Good place to stay in, office replies to issues quickly and send help immediately. Studio was updated, carpet and paint was done. It has everything you need to Have for one person. Maintenance team is great, office staff is very nice

Reflections Apartments has been a great home for me. I feel incredibly safe inside the gates of this community. The remodeled units are really beautiful. The staff is great and any problems or concerns I have experienced have been dealt with promptly. I highly recommend living here.

The office staff was very friendly however upon moving in we noticed several problems, a toilet was not working, the bath and shower in the other bathroom had just been patented and wasn't even ready for use

Gratified. I like where I live. I would recommend to anyone. The apartments are beautiful and well kept. The maintenance team stay on top of all repairs. They immediately take care of everything. I'm proud to live here.

This is a very clean community located near a hospital. There is plenty of space to park. There is nearby shopping. It is very close to where I work. There are numerous restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to s friend.

First time living in a studio, and so far it has been a great experience. New flooring, fresh paint, new fixtures, and plenty of closet space. Having a washer and dryer in unit were what sold it for me. Seems like a quiet and safe community that's close to lots of stores and restaurants!

Smooth! Move in process was very easy, very friendly staff, and made me feel comfortable asking questions, was very patient in checking all the options before I finally made a decision. Apartment is safe, secure and very neat.

My stay was okay the rodant racoon , overhang ceiling hanging over the side of my balcony issue took too long to be fixed. The building foyer flooring and carpet was never replaced even after numerous times reaching out to ask when will be replaced it's embarrassing to bring family or friends to my apartment still looks horrible

Reflections offers affordable updated apartments with a friendly community. Service staff are courteous and prompt with service requests. They have an easy to understand lease agreement. Pet friendly and spacious parking.

I really love the apartment , the people are so friendly and quiet. I love the security of the grounds. The only thing I think should change is that there should at least be a grace period of at least the 3rd of each month because of some people's pay dates, but I think you all are great.

I absolutely love it. Everyone is really nice and neighborly. I love that my kids can play at the park without any incidents. Me and my husband were worried moving here since we have absolutely no family or friends but we realized there is nothing to worry about.

Wonderful place to stay . Alex is a awesome staff memeber she answered all my questions with no problem everybody in the office was so friendly. Apartment complex is super clean. I have no complaints .

Some days are good other days they could use some work by fairly the apartment is in pretty good condition for maintenance can use a major upgrade. They could definitely use better lighting walking into the apartment and possibly a default gate code for outside sources delivering food instead of having to let them in manually with the gate code

I've enjoyed my stay. I will likely renew, but with increased cost, I'm not sure for how much longer. My apartment location is directly next to the pool and park which are ideal for my son. My neighbors are good and the community appears to look out for each other.

Nice quiet building, and a spacious apartment. I LOVE all the closet space and the in unit washer and dryer. The complex is very pet friendly as well. The staff is friendly and attentive and has made me feel extremely welcome.

Overall good...some misunderstandings concerning fees but nothing major...amenities are outstanding for the cost. Love the gas stove and having a full washer dryer of my own. Windows and blinds seem like nee!

Alix was great to work with when we rented our townhouse! We have had several maintenance issues that have been addressed, but some have yet to be resolved. My concerns are the inefficient dryer and water heater. These have been worked on, but not completely fixed yet. I am confident these things will be fixed. Our townhouse is beautiful and so far we love it here!

Staff are very nice and heloful. Town home wasn't quite ready to move in to, needed a few repairs to be done and move in ready, which set moving in back a bit. Property isnt fully fenced so the "gated" parking lot is pointless and people can drive in any way or just drive in the wrong way. Locks on units are not secure and someone has kicked in our back door at one point in time and they just "patched" it instead of fixing it the proper way. Nice large park area, and dog friendly fenced in area.

It's been great the staff are fur the most part professional they are definitely efficient. I like the Maintaince crew but they need clean up behind themselves. They also should not try to attempt a job if they know they can not actually complete.

Its a nice quiet community with updated units. The neighbors are nice and there's plenty of parking, even covered parking at some units. Overall its been a great experience living at Reflections apartments.

Quiet Neighborhood, Renovated, I love the staff and Maintenance Group. Everything has always been fixed in a timely manner. Even when I had an outage with power, they could not get a part over the holiday weekend but stayed in touch with me through the entire prossess of getting it fixed.

I love this place. But I would also love better AC in the summer. But the grounds are very well kept and the neighbors are quite friendly. Definitely will be renewing my lease one of those up. And office staff are very nice
