It's nice and quiet here. It's not to far from any of the department stores to where you can go shopping at any given time. Just down the road from the hospital that's a good thing. It's not to far from my school so the drive is pretty good.

Great place and very affordable. The only thing that I am not a fan of is that there are a couple extra fees besides the rent and utilities. These are relatively low in price so it does not bother me too much. Overall I would recommend to a friend.

Staff at office is helpful and the maintenance guys are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything is working right. If any problems arise they tend to them right away. I like the security doors and gate entrance

I have had a good experience living here. Any problems or concerns that I reported were dealt with immediately. Office staff are friendly. The only negative is the noise from traffic. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Nice office and maintenance staff. Reasonably efficient repairs. Big apartments, particularly the townhomes; my furniture would not fit in many apartments I looked at. Gated community which, although it doesn't guarantee keeping non-resident related issues outside, does feel safer than other places I've lived. Has nice pool and is pet-friendly!

generally it has been good, clean premises, good maintanence staff, but the rent has gone up every year i have been here. I think that the rent is getting out hand and I that is the only reason i would consider moving, the rest of the experience as been great

Maintenance and office staff has always been great. Alex is amazing! Overall community seems to be very nice and clean. Only complaint really is that the gates seem to have issues sporadically. I would recommend this community for sure. Very close to St. Vincent's for my clinicals.

The community is clean, and the apartment is fairly updated. Having a washer and dryer in a studio apartment is tough to come by. I feel the rent is a little high for the location and square footage, but I am happy overall with the complex.

We moved in after a great tour. We have really liked the apartment so far. The concerns have always been addressed by the maintenance staff promptly. They are all very friendly as well as the people in the office are very friendly. The building is in good shape and we love the amenities associated with the property. It is very nice to be able to take my child to the park every day. I'm looking forward to the summer for us to play in the pool.

If I could give this apartment complex zero stars, I would. At first it seemed like a nice place to live. Move-in went smoothly and maintenance was quick and the maintenance people were friendly. However, I noticed terrible mold behind the fridge as I was moving out, my dishwasher barely worked, and there was a huge roof leak and they left my place dirty after they fixed it. I also experienced 3 break-ins. After the second one I requested a security camera for the building for my safety and the safety of other tenants and it was DENIED. This company does not care about the safety of its tenants. Because I was a full-time student I was unemployed when I rented this place, they wanted a large deposit. Despite my high credit score, they made me pay a $500 deposit. I agreed, because I would get it back anyways. It's been 2 months since I was able to break off the lease due to the break-in and they never gave me back my money! Now they are accusing me of owning a pet when I never did, and they are charging ME money after such an outrageous deposit. Never met such an unsympathetic, vile company in my whole life. I think they were taking advantage of me knowing that I was not from the country, and I'm thinking of getting my lawyer involved. For your safety and bank account DO NOT move to this place.

When moving in I liked the outdoor exterior of the complex. It is a clean and friendly atmosphere. I like the safe gated community. The office and maintenance staff are cordial and wonderful to communicate with if needed at anytime. I feel very comfortable living here, and look forward into the new year!

Good size apartment for the price. Just hoping they won't raise the rent too much due to the renovations! Staff has always been courteous and responsive. Convenient to Northside amenities and not a bad commute to downtown either.

The staff is friendly. It is a quiet gated community, small but nice and updated appliances. I feel safe for the most part, no complaints thus far. Maybe just that they should vacuum and clean the common area to each apartment complex weekly. It starts to get dirty and smell a bit.

Started fine but has gone down hill seems like the hood has moved in and have trusted the area around me hundreds of cigarette butts on the ground and people have been letting their dogs crap wherever and not pick it up plus I when outside today and found a tv just thrown on the ground. Hood

Large space with new carpeting and washer/dryer provided in the apartment. Bedrooms had space and lots of closet space. Half bath on main level is very convenient. We are right off of the shared "park" space including the bark park which they keep well stocked with poop bags and there are stations scattered throughout the community to encourage residents to clean up after their dogs. We appreciated those that used that convenience. Office and maintenance staff are very easy to communicate with and responsive. Maintenance issues are always taken care of promptly.

I have lived at this community 6 months. I have a nice studio apt. Dishwasher and stacked washer and dryer makes things convenient. I also like the area for shopping, groceries, hospital etc. Everything you could need is close by

Everyone is nice in the office. Response time with the staff is timely. I would love to see faster maintence response but they are very respectful of your property. Neighbors are quite and the property is alway clean. I'm enjoying my time here.

I've lived here for almost a year now. I live in a studio, which is rather small, but large enough for me and my pet. I haven't really had any issues with residents, as most people here are either adults working, or the children of those adults (who go to school). Even though walking pedestrians can bypass the gate, it is a nice feature having gated entry to lessen the through traffic and random entries. An issue I personally have is that there aren't recycling facilities here, which could definitely cut down on waste. Also, management is really hands off, which is cool, but checking in or doing small things like interviews or prize drawings would really build a sense of community.

Great experience, very happy with the apartment itself, the staff's quick responses and how clean the gym/pool/clubhouse is. I have really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend to a friend. The only thing I would change is that I wish there was some type of community cook out or something to be able to engage with others in the complex. Other than that, living here is great!

So far... so good! It's a nice, quiet community. The office staff is very pleasant. All the apartment appliances work great! I would recommend an apartment to both friends and family. As an IUPUI, I can just jump right on the expressway and head to class.
