Only issue is with the house centipedes issue. Have called to have apartment treated but still continue to have centipedes. Other that that, I enjoy the area. The apartments are nice and staff responds quickly to maintenance requests.

Looked at a few different apartment complexes after getting my first job out of college. The neighborhood is quiet and I have no complaints. I would recommend this apartment complex and the single bed room floor plan to any single occupant or a couple. An amenity I seemed out were the included washer and drier and I am very pleased with what I have.

This community is awesome! Very quiet for being in the city. Maintenance staff is always quick to come and help me when needed (no matter the time of day). Everyone is friendly. I have no complaints of this community!! Highly recommend it!

Friendly staff, maintenance is always handled quickly and effectively. The apartments are decently priced for the location, amenities, and size. Love having a washer and dryer in unit! The pet park is great and nice that it's close to the playground for my daughter.

It started nice. But neighbor upstairs is very nosey. Sounds like he is running a marathon in a such a small space at 5m daily. Other than my experience with management it was just okay living here. Trash area is usually disgusting. What are options to break lease early?

It's decent enough 11, however the price point for the unit you get is outrageous. After all the miscellaneous fees and my rent increase I pay almost $1000 a month for a townhouse that has no updated appliances and vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. They claim it's due to the market rate for nearby complex as being similar, however, when you price the local community if it doesn't come anywhere near as close for similar styles of units.

Staff very open and friendly. I feel that mamengent is concerned about resident safely and well being. I had a problem with a resident and she ( Denise) responded quickly and had it resolved. I feel very safe living here.

Staff is always friendly and helpful! Apartments are in good working order, and any maintenance issues are fixed promptly. Though there were some small issues with apartment upkeep upon move in, most issues were either fixed (if applicable) or notated in file.

I have lived in several apartment complexes, and have never experienced the level of professionalism and care for residents as I receive at Reflections. We've had a few minor issues along the way, but each time they are handled swiftly and accurately. What an awesome complex! Would highly recommend, and am confident this is the nicest complex (both property and residents) on this side of town.

Nice large apartments with taller ceilings and panelled doors. Well maintained. Love the pool area and trees. Staff and maintenance are attentive and friendly. Some areas have beautiful pereneals and ornamental grasses.

This apartment complex I mediocre at best. You don't really get a lot for your money and I've had several mantience issues. There's a lack of communication, definitely not the best I've lived in. I would not live here again.

My experience at this community has been okay overall. I love how quiet the community is. The maintenance here have been great. Most of time when we submit a service request they come to correct the issue right away. Either that day or the next. There was one time where someone came to fix the stove then left to get a part but never returned. But, other than that the overall experience has been good.

I love my apartment and the beautiful grounds. Love taking walks around the complex. Love having a washer and dryer in my apartment. The neighbors that I know are friendly and helpful. My neighbors in my building are quiet and peaceful.

The people I've met are very nice. There are a lot of people that don't clean up after their pets which is frustrating when we're out to play, etc. I have picked up many many piles of someone else's animals waste. I love that the entry to each Apartment section has a locked door. The Gated Community is nice but is not as secure as I would prefer.

Sizable, affordable apartment, close to all shopping centers. However, there is this one non-functioning equipment in the gym that have been here for as long as I have resided here (6 yrs) and it still haven't been fixed or replace. Why does rent go up if it isn't been used to fix equipment we need to use. There is no sense of security and not much is being done to ensure it. Maintenance is alright, they could do more if they really cared about overall condition of the building.

This place is in great shape. Staff is very nice. Weve had to call maintenence a few times and every time they get here within minutes. They get the work done. Very happy to live in this community. The neighborhood is very nice.

I love it here. People are so friendly and I feel so comfortable here. Maintenance is always available, too, which is nice because I do not know anything about maintenance work. I definitely recommend these apartments.

The apartment and apartment complex is pretty good overall. The office staff has been good so far. The only issue I had was getting maintenance to fix an issue I had with my water heater. It took 8 service calls to get the issue completely resolved

I have felt safe at this apartment. It is affordable. Staff is helpful. No major issues at all. The neighborhood is diverse but pretty quiet. Close to grocery stores. The security gates are always broken but I do not think they are the best anyways because anyone can get in right behind previous car with no problem. No big deal however.

Reflections staff is always exceptionally friendly and helpful. The grounds and common areas are kept clean and provide an abundance of peaceful landscapes that are great for a fun, safe, and relaxing time.

I just moved last Wednesday and I am liking it here the neighbor's are friendly and it's quite. I also like that there is a shopping/restaurant road on 86th. The only complaint that I can say are I thought it was a gated community while the gates into the community are the whole apartment complex doesn't have a fence around it.

Everything was fine until some of our property was stolen the same day our air filter got changed when the police officer came over to take the report she told us she has been there less than a month ago for the same thing at the apartment next door. Obviously they have a theft problem among their maintenance staff.
