been more better to have indoor play area as well so that we could have fun even on rainy days.

The maintenance staff is excellent they are come within 24 hours to fix any problems. The community is safe and secure. Along with that the office staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay in this apartment if I could afford to. Great place.

overall the quality of the apartment is worth the rent. It's really close to work for me so it's more advantageous than anything else. It feels pretty safe around the grounds. Just lots of sketchy people and some pretty obnoxiously loud cars around.

I have a studio and I was able to move in a couple of days after I called the office it is close to work and feels very safe with the gated entry the unit is just what I need since I have permanent residence in Brazi IN but I work in Marion County. The complex is quick to clean the snow from the parking lot. I have a studio and have plenty of space 2 closets a nice kitchen and bathroom. I have a stackable washer and dryer. My husband rented back in 2005 when we decided to come back to IN and I was impressed with the Studio he rented. I have a second floor studio and feel very safe and I have stayed warm so far this winter and my utility bills have been very reasonable so far.

The community staff has been great in helping me move in and get set up. The grounds look very well kept and secure especially with it being a gated community. Any problems or concerns I had with my apartment unit were fix or addressed before I moved in. Overall a great experience that I would recommend to everyone.

The apartments are poorly built. The floors are creaky. The walls are crooked. They spray EVERYTHING with white paint before you move in.(including the bath tub) The "security gates" are always broken. Trash is inconvenient and always overflowing. Demo is much nicer than actual appartments. Office staff is very unprofessional, but only after you move in.

These apartments charge fees on top of fees. Its best to choose somewhere elses. On top of the admin fee you pay to apply, there are extra fees for trash, water, & sewage.Dont expect a one time monthly fee...there is an monthly admin fee to those also, along with a monthly pest control fee that you have to call them out to spray for. A monthly fee means they should spray every month since you're being charged. Let me not forget to say that if you move in on a decent rate....your rent will jump $60 @ renewal, so don't plan to stay over a year unless you're willing to pay this for a place not worth it..These apartments have only had makeup applied to an ugly surface. The floors sound as if your going to fall through them. Ive been here a couple of months and have called maintenance at least 8 times already. Maintenance comes quickly, but the problem is rarely fixed. Theres no screen doors and the door's arent sealed the greatest. I can see light all around the door....ive called for this also and it wasn't fixed.Therefore your gas bill will be up. The water bill is yours and you'll soon realize the toilets constantly run...they can't seem to fix them. Washing machine is complete garbage...called several times for that also...still isn't fixed.. The dryer was piping hot to touch and the maintenance guy had the nerve to tell me the trip switch will cut it off before it catch fire....wth...just replace it before the building catch fire! Not to mention neighbors that stand outside their door to smoke and make loud noises from midnight to 2a.m. The neighbors also place their trash bags on the front porch...wide open. The office only sends them a letter and they continue to do it. The limited gating makes you thinks its safe here, but its only gated to drivers and the gates are 85% open on a daily basis. The townhouse they show you looks has been completely rehabbed to fool you...yours will have the same layout...thats it! They move you in on used carpet where previous renters had animals and their carpet cleaning company is a joke and they are not good carpet cleaners. Parking is a nightmare! In one area theres hardly any handicap parking spots and other areas there's too many. The staff is always changing at the office.Truth speaks abundant when they say everything that looks good isnt always good for ya. This place speaks Loud for that! The trash is horribly overflowing all the time with furniture and etc. They allow none driven cars to just sit and never be moved against the building. I found out the person that owned the car didn't even live in the apartments and they still did nothing.

Great apartment complex. In general I have had a great experience. It's clean, decent, and safe. The gated complex is definitely a plus. I've had many problems with the washing machine, but other than that not to many maintenance problems. The management is a struggle, though. They're not good at answering the phone or fixing problems in a timely manner. When having issues with paying rent online and given a message that says the server is having difficulty, they denied having any issues and wouldn't help even though the message on the computer was clear. They also lied about fixing my washing machine that was full of water. If you put the management aside, I had a great experience living here.
