I have had nothing but great experiences here. When I first applied the service was professional and prompt. Any maintenance issues I may have had, have been answered and solved within a timely manner. The office staff have been very pleasant and welcoming since day one.

Everything has been great so far! Kristi has been very helpful and the rest of the staff is as well. This is a great space for the price. Everything was clean and working well on move in, the added security of multiple keyed entry ways is great for anyone living alone as well.

I have had a pretty good experience living here. I like all the amenities included like all the appliances we get. Though some of the appliances( not all appliances) need some updating. The security gate can be annoying at times if you are waiting behind non-residents that are trying to enter the complex. Other than those few things, I have had a favorable experience.

The move-in process was very easy and stress free. The staff was very forthcoming on everything that was expected before I moved in, and helped with whatever I needed. They made sure I was happy with the apartment and all its appliances and amenities before they left me to move in. All in all, it was a great experience.

Corner Town homes are the worst, had issues with ants and mice, their pest control does not assist with mice issues and I've had to constantly call about ants in my wall facing the outside. I also had an issue with maintenance request and not receiving a follow up, it literally took me three voice mails until someone called me back.

Since moving in I've had nothing but an amazing and professional experience all around! I love all that's included in my apartment, the size is perfect, and the price is exceptional! Overall one of the better places I've lived in my life. The staff are genuinely friendly and care about our safety and concerns. You won't find this anywhere else guaranteed!

Quiet neighborhood, and close to any type of shopping needs. Apartments are clean and well kept. Office personnel are friendly polite. They have been quick to resolve any and all questions and nedds. I moved from out of state, and would recommend to anyone looking into the area.

Any issues, which are few, are resolved if not immediately the next day. Office staff are on top of all matters and respond quickly. No junk cars in the lot. Exercise room is well kept and clean. Have not yet used the swimming pools, however as with everything else, I am sure the pools are well maintained.

too much noise is heard when inside . Place door locks on door knobs on every door. the community is good. the maintenance is prompt which is very satisfying. the gates are broken and are not fixed as timely as needed. the apartment complex is good

Reflections Apartments are very open and bright. The office staff is very friendly and know you by name. The maintenance staff is professional and timely. It's a very nice complex to live in, very close to grocery stores, the mall and tons of resturants.

nice quiet, family environment. good amenities. poor circulation in buildings though, so you know what your neighbor has cooked. safe gated community so you feel good about your safety. ample parking is available with free covered parking which is hard to find elsewhere. pool and gym are not too packed which is nice. they are fast with services esp repairs needed. i only needed a repair once or twice after living comfortably 7 months

Reflections is a friendly, quiet little complex with wonderful security measures and prompt maintenance service. All employees that I have encountered are friendly and knowledgeable. I love my little studio, and I only wish I moved here sooner!

Very nice staff and good area to live. Gated community is a plus. Close to shopping plaza and grocery stores. Less than a 10 minute commute from my job. In housing laundry is always a plus also. Gym facility in the community is a plus. Same day move in process.

Overall it's been good. The only issues have involved maintenance. The office staff is very friendly. Surprisingly the noise level isn't a problem, I never hear my neighbors even though I live in a studio. Only a few times someone's bass was shaking the floor. But otherwise, it's good.

Or maintenance team is very prompt and if they are able to solve the problem, they do so quickly and efficiently. The apartment complex in general has given me very few reasons to complain over the last five years that I've lived here. Even when I moved, I chose to stay in Reflections.

When I first began staying in the apartment, before moving in, I was very impressed with the staff and overall feel of the area. The last few months have been a different story. New staff is rude. Problems with neighbors aren't being addressed.

I have found the staff and leasing agents to be very attentive and friendly and look forward to many years of living at Reflections Apts. I am impressed with many other living features here as well. Such as the apartment upkeep both inside and outside.
