Overall a great community. I feel safe here compared to other complexes around me. Close to my work which is a plus for me! I just wish prices were a little bit more budget friendly. But would recommend to a friend.

Very quiet so far. People are friendly that you meet. The staff has been very professional with all/any issues or questions I've had. The apartment is comfortable and everything works as it should. There have been issues/complaints about some break ins, however, I have not experienced any issues thus far. Very pleased so far with Reflections.

I love the community and the staff is very prompt when asking questions and answering them i love the grounds the apartments are very cozy I would most definitely recommend to friends or family the only thing that bothers me is the patio I think all of them should be closed in

The staff has always been accommodating. We have never had issues getting our maintenance issues resolved and any issues with our monthly statements have been worked out if approached personally and respectfully.

So far so good. I found the area very nice, however, it is a little ------ in some areas. I am sure they are good people, but late at night it gets weird. Prefer to stay inside for some of those reason. Also my car got banged up a bit by someone's car door I believe. Addiing security cameras would help a lot!

We were told that the apartment we would be moving into was recently painted and carpet cleaned but it wasn't. We have had to deal with bad past painting work in the entire apartment and walls cracking and chipping. As well as the cabinets in the kitchen are crooked. They painted the bathtub in the upstairs hallway and now it's bubbling and about ready to peel. The soap dish in the same bathroom has already peeled. The master bathroom shower needs completely redone piping and all. They just recently updated the kitchen countertops, lighting, and doorknobs and though it looks nice the entire kitchen now needs repainted and they refuse to do it. The ceilings are cracking, peeling, and about ready to fall. We've told the office management but they won't do anything about it. The carpet is old, rundown, and needs brand new carpetting. The floors all need replaced underneath the carpet because they creek and are bowed. All the blinds need updated to better standards. The electrical is bad and needs fixed. The AC/HEAT needs redone. The AC takes forever to cool but when it does it freezes the living room and kitchen and the bathrooms but the rooms upstairs doesn't cool. The heat burns you up out of nowhere some days during winter but mostly doesn't work. The whole neighborhood is way too loud. Too many bumping thumping stereos, loud revving up engines, loud wild parties, and druggies. The neighborhood kids are way too loud and obnoxious. Just recently the only good staff member they had who did the bookkeeping for accepting the rent just quit when she's been working here for years. They up the rent when you renew your lease. They false advertise that they are luxury apartments. It would make sense to pay the price we pay for rent if it truly was luxury apartments. Our entire apartment needed redone before we moved in and we've had to deal with it ever since. They refuse to update while we are living in it or move us to one of their other 3 bedroom apartments. They've said they don't do anything until the tenets move out. We're upset we are forced to deal with this but we have no choice until we can find a better more reasonable place to live. I would not suggest this apartment complex.

Great I really love my apartment it's got everything I need the washer & dryer is a plus.. I would recommend anyone that enjoys just enough space for one person please apply..u won't regret it..thanks for all your time and hard work..

The staff and maintenance crew were always very caring and helpful. I lived in a studio which was a perfect space for me. The only problem I had was with the smoker who lived below me and how my belongings would get ruined by the smell.

The office staff is typically rather helpful, though they can be slow at times. Maintenance is quick and does a good job. The workout area, tanning bed, and pool always seem to be well maintained. My only real complaint is that the dishwasher is completely useless.

I'm honestly surprised to see any negative reviews for reflections. I have lived in several apartment complexes and none of them come close to the level of care the office staff has. The complex is quiet and well maintained. I had a few maintenance problems and they were all taken care of in a timely manner. When my apartment was being renovated and the demo team (contracted by reflections so out of their control) went over their deadline, the office staff got me a gift card to cover any meals that I may have had to buy out while my kitchen was out of commission... mind you without me asking! Every office member, especially Alix, was awesome and helped with my every request, even move out. The apartments themselves have the same problems that apartments do everywhere else, like appliances breaking etc., but the office staff will go above and beyond to make sure it gets taken care of and will follow up later to make sure the issue doesn't recur.

Nice place to live. The office staff and maintenance team are fantastic. The community is very nice with all ages. Close to shopping and restaurants. About 10 minutes to I 465 in any direction. Gated community.

So far very positive. Only lived here a month so far, but I've found the office and maintenance staff to be very responsive to any questions or issues I've had. My kids really enjoy the playground and open field. The only drawback I've experienced so far is traffic noise from Harcourt Road, including the occasional late-night ambulance siren; can't blame that on management, though.

The residents are friendly and the property is clean and safe. Residents are nice, the community is safe. Residents could do a better job cleaning behind pets but that's the only community complaint I have.

My experience so far has been very satisfying. With regards the safety everything is exactly what i was looking for. The interior of my new home is so comfy and very beautiful. My favorite room is the kitchen. I'm in love with the marble counter tops

Great communiy that has a great location. Quiet area with a lot of green and open space that makes it nice. Any type of food can be found within a 5 minute drive. Friendly staff and maintenance issues are adressed promptly.

It a good place to stay for students going to a near by college/tech school. Low price, and access to everything generally needed in your own place. There also a pool, gym, and general hang out locations on site if you meet with other people. Note that this place is next to a fire station near by.

Office staff polite enough; some could show more friendliness. Maintenance staff are quick to respond but often the work is incomplete or not done well/often looks like a quick patch job, sloppy and inadequate. Kitchen appliances should be updated.

I've been living in Reflections for four years now and I absolutely love it here! The community is gated. The apartment is very spacious. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Whenever I experience any maintenance issue they respond the same day. This is the only place I've ever renewed my lease multiple times.

So far, I have not had any major problems. Setting up some things took longer than expected but staff was very attentive once I brought it to their attention! The roads are a full of potholes which is annoying, but over I like the community and area so far.

The staff at this complex is horrid. I would not recommend living here to anyone. You are not treated as a human, just as a check. They enter your apartment as they please even if you ask nicely to be notified.
