Good experience overall. Moving in was very simple and quick. Everything was ready for me when we got there and signing the remaining paperwork was quick. I was given all the information I needed and she walked through the apartment with me to check all of the appliances.

I've been here for a couple of months and the service and community has been very pleasant. I would recommend this community to my friends. The maintenance is prompt and helpful. I haven't had any complaints and would rate my stay very high. I would select Reflection Apartments again.

Have only lived here for several weeks, but have had no problems! Everyone has been very welcoming and courteous! I recently found out that several of my neighbors have pets (dogs and cats), but for several weeks had no idea. It just goes to show how quiet it really is in this community!

I like the layout of my 1 bedroom apartment, and feel that there is very adequate space without feeling cramped. My neighbors are mostly kind, quiet, and friendly. The complex is conveniently located and provides easy access to Broad Ripple, Downtown, and Zionsville.

I have lived here for two years now and love it! The staff is always nice and understanding. The maintenance request usually get done within 24 hours if they can be completed in that time. The apartment is gated and there is a separate locked door to the building that only the people in that building have access to. I feel very safe living here!

Very nice and friendly community. The office staff is nice and friendly and handles requests or issues promptly as well as the maintenance staff. Also has a community pool and exercise facility for adults and children.

everything has been real easy. anytime I have an issue I walk into the office and ryan or somebody is there to help me right away. they solve my issue and even make conversation which helps develop a good relationship with the residents which makes it feel more like home. thanks for all the help

The support staff were very helpful in guiding me through the leasing of my first unit. The communication was good and the move in process was easy. On moving day, my apartment was clean and ready to go. We had a few maintenance issues that were cleared up quickly.

Great office staff, clean community, decent gym, nice pool, close to multiple grocery stores(1.5 miles to Kroger/Fresh Thyme), close to the Monon Trail. A lot of college kids from Lincoln tech board here, so it is not uncommon to see people working on their cars in the parking lots. Unfortunately some of them think a loud car sounds good, but you get that everywhere. This is a gated community, so you need a card to get in through the gates, or you can let yourself in with your smartphone if you have one. One person in a studio can expect to pay about $620 in rent and water. Electric is about 20 a month, and ditto for gas. AT&T is $40.70 for their cheapest internet only package. I get my rent bill by email around the middle of the month. Rent is due by the first of the next month. There's not a ton to do in the immediate area around here, but I like biking to the Monon Trail (about 3 miles away) and taking it to Broad Ripple or downtown (13 miles one way). Holliday Park is a nice place to stop at (3.5 miles away).

A really nice place to live! I like the office staff a lot! They are friendly and take care of business! Maintenance department needs improvement though. The office staff makes sure the work gets done and gets done right. The community looks nice and it is in a really good location, with lots of convenient shopping and quick access to major roads.

I have lived here 2 1/2 years and it has been a good place to live. Nice pool, grounds, neighbors. The maintenance staff are great. They keep steps and sidewalks clear in the winter. Only complaint is increase in monthly rent the first year was $30, which I felt was high, and $10 every year after.

Reflections Apartments is a beautiful place to live. Very nice quality carpets, kitchen appliances, and air units. The only thing that seems to be overlooked is the quality of life updates to the apartments. Small issues here and there which should have been caught prior to someone moving in.

I moved into the community because each unit came with a full size washer and dryer. The community is close to my job site about 5-6 miles away. The community is close to many of the services that I use, grocery store, pharmacy, gas stations, and plenty of restaurants.

Honestly it's pretty awesome here. I've only been here a few weeks, but I'm in love with the areas positive vibes. And I just love my studio and washer/dryer hook up. Lol But long story short this is my first place ever, and I'm actually glad it is.

So far the best part about living here has been my neighbors. They're all great and nice and we've hung out a few times. I love that feeling of community. The staff has been great, especially Sam. The apartment is average, nothing exceptional but nothing terrible either. The giant park in the middle of the community is wonderful.

It was okay really to expensive. Almost $900 a month for a one bedroom apartment that's including all there utilities. I was pay about 1,500 a month and ended up bankrupt every month and struggled going g to college, work, bills. Had to end up laving the place

I love the complex, i love the comunity, staff service is excellent, in particular my case, people of upstair made me hard moment right now, lot of noise bcs aptm floor need to repair, its not they fall, its managment responsabity to fix or provide maintenence to each aptm, now I have noise problems in my aptm for the reason dont provide maintenance upstair

its been great i really like living here however! i would like to see some updates in my apartment. but my over all experience hasn't been so bad i cant seem to get use to all the bugs and i would like to have a decent patio cant enjoy it with thye trees hanging over it and its really old.

This community is safe and clean. As a college female, safety was of utmost importance. The staff are very friendly and allowed me to install extra security measures on my door, such as a reinforced faceplate and chain lock. The apartments are also really nice. When I moved in the space was clean and freshly painted. The apartments include a washer and dryer which was a huge plus. The location is also great, just 15 minutes from Broad Ripple and Keystone, and 25ish minutes to downtown.

Me and my girlfriend lived there for 4 years, through multiple staffing changes. The maintenance staff progressively became better and were great. I felt safe and the amenities were great. However we consistently had a water leaking pipe problem. They patched it every time but eventually had to replace the pipe. This damaged our carpets, and they would charge us for the cleaning. When we finally left we both gave them our keys and new contact information (including our separate numbers and addresses). We even checked back in to make sure everything was okay. 6 months later we each received calls from a collections agency. They said they had to replace the whole carpet and are charging us for it. They said they tried to contact us but never have. The contact they used was my previous address before reflections, and not the information they sere given. Now instead of giving us answers they are bouncing us to the collections agency asking for money. If this was an isolated incident I wouldn't be upset, however a friend I recommended reflections to, had the same experience. 6 months later they charged him for carpet damage and sent to collections with no prior warnings. Good apartments but clerical staff is subpar. Make sure you document everything and have them sign off in writing.
