Not very polite office staff. They make every request an issue. We have to argue to get things resolved properly. Have had same issue repeatedly be an issue and even blamed for said issue. Slow to resolve serious issues. Owners of complex do not follow up or respond at all.

Great place to live!!! The office staff here are friendly and professional and I recently renewed my lease here. Candy, Denise, Alex, and Alexis make a great team. The maintenance is quick to respond to issues and fix them appropriately.

Fantastic, quick and educated staff. I've had issues handled promptly and with great customer service. Being in a clean, gated community was the one thing I was looking for and I'm happy I was able to find that with Reflections.

I've only just moved in, and the community and staff have been responsive and helpful. The location is nice for my work and there's a lot of shopping and food nearby which is convenient. I've had no issues with anything, by largest complaint is not having the ability to recycle, which is pretty minor. There's a large area for children to play, both a field and a playground, and any noise I hear is children playing.

Love the neighborhood, never feel unsafe and the office staff will do what they need to make sure we are taken care of. When there has been issues the staff is quick to get it resolved, they also make sure that we are happy with the end result.

There have been several issues after moving in, but the staff has worked to try to correct errors. It's an old building so there are many unexpected glitches. However, I think the facility tries to make it a positive experience.

The staff here is great. They answered all my questions most by email some by call. Answered right away with no problem. The apartment was great and I couldn't have been happier when I moved in. Nice pools and the community is nice.

Overall, I have enjoyed living in this apartment community. The apartments themselves are very nice for what they are, the pool is well kept and maintenance is very prompt often coming and completing submitted orders that day or early the next day. While I have been here they have been renovating which has helped update the look of the apartment and community. My only complaints are the fitness room, which feels incomplete and dated, and smokers moving into my building. When just one person smokes in my building, the whole entryway smells and my entire apartment smells like tobacco smoke and it won't go away.

The management company really knows how to market the place. They make it sound like such a great and safe place to live but the security gate is a joke. The unit I live in is not worth the amount I pay in rent.

Although I haven't lived here long, I've been quite impressed with the professionalism and promptness of the community staff. The washer/dryer in each unit was a big draw to this community, and I've been impressed with my neighbors.

Great staff. Great neighborhood. Great apartment. Very clean conditions of my studio apartment. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking is very close to the buildings. Love that it's a gated community.

Great community! Awesome pools! Yes, 2 pools! I feel very safe with the gates & locks on apt bldg doors. They took great care of me when I needed to move to a different bldg. I love my new apt & neighbors!

Nice staff helping me with moving in, clean apartment at first sight, safe community with gated entrance, the carpet is a little bit smell, but that happens to all old apartments. Would recommend this property to anyone with a tight budget.

I had the utmost faith and contentment with Reflections when I first moved in. The staff was kind and actually seemed to care when they were addressed with problems and concerns. However, time passing and changes of employees have brought about some very unacceptable situations. I am now greatly looking forward to moving and I've considered even taking the plunge to break my lease and forfeit any chance of a returned deposit. The staff is now quite rude. Whether this be due to their nature or it be lack of training and knowledge in accordance with their position, I am far from flattered. To have lived in a community for so long and to become this "put off" by management and the operation of the entire community is frustrating. There are kids running up and down the stairs beginning at 6 am. There are consistent break ins. The "gated community" is a joke. Its a gate at the entrance that generally does not work. So, mainly, preventing you from being able to go home more so than preventing unwanted company. There are only two trash dumpsters on property and barely any trash posts to throw away your dogs crap (even tho there is a hefty fee if you don't clean up after your dog). Amenities are lacking. The pool closes at 8pm even when its open for the day. No clubhouse. No basketball courts. Somehow my water consumption is at a ridiculous rate and seems to rise every 6 months or so. No tennis courts. There is, however, a volley ball "court" that looks like you may find a few turds along with a good dig. There is a dog park, full of dog crap. Be prepared to avoid playing fetch. Previously, I would have recommended Reflections with flying colors. Lately, you can get something more worth your money all over the city. The price is insane for the "accommodations". Don't do it. It would be much better if the staff were at least genuine but it seems they've filled the office with money hungry sharks and forgot to also bring in the the people who bring the balance of humanity.

So far my experience has been pleasant. Neighbors are introducing themselves and offering to help. My dog enjoys that the noise is less than where we lived. I feel safer and I like the apartment and the area.

I really enjoy that it is a gated community. I feel much more comfortable knowing that in order for somebody to drive through the complex, they need a key card or code to get in. I also have good neighbors who are respectful of those around them. There are plenty of amenities that I take full advantage of!

Overall, it has been a good experience. There are little things that can be improved. The office staff has always been very helpful when needed. The maintenance staff is usually friendly, but occasionally do not get the job done the first time. Pest control could be better

I have been a resident since the year 2017 and I have had a fabulous experience so far. I have some amazing memories at this place and it is the apartment that I moved into by myself. The maintenance work is very prompt and that is one of the best parts. Apart from that, I like the apartment in general. It is perfect for an individual. The in-build laundry is a huge advantage.
