My apartment is close to work and downtown. I like that I can be at work in 15 minutes with traffic, and I can be in downtown in less than half an hour. The price for my apartment is pretty reasonable, and I like that it's gated so cars can't get in without a key. I just wish the entire complex was gated.

Nice community. Not a lot of barking dogs. Maintenance is decent with repairs. Front office are friendly. Rooms are spacious and parking is easy and close. Would reccomend my friends to come stay here too.

Only been here a week, however I love it so far. The selling point was the size of the apartment, as well as the beautiful/spacious kitchen and the allowance of pets. Reflections seems to be a great place to live and I look forward to rest of my lease here

Un safe, not worth the money when I could've gone to college courts of Norah and gotten a 1 bedroom for 600/month. This is one of those places that I feel like they are going to find some -------- excuse at the end of my lease to charge me for something a previous tenant might've done.

Everything has been going well since I have been staying here. A nice little quiet community. The apartments are newly redone and in ok condition. Had several maintenance issues upon move in but they were corrected within a week. Staff is very pleasant to work with.

I haven't been here long, but I can say that I'm very happy here so far! Everything is clean and there are a lot of amentities. Alix in the leasing office is amazing and very helpful. So far so good! I had a couple issues (broken rod for blinds and mismatched mailbox keys) and they were fixed the same day.

Office staff was very kind and helpful during my experience in moving in at Reflections. A big help was to be able to move in for a short term lease. The apartment was very clean and had all appliances working on my move in date. The gated community is an extra security measure that gave me peace of mind. Looking forward to the remaining amount of time I get to enjoy my apartment. Thank you Reflections.

Everything is just perfect! I have had no issues whatsoever. The people in the leasing office are extremely nice. The service requests are completed promptly on time. I would happily recommend this community to anyone who wants a peaceful living experience.

Wonderful community! The apartments are upgraded and very well maintained. Maintenance is amazing and work orders get completed same day or at least next day. Office staff are very friendly! Perfect location.

Service dept took my space heater when tgey entered my apartment without proper notife.Lady next door smokes pot, and had to cover up bathroom fan so I didn't have to smell/inhale it too. The ladies at the office are very nice respectful and caring my studio apartment I love it love the layout colors only a few things that I didn't like and that was to update refrigerator stove and the hallway carpet need to be attend to

Really dependent on who your neighbor are. There 8 apartments to one common corridor and with high turnover you never know who you might have. With that comes some noise issue but it never was too bad. Staff is nice and are responsive.

When me and my wife came to look at a studio apartment (we are young so not much money) and it was extremely pricey. But the demo apts looked good, and it looked safe. So we got it and they sent us to this apartment that was completely NOT CLEANED. I mean there was piss on the toilet from the other Tennent. Stains on the walls, the dryer ripped up my clothes, and the plugins were so loose it wouldent hold a plug in it. And when we first moved in they gave us the wrong keys. All a extremely uncomfortable move in, I do not recommend this apartment as it is way to expensive for what you get, almost 800 for a studio.

The price is too high for the quality of apartments. They added ugly door handles and light fixtures only to increase the rent. Late fees are outrageous, with no grace period. Day 1 of late rent is a $50 fee. Most places have a 5 day grace period. Only 2 Trash compactors and they are always over full. Trash compactors are so far, and you must drive to the trash. The gate is unsafe. Anyone can get it. The gate can only be used with a 317 phone number, so you can't let anyone in when they come to visit. Dishwasher, oven, and fridge is old-fashioned.

Your water bill is added to your rent so it fluctuates by the people in your building not how much you use the water... that sucks! If you don't mind your water bill changing often causing your rent to be different then it's fine

Really nice place to live, I've had no problems while being here and my neighbor are all pretty quiet and very nice. If I need anything done by maintenance they get to it either by the same day or the next day.

Great community. Very safe. I have great neighbors. Maintenance is fast to respond and efficient. Office staff is knowledgeable understanding and helpful. In the summer both pools are kept clean and maintenance.

It's been alright just some issues with follow through but its been ok. I think that the rent his up every year but things in the apt need to be replaced instead of patching things up. I have a nice apt but the rent is very heavy and things could be replaced for the amount we pay in rent...

My apartment was NOT move in ready. It was dirty, there were leaks, and appliances that were functioning or damaged. Maintenance was very sloppy when preparing this place for me and the cleaners didn't do a good job either. Move-in SUCKED but the officr and maintenance have done a good job at making sure everything is taken care of. Hopefully the future looks a bit brighter.

So far so good moved in January and nothing really bad has happened besides the giant centipedes and the creepy man that watches me work out in the gym my fridge has been leaking since I moved in I have said something 2x and no one has came to fix it

The staf are helpful and answers questions quickly. Overall the complex is quiet but, there are a lot of sirens daily. The renovations are estetically pleasing. Maintenance seem to be very prompt and friendly.
