Only complaint smoke smell in apartment. I know this is hard to control . Yet along with the mold inside air conditioner that leaves me with respiratory allergies. Great staff just older apartment. Staff very accommodating. My bathtub does not plug which is ok because hot water runs out in 5 min. Ground workers are incredible!!!

This community is great! I have had no issues and the staff are friendly and willing to help answer any questions. The only thing I would complain about is someone next door sets off small fireworks for some reason.

Courtney was the woman who helped me move in and she was so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The other staff members were as well. The 1 bedroom apartment was clean. We had brand new carpet and lenolium. The hallway from main door to our front door was clean as well.

Reflections Apartment community is a good place to live with its security, cleanliness, noiseless from neighbors, speeding responses from maintenance department and cordial relationship from all the Apartment staffs. It might be seen as a high cost apartment, but it is a long way worth the amount. Living here will give you your readiness to owe your home. Thanks.

I am absolutely amazed at the wonderful staff and maintenance people. They are incredibly friendly and you aren't just a customer to them. You are an actual person they want to get to know, that way they can better understand what you need and what your preferences are.

Thus far my stay at reflections has been okay. Not too happy about the water usage and how we are billed for others using water. I think for what I get in a studio the rent and utilities are way too high.

I love living in this community. The staff was very helpful during moving and getting my lease together. The apartment community is very clean and safe and I love my studio. The neighbors I've met are all very nice and I love living here.

My boyfriend and I like living here. It's a nice and safe community. The location is great and we're close to a lot of great places in Indy. The apartment is spacious and cozy. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is a huge plus!

I am please with apt, service f/u. Renewed my lease bcs im content. Minor tweeks would hv me stay on for 2018-2019. The grounds are kept pretty clean. I hope to experience the pool soon. Ifbi coukd suggest, more sheltered parking instead of one location in entire apts

The property manager is polite, professional, and very helpful, as are most of her staff, and they are very responsive to problems. Recent upgrades have greatly improved the outside appearance of the property, as well as inside upgrades. The various unit lobbies (doors, carpets, mailboxes, paint) would benefit from cleaning up, but overall this is an attractive property in a great location.

So far, everyone has been very friendly and helpful! A perfect first apartment! Candy was very helpful getting all of the paperwork done so I could move in quickly. The transition from college to work went very quickly, so Reflections having an apartment available was a blessing.

Things have been ood from the moment I visited the leasing office. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They go out of the way to assist when possible. Maintenance is always prompt to service requests.

Prompt, friendly and courteous staff. Great location and great value. As a single female and while apartment shopping safety was my top priority. I feel safe at Reflections and Im so glad I was able to move in. The complex is better then I expected and I would recommend the complex to everyone.

I love my apartment here my neighbors are quite which is always a plus when you live in a big community the only issue are the house centipedes that you get in your home because they don't have anything to treat the centipedes but other then that great place

Moving in was fast and easy. Any problems we came across the staff went out of their way to help. Our home is beautiful, clean, and larger then expected. There is plenty of room for us to take care of our dogs and plenty of bins to help us keep the area clean when our dogs use the restroom.

This place has it's ups and downs. The affordability is great, it's in close proximity to a lot of restaurants, but a lot of tenants are rude, loud, and don't really seem to clean up after themselves. Not the worst place to live, but far from the best.

I have experienced nothing but professionalism. It's quiet and secure and I'd recommend anyone to move here. Maintenance is awesome, they get the job done as soon as an order is put in. Office staff is friendly.

I have enjoyed living here. The maintenance staff always fixes issues quickly and the community is pretty quiet. I am a night nurse and never have any noise problems keep me from sleeping during th day.
